I took my car to get an oil change an alignment and to get a light changed they took my money and when I went to get my car oh surprise, the light was not working when I questioned the only 2 guys there, they said "I don't know you don't have the right to expect more we did as a favor!!!!" Wow I am paying!! He didn't even check his work! well now I know why, I took it somewhere else to discover they never changed it as for the oil no sticker was provided who knows and as for the alignment they claimed they did it well my car is the same and they don't provide a before and after readings either..... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE If this gets deleted again I will keep reposting read more

I usually go to American Tire Depot because getting a patch filled up is free. However, there is ALWAYS a wait, at least 2-3 hours. I called around the area to see if there was anyone else that can help me as soon as possible. I stopped by Multi-Tires & they were very nice & quick! They helped me understand that my tires were leaking air because my valve was on too tight & found the screw. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes & paid $15 for everything. This place will try to squeeze as much money as they can and will give you an extreme high quote and lower it to make you feel like it's a good deal. I came to this location to get my tire patched the first time. Charged me 15$ for a plug on my tire. 1 months later the same tire was loosing air again and I went back. The tall skinny guy tried lying to me that i had a nail in the same tire he had fixed earlier. I saw him take the old plug out of the tire and put a new plug on my tire in the exact same place. I didn't say anything and just paid the money again to not argue. I figured I just buy a tire online and have them install it since it started loosing air again for the third time. I came here and told them to install the tire I brought and the guy that had helped me the last 2 times approached me. This guy took my tire off and as he was release the bolts he BROKE the lug nut. He tried convincing me it broke because it was rusty but I'll let you guys decide for yourself. He broke it and said it could have happened to anybody and said he would not change it for free. He would charge 100$ to change the part he broke. Beware of this place! I had to leave with a broken lug but! read more
