I recently came here today and thought I could detail my car inside first then wash it. It's my first time doing the opposite and this manager walks up to me and cuts my vacuum off, he ignores the fact I come here every week or so I have multiple receipts of this all, I ask him if it's a issue I can pay whatever the cost is for the vacuum because I was already half way "done" I only vacuum the front seats. He states that I cannot and I need to go? So therefore I left and didn't pay for my wash or vacuum first? This is the definition of I'm bored let me piss or argue with costumers it was a slow day too it worked out because either way it looks like it's going to rain so Il be going elsewhere later. An employee named Kevin singlehandedly destroyed this car wash's reputation. I used to love this place, it's the only one I've found that moves quickly and does not leave a film on the windshield. Today, when I said thank you to Kevin for handing me the car cleaning wipe, he ignored me, which I was willing to let slide, until he later screamed at me. Unfortunately, as I was lining my car up, I had an issue with the car moving through reverse before neutral and had to re-line-up my car. I slammed on the brakes and Kevin screamed at me "put the car in drive," so I did. He then continued to SCREAM over and over, "put the car in drive." I replied "it is in drive," and he yelled "well move it forward then!" even though the other employee directing me had not told me to move it forward yet. Kevin then walked over to the other employee, yelled at him and said "talk to the customer!" and walked away. Clearly Kevin had no interest in politely asking me to move the car forward and try the line up again. I was absolutely horrified by his behavior and the other employee was profusely apologetic. Kevin could have handled that entire situation with grace, customer service, and helpfulness and he chose to yell at a young girl instead. I will never again recommend this place to anyone I know. So, I am 100% sure this ding came from driving through this car wash on this day. I asked them to check the camera's footage of my driver side window while I paid. I have used this car wash on a number of occasions and thought it was an okay value, does a decent job. It does get busy at peak times and I simply go elsewhere when that occurs. I had an incident there yesterday. The track that pulls the cars through apparently broke and we were stuck with a number of customers in the middle of the wash. I didn't know there was a problem until my car bumped the car in front of me (no damage to either car thankfully) It took a few minutes for the business to shut down the wash and help us out, one of the workers said go and park and we will sort it out. I parked and went to the business office. On the way I asked one of the workers if this was a common occurrence and he said "no, it hasn't happened for a month now we thought it was fixed". Once in the office the (I presume) owner ignored me until I asked if I could get a refund. It's not worth reiterating the idiotic conversation I had with him where he asked me to prove I had bought a wash but once we were past that ridiculousness he said he had a few cars ahead of me in his computer system to clear out but would refund me. Never once did he say "so sorry for the inconvenience is your car okay?" Well that is until I prompted him and got an insincere response. This was my first time here and although there was a line, it moved pretty quick. Much quicker in fact than the other drive through car washes in town. They have a more efficient, automated system, which allows you to pay for the desired wash of your liking. It also knows how many people have already paid and are waiting to drive though, so if it is full, it will hold you temporarily to make sure everyone is spread out nicely. There are several people that work there who direct you as your car is about to go on the belt that pulls it though the wash. They were all working diligently and efficiently. This wash was clean, more open and longer than any similar ones I have been to in the past. I was pleased with the efficiency of how this place was ran overall. Of course they have vacuums you can use at the end, but they were all full for some time. The manager on site was super professional and let me right back into the front of the mine and corrected the issue. It take about 10 mins from the pay kiosk to the end of the drive thru tunnel with a few cars before you. That's not bad when it's 9AM on a weekday! (Busier times would be afternoon or evening where the wait could be more than 30 mins for a wash) Choose from 4 different washes (Economy $6/ Business $8 / Prestige $10 / First $14) then you're guided through the tunnel. I came at 10:30 on a Sunday morning there were about 6 cars in line, but it went fast. It's super cheap and they have different price tiers to choose from. They gave everyone a hand sanitizer and wipe to wipe inside the car. Seems like they could use more vacuum spots, but there's no place for them to put them. Either way the wait isn't long at all so just be patient. I love this car wash because I transport my dog often and she is a terrible shedder. There's dog fur EVERYWHERE. I typically wash and detail my car on my own but ya girl gets lazy from time to time so I had to go out looking for a quick but good auto car wash. This one was close by and always seemed busy which is a good sign. First time through the stall, it was a very simple yet sophisticated machine that prompted the services to select and pay for. I chose the most expensive + additional shield for $3. So total for the most expensive is $17 which beats the one across the street from me! They give you an interior wipey and cleaning cloth. The wipey is actually really good! Left my dash shiny and clean. The wash itself was great as well! Pleasantly surprised :D their vacuum area, which I haven't stopped to try yet, looks very spacious though so that's always a plus.
