I went here for the first time, because I felt like it was a pretty decent car wash. In point of fact, it really was. I paid a dollar more to get my car washed, but despite the fact that it didn't include a wipe down from the machines, it did clean my tires really well. It didn't leave a lot of wet spots on the car, meaning that I didn't have to put a lot of effort in drying it myself. They gave me a hand wipe, and a refresher for the car. 17 bucks seems to be pretty good for what I got. I almost got the $22 one, but I think I'll save that for special occasions. This message is to report the phone experience I had with staff after my son called me to tell me his camera wasn't working on his car after leaving the car wash. LET ME START BY SAYING: CHECK ALL YOUR CAR FUNCTIONS BEFORE LEAVING The Quik version of this story is that my son got his Tesla wash there and went straight to class and didn't really pay attention or notice that the cameras weren't working till after class he called me immediately, which was a couple hours later. 1) I asked for a manager and the gentleman that helped me said he could help me but the comp conversation conversation got a little complex the respectful he said oh let me get somebody else for you to talk to... he wasn't the manager. (this young gentleman gave me his name, but out of respect I'm not gonna post it however, when I spoke to the real manager, he refused to give his name saying that he was uncomfortable. Sharing it...) 2) This "manager" did not give any guidance. All he said was we can't help you. No troubleshooting nothing. The best advice he gave was the owner has a Tesla. Not sure how that helped the conversation when they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked for their address and email.""Manager" told me I could find it myself online.DULY NOTED. I let him know that there was no email address listed so he was kind enough to reluctantly share info@LBGcarwash.com. 3) Getting nowhere I asked to speak to the owner which I was able to research and ask for by name. Of course he was unavailable.. 4) bottom line is customer service extends beyond in person. Customer service a different level of care and professionalism should also extent to when someone calls. To close the story, my son had to do a hard reset of his camera system as a result of something that happened at LBG facility. My favorite drive thru car wash tunnel! I haven't tried them all, but this is one that I've consistently liked compared to others, so much that I got a monthly membership and now go every week, sometimes twice a week. The lines are organized, suds and colors fun, great water pressure, the vacuums always strong & working and with some shade cover. They give you a wipe for the interior each time you visit. They also have microfiber towels for $2. My only gripe, if I had to list one, is that the blowers and spinning thing at the end to dry your car could be better, but it's not the worst. My family and I have been coming to this car wash for years. Recently, my daughter brought in her car, which is less than six months old and something she takes great care of. After the wash, she called me upset--there were noticeable scratches on the rear driver-side panel. Since her car is black, every flaw is more visible. I decided to return with her since it was time for my own wash. As I pulled up, I noticed a sign I had never seen before (see photo). According to it, the car wash assumes no responsibility for anything. While driving through, my side mirror bent backward (see photo). My car is white, so scratches aren't easily seen, but it's clear something has changed--whether it's the water pressure, brushes, or the track alignment. Whatever the reason, this wash is now a risk. It's self service, so you drive up to a machine and order the type of wash you want, you can also get a membership. Most car wash machines seem to barely scrub the dirt off but these machines put in WORK, they also had very strong water pressure, my car hardly ever looks that clean after!!! Super disappointing customer service today. It was crowded at the car wash and I was waiting for a vacuum spot to open. The attendant told me to move my car all the way forward to prevent accidents, then proceeded to walk away from the line of waiting cars. Forget it. I have had too many car washes to even count. Having said that, what happened today at LBG Express is a one time/last time experience. I have a Honda Accord EX, admittedly an old car, BUT in perfect shape. I went for the "business" wash and when I was done and got out to wipe off the mirrors, I see that my passenger side mirror is out of whack. The f-ing vertical brush broke it!!! I went to this car wash simply because it was the closest drive thru car wash to my house and I really just wanted to vacuum my car. My bf went to wash a vehicle at this location and a customer that was next to him while vacuuming the vehicle informed him that the assistant manager was under vehicle removing something that was stuck. The customer asked him if he was notified about it and he said no. And we just thought it was weird that no one would notify him especially when going under the vehicle. Went there again after a while and it's like they turned the strength of the car wash to 20. It hit my car extremely hard, slapped my mirrors back and forth and gave my car two new deep gashes. I know for sure the scratches came from the car wash because they weren't there before, and you can see that they're fresh, both in the same exact orientation (so not from rock chips) and is in direction of the spinners that clean your car. Don't ever be here first in line in the morning because often times they grease their machines and that grease will end up down the side of your car, after you've already paid for a wash. Secondly, they do a poor job at managing the flow and use of vacuums stations. People literally spend an hour detailing their car, causing a back up after you've gotten your car washed in the tunnel.
