Hey Everyone, I'm a lil impressed with the customer service of this small quiet car wash! The manager on call (818-319-3383) fixed a minor issue. I came in at 11:50am excited to get the $7 wash have I noticed the employees wipe your car down at the end, which is a big plus, & since my car didn't get all the way clean the first time around, still has some dirt marks, the manager let me go through the wash again and the man at the end is going above and beyond to make sure it's fully wiped down all around and on top because it's a Tesla, it's roof is see thru clear and we can see all the dirt! Anyways, it's fully cleaned again 2nd time around and I appreciate that really because I do ride share everyday in my car and I need a clean car! None the less, I like the vacuums! They're strong. Good value at this semi-automated carwash located in Long Beach, CA. Probably the cheapest car wash near us, this was my first time going through it. It wasn't busy when we stopped by on a Wednesday early afternoon. It is initially set-up just like a car-wash at a gas station, where you drive to the front of an automated building. Before you enter, an attendant will ask for payment and credit cards are accepted. He will direct your car's front wheels to the right spot, ask to put your car into neutral, and the track will slowly pull your car through the wash where soap and cloth wheels will wash the dirt from your car. As you exit, there is another attendant that will hand-dry both sides of your car which is a nice touch. You can then drive to an open parking spot where there are vacuums on both sides to use...this is included as part of the wash. There are 3 levels of pricing, with the lowest (simple shampoo and hand dry) being $7. None of them includes an undercarriage flush (this is a must in places where they salt the roads, and was the main reason I would even get a car wash)...not necessary in Cali. Per my wife, the vacuum was especially strong today, and useful in getting out the beach sand. Also ended up losing some loose change (amazing how coins will end up in any crevice). I think the name of the business sounds waaay better than it actually is. It's definitely not 3 minutes, but rather 15 to 20 minutes depending how busy they get. But maybe, it is three minutes if there's nobody there. However the person drying your car the second time (which I like) after it rolls out of the wash is already two minutes. Anyhow, I have no intentions to be critical, but I do like this car wash. I think a regular wash is $6.00, and $9.00 for a wash with a sealant. I went for the $9.00 one, since my car was so dirty. Pull up the driveway, pay the fella before entering the wash, then quick wash and blown dry, and then second dry from another fella. Easy peasy! There are also stations that allows you 5 minutes to vacuum or do whatever to refresh your car. I didn't go for that because it was full. Basically four stations. This car wash dealer is small. Located at the corner of a busy intersection. It feels cramp, but at least it gets the job done. Very convenient, and I would definitely go back whenever I get a project in Long Beach. read more

I drove in the car wash with my sunroof tilted up and my inside closed so I couldn't tell if it was open or closed but it's completely common courtesy from the staff receiving payment to inspect your car for nails on the ground windows down and you not knowing. The owner just made me feel dumb instead of acknowledging this mistake was their fault now I have water in my rooftop motor unfortunately. I won't ever recommend this place at all nothing but idiots that can't look out its not that hard to point out a costumers window down before driving them in with these careless people. read more

WARNING: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. The machines will scratch the paint right off of your car. When putting in a complaint with the manager, Val, it's obvious that he knows of this issue and doesn't give a damn. We gave him a heads up of this bad yelp review and that we would report the issue to the better business bureau and his exact words were "Go ahead, it wouldn't be the first time". With so much competition in the area, this car wash should be shut down immediately. Came here for a $8 car wash. Dude taking the money asked if I wanted to upgrade for $2 to get the tire shine and wax. I said okay, why not. I get done with the car wash and notice that only one side of my tires were shiny. I let the guys wiping the window know. They told me to tell another young guy that was cleaning. I told him the issue and he says "oh only one side is working" THEN WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU ASK ME IF I WANTED TO UPGRADE IF YOU KNOW ONLY ONW SIDE IS WORKING. Then he tells me I can go buy a tire shine from the vending machine and he will do it for me. Huh? Are you fucking serious? I asked for my $2 back for the tire shine and they all ignored me. I had to run with my car out of there, the service is terrible, they almost hit me, I tried to use a vacuum cleaner and the carwash line did not move I had been waiting a long time so I had to leave, they told me that I could not leave without using the carwash I told them that I would not that I had to leave so before wanting to leave they told me no, because I used the vacuum cleaner, I offered them cash so that they would let me go because I had used the vacuum cleaner and they told me that I had to pay for the carwash and did not accepted my cash, I proceeded to try and leave because things were getting aggressive and they where calling more people and I was so scared, I will never go again. read more

Still can't recommend this car wash enough. I do a trip in the Central Valley once a month and my car comes back caked in fine dry dust and fertilizer. It rained this time and it was extra filthy. Got the top was for $8 which does the job handily. Be generous to the couple drying the car. My car is a metallic black VW golf GTI and if the machines scratch it would show up on the paint. To date with a wash a month, no signs of any scuffing. read more

The most expensive car wash here is $8. Worked perfect for what I was looking for and they have access to free high pressure vacuums.

