do not come here. do not come here. was running errands all day, getting an oil change was my last errand, i get to jiffy and after getting my oil drained the 'mechanic' comes in to say my brake fluid is leaking that he so called 'felt' it as he got in my car. boom gave me a quote of $800 to fix. i denied said id fix later. he then tells me that it seems like someone did it intentionally and that nothing was rubbing on the brake hose. which put me on high alert and suspicious of everything. they ask me to pull out my car as i was done with the oil change service, boom brake pedal to the floor no sign of brakes car is unable to move. i did ask why didnt they move it out as per usual and they said because they feel unsafe and how have i been driving this way. the quote suddenly dropped to $300. a hefty manager ' jose n' comes up to me and asks 'do you have any questions" i proceeded with " no but i have a concern as to why there is no brake fluid on the floor/ car when i pulled up, how was i able to get here with no brakes? how is there no evidence of it leaking/ spilling/not functioning." he then gets booty tickled and says "well there was the tire rubbing on it" i then said " that is not what was told to me. what was said 'it looked like someone couldve done it and nothing was rubbing against it." he then says " well those tires are too big for your car they dont even fit". as i been driving with my wheels for 7 years lol hefty dont know shit !! mechanic comes back i tell jose " stop speaking with me im done speaking to you." he then uses his hefty manager card and says " well !!! i am the manager !!! so you do have to speak to me!!" as i ignored him cause at this point fatty is making any excuse to cover for his temu workers. continued speaking to mechanic who brought the attention to me of my vehicle being broken and who did myoil change so no i did not need to speak to the manager as he did not advise me of my vehicle. so boom manager says ' i am the manager , you know what, you know what we're not gonna help her, get your car and tow it out of here and leave. nah nah i know what shes trying to do shes trying to say we did something' never once did i accuse them. lol! did he think that was gonna hurt me?? 1. i was not going to ask them temu people to fix my vehicle. 2. a 'man' a big one at that, talking to females this way and using his manager label to get his ways is brazy to me. this is not how you run a business but since its so easy to own a jiffy anyone at this point can be hired. they messed with the right one i know to never take cars to these temu places but hey when you a busy person and you gotta get it done didnt think they can mess up a quick easy job. lmfao minimum wages manager just sits behind computers tapping his big ah fingers on the keyboard being annoying lmfao get a blue collar job go sweat some and make some big bucks, p.s they started asking questions of if my car can race their trash cars in the lot.. forgot to add; my skid plate was not put on properly so there goes that. im looking foward to a refund for the oil change and i could have lost my plate somewhere if my car was driveable. mechanic also told me he was barely 2 weeks on the job talk to men the same way lets see the outcome of that. you got any questions for me you got the number goodbye. read more

Came here awhile back to get transmission fluid and filter changed the guys in the workstation said they would do it for 380$ that price, they are working on my car and a girl cashier comes in holding a dirty air filter asked if I wanted to replace it I was like okay I'll do that too come to find out they never opened the gasket to change the filter for transmission they never even opened the bottom to drain the trans fluid they just sucked it from the top and refilled it I ended up paying $400-$450 and my car is in worse shape, they also stole my Aux cord converter and probably more stuff will never go to Jiffy Lube again , businesses like this really need supervision and cameras watching the employees, would suggest firing all staff before you go bankrupt read more

Called to ask what time they close and they said 7pm and was told as long as I get there before 7pm they can service my car. I arrived at 6:45pm and was told it was told late. The "tech" asked me a questions about what services I needed, then made me pull up to as if he was going to take my car in and then out of nowhere he said it was to late, what the heck. I told him it was before 7pm and he said he was the only one there and he was going to close the system down. I was of course upset and very visibly, he then said I didn't have to raise my voice at him he started to argue with me and said he wasn't going to take my car cuz I was acting up with him. I would come out of my way to this location over & over again because I know that my car is being taken care of by reliable & trustworthy