I took my truck for an AC repair. Majid checked the system intially he said it was because the serpentine belt and there was no freon but he said the compressor was OK. He charged me 360. So I drove out of the shop and the AC was blowing cold air but after 30 minutes it started blowing hot air. I took it back the following day and he said it was the compressor that doesn't work. I told him that he said the compressor was fine when he first issued the diagnostic. His response is that there is no way of knowing it could've been the compressor. Really? Of course there was a way to know. You were just guessing what the problem was. Now of course he is gonna try to charge me thousands for the job which I will trust. He didn't want to refund a portion of what he charged even though he didn't fix the issue. read more

My Friend Dama, took her car (2014 GLK350) in for a check engine light diagnose, on Mar 7th 2026, the shop replaced rear brake pads and broke the hand brake release handle, replaced engine air filter , cabin filter. All without the customer pre-approval. they also charged her for oil change which was done the day before at a different shop. the brake pads and rotors were replaced few months ago still have more than half life to go. On the bill they hand written, she needs spark plugs and parking brake assembly. never mentioned the OBD code nor the original complaint from the customer. She was charged $380 for work never was needed nor asked for and left with a damaged brake release handle. This is a dishonest facility never take your vehicle there. read more

Never again !! Took my car for overheating they stated they will fix . Got charge 900$ . Picked up my car got told should be good if it overheated to bring it back. Got told to drive it around the areas before driving it far, saw that odd due to their shouldn't be an issue to drive it far if they fix it right. Once I left my ac wasn't working when it was so took it back and they unplugged the ac and they forgot to put it back , how can you forget smh. Drove it on the fwy to work and not even half way it got overheating again . Took it back and left it , and got called that they couldn't do anything to fix it . Like how!?! If they fucken charge me 900$ !!! 900 for what work !!!! So went back and ask for half of my money back but didn't get nothing back . In that case they shouldn't had touch my car since day one if they knew they couldn't fix it . They old stole from me $900 for my car to literally stay the same as day one !!! Very unprofessional!!! This place overcharges a lot! Whoever is in charge seriously does not like working. Employee said on the phone "the best I can do is $650" for an alternator replacement! That's honestly ridiculous, buddy googled "average alternator replacement cost." Laughed all the way to another auto repair shop & got it replaced for $180. However, they put some air in my tire at no charge so that I could make it to a shop that they recommended without running out of air. Had some car trouble over the weekend, needed to find a reliable mechanic who was local and affordable. After some brief research, decided to have my vehicle towed here. Magic was friendly, straight forward, and very efficient. Called me after an hour or so to let me know what the issue was, after I gave him the green light to do the repairs he had my car ready by the end of the day. I went to have my car serviced for a sensor an smog I specially kept telling them what I needed. So I dropped my car off around 11 didn't get it back til after 5 just to find out that they did not do what I had asked them to do. I've taken two of my cars to Alondra Auto Care. A 98 Toyota RAV4 and a 94 Honda Accord. Both cars were taken care of and worked like a champ afterwards. Breaks replaced, engine work, belts, they do it all. The people who work there are nice and friendly and will help you out any way possible. Magic is such a chill guy and really straight out on your cars problems, he did a smoke evap test, repair, and smog check on my car and did it quick and provided great customer service.
