My favorite drive thru car wash tunnel! I haven't tried them all, but this is one that I've consistently liked compared to others, so much that I got a monthly membership and now go every week, sometimes twice a week. The lines are organized, suds and colors fun, great water pressure, the vacuums always strong & working and with some shade cover. They give you a wipe for the interior each time you visit. They also have microfiber towels for $2. My only gripe, if I had to list one, is that the blowers and spinning thing at the end to dry your car could be better, but it's not the worst. They do such a good job with everything else that it's hardly a thing to complain about. Just bring your towels to dry off before vacuuming. read more

My family and I have been coming to this car wash for years. Recently, my daughter brought in her car, which is less than six months old and something she takes great care of. After the wash, she called me upset--there were noticeable scratches on the rear driver-side panel. Since her car is black, every flaw is more visible. I decided to return with her since it was time for my own wash. As I pulled up, I noticed a sign I had never seen before (see photo). According to it, the car wash assumes no responsibility for anything. While driving through, my side mirror bent backward (see photo). My car is white, so scratches aren't easily seen, but it's clear something has changed--whether it's the water pressure, brushes, or the track alignment. Whatever the reason, this wash is now a risk. Forget it. I have had too many car washes to even count. Having said that, what happened today at LBG Express is a one time/last time experience. I have a Honda Accord EX, admittedly an old car, BUT in perfect shape. I went for the "business" wash and when I was done and got out to wipe off the mirrors, I see that my passenger side mirror is out of whack. The f-ing vertical brush broke it!!! Both mirrors were moved but the passenger side one is done. I asked who I think is the manager and he didn't even apologize! It's self service, so you drive up to a machine and order the type of wash you want, you can also get a membership. Most car wash machines seem to barely scrub the dirt off but these machines put in WORK, they also had very strong water pressure, my car hardly ever looks that clean after!!! Another plus is how well the vacuum suction worked, most car washes seem like they haven't serviced the hose, so objects are blocking the suction power! This is so crucial. I went to this car wash simply because it was the closest drive thru car wash to my house and I really just wanted to vacuum my car. It was a weekday morning so it wasn't really crowded maybe 2-3 cars I go thru the wash process and find a vacuum spot as I'm vacuuming one of the workers was sweeping and was super friendly checking hoses and things. Then this other man came out of nowhere questioning if I even went thru the wash before I vacuumed. Of course I went thru the wash first. But the fact that he questioned me out of everyone there had me befuddled. If the cars exterior isn't clean that speaks on the ability of the wash. Went there again after a while and it's like they turned the strength of the car wash to 20. It hit my car extremely hard, slapped my mirrors back and forth and gave my car two new deep gashes. I know for sure the scratches came from the car wash because they weren't there before, and you can see that they're fresh, both in the same exact orientation (so not from rock chips) and is in direction of the spinners that clean your car. If you don't want deep scratches that cut through your paint layer, save your car the pain and don't come here. Prices also went way up in recent times it seems. Find a different place. read more

Don't ever be here first in line in the morning because often times they grease their machines and that grease will end up down the side of your car, after you've already paid for a wash. Secondly, they do a poor job at managing the flow and use of vacuums stations. People literally spend an hour detailing their car, causing a back up after you've gotten your car washed in the tunnel. SCRATCHED MY NEW CAR- Extremely Disappointed I've been going to this car wash every other week for the past three years. It's the only car wash I've trusted with my vehicles, and until now, I never had an issue. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I noticed micro scratches along the side of my vehicle, scratches that were absolutely not there prior to the wash. I inspect my car religiously before driving off, so this wasn't something I could have missed. When I brought this concern to the manager, I was honestly shocked at how dismissive and condescending he was. Instead of acknowledging my concern or even showing a basic level of empathy, he launched into a lecture about how their system works, boasting about how many customers they serve and implying that if anything went wrong, they would have known. No apology. No ownership. Just deflection and subtle accusations. I made it very clear that I only wanted him to look into the issue. Still, he continued to talk down to me, insisting the scratches must have come from another wash. The issue? I've never taken my car anywhere else. The fact that my car is black and shows damage more clearly seemed to be an inconvenience to him rather than a reason for concern. This experience was so disappointing, especially after years of loyalty. If this is how they handle customer concerns, especially from someone who's supported them consistently. I just went on Saturday afternoon 02/22/25) for a quick wash and drove home right after. Once I park I noticed something stringy was dragging underneath my rear driver's side tire. Went to pull the stringy thing off and notice it felt like tire rubber, so I knelt down to inspect that tire and notice the stringy rubber was my tire shavings that's been carved off most likely from the car wash machine the part where it pushes your rear tire forward so your vehicle could enter the wash. I will have to get this tire replaced on Monday and eventually have to cancel my monthly plan with LBG Express- Always check your entire vehicle and tires once you exit the wash at the vacuum area. read more

The only issues we have had was, once we accidentally pushed the wrong selection on the touchscreen and the workers couldn't correct it; only the manager could but he had just left so nothing could be done. The other issue is the security arm where you first check in sometimes takes a while to raise up and let you in. A nice thing about this place is we have received a couple free washes before. A friend told me about this automated car wash. I have been there several times now. I love how easy it is to simply pull up, follow the simple instructions on the key pad and then drive through. The employee (Bryan) came to put the sticker on my windshield needed to remove the sticker from the other car wash. He pulled it off but it left some dried glue. I have been a customer of LBG for about 5 years now. I visit, pay, use their services and on my merry go lucky way. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today! Recently, I moved and I have to park under a tree. This has led to there being leaves under the hood. I finished my wash, went to their service stalls and proceeded to vacuum under the hood. Justin an associate and representative of LBG Express comes up to me and tells me that the "vacuums are for interior only!!!" I nodded my head in acknowledgment and awaited him to move from in-front of the vacuum bay/hanger. I have a low voice and didn't feel like talking over the noise of the vacuums running! I don't know if he took this as me being defiant or some sort of Napoleon complex kicked in, but he states "I ******* said vacuums are for interiors only." With a psychotic look in his eyes! I have a family, kids and a future to think off. He might or might not have something going for himself, but one day he might meet someone that will deal with his horrific customer service if he doesn't get it together soon! He was ready to fight, he was waiting for me to say one word. Palms fisted and ready to throw blows and go toe to toe! I asked for Kevin the manager and explained to him the situation at hand. I'm not sure if he understands he has a liability in his associate, Justin! I tried stating this to Kevin that one day Justin's superiority complex will cause a lawsuit for LBG, but all Kevin seemed to think about was my opening statement which was "I vacuumed under my hood..."! Not sure if Kevin understood the issue or just doesn't have any customer service skills, ethics or comprehension of the value of a customer, but all he told me was "Okay next time don't do that again"! That's when I understood he was probably proud of his associate, again not fully comprehending the situation at hand and wanted to make sure I fully comprehend that I'm not allowed to use the vacuum under my hood. I liked this car wash and started using it when Circle Marina Speedway jacked up their prices to $12 for the least expensive wash. LBG Express Car Wash has been $8 for the least expensive wash. I just saw a sign today that they'll be jacking up their prices to $10 for the basic wash starting next week (125% increase). Time to look for another car wash or just get less washes! read more