My first time here and I really wanted to like the place. After going through the machine, I noticed a lot of spots on my car and decided to wipe everything down. The couple working there was really sweet and helped me clean my windows and gave me a towel to wipe down with. But as I started to wipe down, I noticed scratches on the ride side of my car. Can't ever come back here. If you don't really care about small scratches after a wash, this is the place for you. Not bad, not bad! Come on, for $5 you can not think to get much better than this. Drive up to the location, pay the guy ($5, $6, $7 options) and then let him hose down your car with water and soap. Drive up onto the conveyer belt (are you suppose to be in neutral? I saw a sign but wasn't sure) and then let those microfiber type noodle rags slather that soap and water all over your car. A mere 3 minutes later, you're driving out your car with it (mostly) dry and clean! Free vacumes are lined along the sides of the parking lot for you to suction up all that junk under your floor mats. I'd come back! read more

There is no cashier window or anything -- Just drive right up and be ready to hand over your $5 (up to $7 if you're fancy, which is still a great price). This place is perfect for your quick car wash. Literally takes 3 minutes and your on your way, there were only 2 cars in front of me so it didn't take too long for them to get to me. Also, free interior car wet wipe, and free vacuuming. The best part is the value of $5. I will definitely be coming here again! You get what you paid for. Great if your on the go and want your car clean but don't have the time to have it detailed.

They were fast and thorough! They taped down my rear wiper, turned in my sideview mirrors, then wiped my car dry afterward, removing the tape, putting my side mirrors back to normal. You also get 5 minutes free vacuuming and the vacuums have strong suction, unlike a lot of other car washes I've been to. Prices are good $6 for basic, $8 for deluxe. Credit card accepted. read more

I came here for a quick car wash, but I forgot to time it and see if it was actually 3 minutes or not.. lol anyways it's just a wash you run your car through like at the gas station except there's a guy standing in front of it to ask you what you want.. it's a range of like $6,$8, or $10 or something. he charges you on the spot, and then tells you to enter the wash after the car in front of you finishes. So after you finish washing, there is a guy on the other side who wipes down your side mirrors and windows a little and then directs you out to the free vacuum area where it is self service. Not bad.. I don't take my own car here, but if you're one of those people who takes their cars to any wash, gas station wash, or washes their car with a brush.. come here! read more

Bring some extra towels. My car came out pretty soapy in all those hard to reach spots. The crew does an extra couple minutes of drying which is nice. Free vacuum is also a bonus. Great place if you just need a quick clean of the car. It is only $7 for the best package. Literally it is 3 minutes and you sit in the car and drive through the wash. And there is a nice little old man who helps with drying off the additional wet spots that were missed by the dryer on your way out. They also have numerous vacuums to clean the inside of your car if you choose and some of the packages include the vaccum for free. read more

For the price range, and a free vacuum (self serve vaccuum) this place is ALL RIGHT by me. You pull in to wash it takes a few minutes tops, there is someone to wiped down after the dryers. Turn in for your vacuum, I read 5 minutes no loud music. I think I took longer than 5 but under 10 for sure and no one pushed me out, although it wasn't really busy. My son helped me too so I actually used two vacuum hoses. My kid is cute so I suspect they didn't mind or they had said something and no one was waiting for that stall. read more

I noticed this place had opened a few months ago but never went to try it until today. It was a great experience. The vacuums are free and working when you pull up. This fabric style car wash is state of the art. Since it is conveyor belt style you don't even have to wait for the car in front of you. It is even possible to wash a car with a roof rack because there is not any gigantic equipment bumping into the vehicle. The washes range from basic ($3) to serious ($7). The owner is currently having a $2 off sale as if those prices weren't cheap enough. To top it off, the owner is nice as can be and the truck looks great. For a dinky looking place it wasn't that bad. The guy was kinda rude. I'll let that pass. It's small and the washes are $5, $7 and $8. You get what you pay for. There's a guy at the end who wipes up some of the excess water so that's cool. But the main event is their vacuums. The strongest vacuums I have ever used. They tell you to keep it to a 5 minute max vacuum in their stalls as there aren't too many. I had to wait on the side for a vacuum for over 15 minutes because no one followed that rules though. So don't expect everyone to follow that rule. Overall for $5 I'd come back. read more

super fast! super clean! really is 3 minutes! have your cash ready when you pull up. no line when i arrived at 8:15 am... but closed last night at 6:30 pm when i tried the first time (boo, minus one star for no posted hours). $5 for just a wash and free use of the vacuum. quick and cheap drive thru car wash! NOTE: i used the wash on my way to drop my car off for loading on a vessel. if you're taking your car to Matson, it's very close to the terminal, in case you forgot to wash your car before taking it to the vessel car lot. cars need to be clean when dropped off for proper damage assessment, i guess. read more