technicians. My first time here I ended up having to have both front & back brakes replaced in addition to my regular oil change. They worked quickly & efficiently and I was on my way with the problems resolved. Prices are reasonable & Robert makes sure you get the biggest discount & the lowest price he can offer you for services to ensure you're getting the best deal in town! My 2nd time here, due to a separate issue, Robert & Jarod took a look at my car due to an unknown rattling noise. They inspected my car free of charge, found the issue (rock rattling around near brakes), retrieved the rock & I was again on my way with all issues & rattling resolved. All employees I have interacted with here at this location have been nothing but friendly, helpful & professional. I went to the Imperial/ Lakewood location for a coolant flush, halfway through the service. I spotted one of the employees pouring water into the vacuum chamber and putting old fluid back into my vehicle!!! None of my fluids were checked nor windows cleaned or, any future service maintenance weren't recommended. I see why a lot of companies shut down, Even go out of business. So I took my car 12/2022 according to the sticker. I rarely drive my car so I barely hit the "due date for next oil change". The picture u see is the sticker they stuck on my front window, inside, top left (driver side). That's sh!t won't come off!! If u zoom in, the corners r chipped away due to my nail trying to scrape the damn thing off! WTH jiffy lube???? Why get stickers that don't come off? Why get stickers that we place in OUR CARS they we spend money on that don't come off?? And BS if ur gonna say that it was on their too long. Today I decided to get an oil change because I've neglected my car due to hardship. While in the garage, I received a call from my doctor that just added to me feeling defeat lately. I was crying after the phone call, and tried to hold it together. Aside from their quick service and maintenance recommendations/estimates they gave me for my car, they were COMPASSIONATE. Bailey was empathetic and offered some really good words of affirmation and uplifted my spirit in doing so. Another gentlemen showed sympathy, as well, asking if I was okay. They could have avoided me the whole service minus checkout and whatnot. I didn't expect them to acknowledge me crying in my car, let alone ask about it, but they did. Funny thing is the customer in the lobby told me they over tightened his plug and cracked the washer which he brought it back and they replaced the washer. The csa "tony" anthony P Said i "needed to change transmission fluid bc it was black" and i just had Honda do a transmission fluid service on 4/24/01! What a Con! Then my estimate was $112 and bc they already started the work my hands were tied! I said i was NOT paying $112 for an oil change and the bill was reduced to $75.51 for full synthetic oil. Invoice said they checked lights and wipers and they did NOT! False report! This place is a RIP OFF! I will never go to any JIFFY LUBE again based off of this experience. I've had good experiences here until recently. Went in for oil change and left with a BROKEN KEY. Penelope broke my key and didn't come bother to let me know. I saw her while I waited inside she was laughing in my car but didn't think anything of it. When my car was done the key completely came apart. MIND YOU IVE HAD THIS KEY FOR YEARS and I've NEVER had issues. So Arturo the mechanic comes out and said "if there was an issue with the key you have to let us know before " I said there wasn't or has been for years. Then he proceeded to say " well these aren't even the original key " okay ??? Y'all still broke it. While all this happened I asked so what do we do ? They both said "wait till Monday" while I tried to leave I couldn't turn the car on and NO ONE bothered to come to check why we weren't leaving. Penelope did mention when she turned it it broke but you couldn't come tell me about it ? Then I came in Monday and the manager didn't do anything about it. He said "oh well it's a replacement key that happens? Didn't even acknowledge what they did wrong or anything. I don't care if it's a replacement or not a key is a key. And it's the fact that they broke it and didn't come communicate.DO NOT TRUST THEM HERE. who knows how many things they do and don't tell the customers on their own cars. Thursday morning "signature oil change". Simple. They probably checked most of what they were supposed to. Definitely didn't see them look or pick up my wipers. Didn't check my tires. Had to ask for that...said the other guy would get to it. (My cars system has a tire meter. Started off at 36 when I got the car so I know that should be the psi. Was at 32 when I got to the place) They started getting more people waiting for the person comes out and does the tires...I drive away and the system says they're at 31 and 33.
