In need of an oil change for the 2011 hyundai we have and found this place on yelp. Everyone was VERY nice! They dont try to upsell you. Plenty of seating to wait - but it was a fast service. They vacuumed the floor and cleaned the windshield which we werent expecting and was super awesome of them! It was a reasonable price and im sure we will be back. During my oil change, I was charged for an air filter replacement that I had previously declined. It was only as I was preparing to leave that I was informed the air filter--despite being on my invoice--had not been installed. When I requested a refund for the unapproved and unperformed service, I was met with an unprofessional response, including an unnecessary explanation of the air filter and a dismissive attitude. I was told that no refunds are issued on Saturdays and to return on Monday, which I found both inconvenient and unacceptable. After a bit of back & forth $25 were thrown at me. I've been coming here for many years, 8 years. I took my car to get a oil change and then I had a mechanic. Check the stick for some reason. I told him to check the oil and he told me, you know what you're missing oil, 1/4 of oil, I came back and told them, and they said, oh no, you, your oil, stick It shows that you have the oil. That's a bunch of lies, because I seen the oil stick and it was missing. It wasn't all the way full . Why didn't they show me the does stick right away? I needed an oil change as my 2011 Chevy Tahoe. It only had 5% oil life left (not a usual thing for me). Service was great, quick and professional, approximately 20-30 minutes since we sat down. My usual place, Walmart was booked out a couple days, I had no time or oil life left. Price is very competitive to Walmart price. I didn't mind paying the extra few dollars since it's family owned and they look out for your vehicle with multi point inspections & future service recommendations. Also, you can see the technician actually pouring in the actual oil from the bottle vs Walmart that who knows what they use. The guys that work here are honest and top notch professionals. Last Saturday I had several maintenances done on a 2020 Ford Transit Tall Van such as engine oil change, transmission fluid, radiator flush, windshield wipers, air filter, etc. It was my first at this place but I was really pleasantly surprised. Here is an example. I checked my front brake pads and they have about 3-4 mm still left. I told them to check and replace. They could have charged me $300 for this brake job. But they inspected the pads by removing the wheel, and told me not needed. Other places would have done it. I highly recommend this place for your maintenance of your vehicles. read more

I had no leaks before I went there and I left with a power steering fluid leak and a oil leak. Now I have to go to a auto repair shop and figure out the cause of these leaks. I came in for oil change because of a sign stated Limited time Synthetic Oil 59.99. I was charged full price for synthetic oil change and when I brought up the sign, the mechanic said "oh no, that's not for your car, it's for trucks". Also there is a description of service for oil change inside that is included with oil change that I did not receive. It's wiping interior windows, vacuum interior and I bet my bottom dollar they did not too off my fluids or check anything else. It was quick maybe 20 minutes so I doubt any other service was done.
