He walked me through both options and recommended what made the most sense based on the condition of my car. Before I could even choose, he offered to upgrade me one package at no charge since it was my first visit. That alone showed how much they value their customers and want them to return. It's no surprise they've been in business for more than 25 years. I've also included a photo of their current services and pricing for anyone interested. The service took about 45 minutes, and they have a nice shaded waiting area where you can watch your car being detailed. I decided to walk over to Clancy's across the street, grab a cold one, and watch the France-England World Cup third-place match--which was an absolute banger with 10 goals--and returned about an hour later. When I got back, my car was parked off to the side looking like a beaut. I gave it a quick walk-around and was stoked to see it shining like a million bucks. There were no missed spots, the inside and outside were both done right, and it looked as clean as the day I drove it off the lot. One of the guys saw me checking it out, walked over, started it up, and pulled it around for me. The interior looked pristine, and the included air freshener was the cherry on top. Because of the great service, free upgrade, and care they showed my car, I handed the guy a $20 tip. That brought the full Premium Carnauba Paste Wax detail to $100 out the door--which anyone who has visited nearby car washes knows is a killer deal for a full wash and wax. I will 100% be back. Beach City Auto Detail is now where I'll take both of my vehicles, and I actually look forward to returning because I know I'll leave happy. If you care about your car, please read this before bringing your car to Bixby Auto Car Wash. On (June 21st) around 1:40 PM, While watching through the viewing window, I noticed the staff having significant trouble guiding my car onto the automated rails. An attendant ended up forcing and adjusting the vehicle on the rail, and right then, I saw my front driver-side hubcap pop off. When the car came out, the hubcap was missing. The manager on duty found it, but it was clearly broken, buckled, and fractured from being crushed against their rail guide. The manager snapped it back on and assured me it would hold, but because the structural integrity was completely compromised, it flew off on the road the next day and is now gone. I took close-up photos of the damage on-site under their canopy before leaving. I have called multiple times, sent a detailed email with photos, and even reached out via direct message. Total silence. I have yet to receive a single response from the owners or upper management. But then again, why would they want to take responsibility for damaging a customer's car? When an issue actually happens, no one here wants to be held accountable. An important warning to future customers: Keep a very close eye on your car while it's on the line. Honestly, it makes me wonder if they deliberately frosted the glass in the viewing area just to keep customers from easily observing their cars getting damaged. They have the exact timestamp (June 21st between 1:35 PM and 1:45 PM) to check their security cameras and verify every single word of this, but they choose to ignore me instead. I will absolutely never be coming back here. Take your business somewhere that actually respects your property and responds when they make a mistake!

I usually get the Ultimate "C" package which is around $43.99 plus extra charge for larger vehicles which is around $50 after taxes. This package comes with armor all on all the trim, side mirrors, running boards, tonneau covers Etc. Today, I received the worst wash ever from Bixby Knolls Car Wash. My side mirrors were left dusty, my tires were dry, half dressed, tonneau cover was left dirty and as if they didn't even scrub it, my truck was left was dirty smudges as if the used a dirty towel to dry it. I feel like I was ripped off for my $65 bucks (wash plus tip) I've never seen such a half ass wash in my life. I will be calling tomorrow to ask for a refund.

I spoke with two different employees, and both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help. A couple of hours later, one of the gentlemen actually called me back and stayed on the phone with me while he reviewed the surveillance footage. He watched as I washed my truck, followed my vehicle as I pulled out of the bay, and even zoomed in on the ground to see if anything had fallen out. Unfortunately, we didn't find what I had lost, but that's not the point. Out of every business I contacted while trying to retrace my steps, Town & Country Car Wash showed the most compassion, put in the most effort, and treated me like they genuinely cared. The first time I had an issue, they damaged my paint. They did take responsibility and retouched it, so I was willing to forgive it and continue giving them my business. Unfortunately, the inconsistency has continued. This last visit was especially frustrating. After the wash, I found my keys left sitting outside by the windshield/wipers instead of being handed back to me or placed somewhere secure. On top of that, the overall lack of attention to detail with the cleaning has happened more than once. Mistakes happen, and I was understanding the first time, but when it becomes a pattern, it's hard to keep overlooking it. Between the previous paint damage, inconsistent washes, and careless handling of my vehicle and keys, I've lost confidence in the service here. After giving them multiple chances, I won't be returning.
