I really like this Car Wash. $9 dollars per wash is all I need. The wash is great. They have air guns for drying the excess water which I really like. They give you two wet towels just like most car washes. it is on a rather busy, high traffic street, but it still feels like a quick In-N-Out. Everyone's really friendly. I should have started going here a lot sooner. Not bad at all for a starting price of $9 with an option to buy a membership. A worker guides you on to the conveyer belt and you just put your car in neutral. No dryer countdown to worry about. As far as vacuuming, they have hoses on both sides. In addition to vacuums, they also have blowers which are helpful getting debris out of those crevices. There's a sign that says 5 minutes for vacuuming but I made sure to come when it was not busy because I needed more time. read more

If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. A membership was purchased for our company vehicle, but their system entered the license plate incorrectly -- multiple times. There ended up being three different versions of the plate in their system, only one of them correct. On my first visit, it didn't scan, and I had to pay out of pocket just to avoid holding up the line. I went inside after and was told it was fixed. It wasn't. On my next visit, I used the help button and was met with immediate resistance. The employee (Francisco) dismissed the proof I had, talked over me, and insisted there was no record of my purchase -- even though I was actively trying to show him the receipt. When he finally looked at it, he still tried to blame me for the incorrect plate instead of fixing the obvious system error. At one point, while I was mid-conversation trying to resolve the issue, he simply walked away without a word to help another customer who had just come in. No explanation, no "I'll be right back" -- just left me standing there. I had to stare at him in disbelief before he acknowledged how inappropriate that was. What should have been a simple fix turned into an argument with someone more interested in being right than being helpful. He wouldn't let me talk, then told me to "calm down". That was the final straw. I eventually gave up, asked to use the service that was already paid for, and won't be returning. Between the incorrect records, the refusal to review proof, and the decision to argue instead of fix the issue, this was handled exactly how not to treat a paying customer. Save your time and money -- if something goes wrong, don't expect accountability or basic professionalism. read more

Honestly this is still my go to car wash when I go to Long Beach, efficient and friendly staff.

I've been to this car wash a few times and the monthly membership has already paid for itself! As with any drive through car wash it's not 100% perfect but for the price and value it's totally worth it when you just want your car to have a nice refresh. I do like the conveyor belt rather than the chain type of drive through. Super strong vacuum and air. They seem to keep the place up nice and clean and the quality of the finished wash is definitely comparable if not better than other drive through washes I've done. read more

Other reviews say to get there early or even on a weekday when everyone is working, but I accidentally went today (Sunday) and it wasn't super busy. My new favorite car wash! I usually go to LBG on Lakewood & Willow and I like this car wash better. It's cheaper than LBG and the vacuums here are much stronger and they have air pumps to blow away leaves and water. Overall, my car was super clean after the wash and I'll be coming back! read more

its a great car wash for the subscription model, the conveyor belt is flat and wont damage your rims! so thats safe no complaints really. It would be nice to have a members only lane tho... it takes nonmembers an embarrassing amount of time to purchase a single car wash.... So that would be my only recommendation read more

The monthly subscription is the best deal I've ever paid for. Unfortunately, it is a little out of the way and I wasn't using it enough to justify the $20 a month. Today was my second time coming to the Coastline Express Car Wash. The car wash stopped twice, while I was in the wash process. When I got home and dried off my car I found numerous spots on my hood where the black paint was chipped to the grey metal. The driver side mirror was bent backward and I found a dent along the passenger side of my vehicle. On top of all that my car was not completely clean. Safe to say, I will not be back. This has to be my favorite car wash. They offer three different services ranging from $8-$15 which is very affordable. My favorite thing about this place is that they have TWO vacuums available for each vehicle and I find it very convenient because you can vacuum both sides of your car at the same time and get done much faster. They also offer free towels when you get the $15 washes and free dashboard wipes when you get any wash. During my last visit Ricky was extremely nice and cared about his customers. I will definitely be back and consider getting the monthly package! read more

The car wash is priced well. The only issue I have is the rotating washers are adjusted so high that when I got out of the wash both my mirrors were pushed in. They didn't break but they were pushed in so I imagine they could scratch the car over time. read more

Self pay, brand new rollers/buffers, a much longer air shower than any other car wash I've been to, and they give you an interior wipe down towelette, plus a free exterior shammy AND an air freshener. Now, that's value! NOTE: I did buy the Tsunami wash package, so not sure if this is standard with every wash option. I always love free vacuums at places like this, but here they go above and beyond with the skinny, angled vacuums and, my favorite part, COMPRESSED AIR! Who does that? Never seen compressed air before. It's amazing. Blow out all your door jams, mirrors, and taillight crevices before wiping them clean with your free sham-wow. I honestly want to like this car wash a lot more than I do. The prices are fair and the membership is a great value for those who love a clean car and wash their vehicle often. But the past two times I have gone to this car wash, I have gotten chips and cracks in my windshield, and the cost of windshield repair makes those great deals they offer less appealing. A fast and affordable drive-through car wash with three different car wash packages. They have the Ripple ($8), Tidal Wave ($12), and Tsunami Wash ($15). I usually go with the Tsunami Wash, which has a full body protectant ceramic. It comes with a microfiber cloth, air freshener, and dash wipe. I have never had a problem with this car wash. All the employees have been energetic when escorting you on the conveyor belt and handing out the kit. My mirrors always get pushed back after the car wash, so I have to unbuckle myself to fix them. The vacuums and air compressors are also a nice plus; I liked how they have a skinny end on them to get in the small crevices of the car. I will look into getting a monthly membership because my car gets filthy during the summer because of the beach. read more
