Took my car here to get a tune up and 2 months later while getting an oil change I informed the techs that my car has been leaking oil. The techs showed me the inside of my car and there was a crack!!! They never informed me of this crack at Rusty's when I picked it up. NEVER again. They tried to cover the damage with silicon puddy. This rating is purely on their cost breakdown. I don't have any complain on their services but when I saw their cost breakdown I was very disappointed. I had a gas housing changed due to a horrible job Sears did on my car. But to charge me $130 to pick up a part less than 20 miles away from their shop because it was same day is ridiculous. I recommend you ask for a breakdown of charges before agreeing to any services even if you're in desperate need of getting your car fixed! The same part was available through Toyota for next day delivery. If I would have know of any other options I would have chosen to wait for the next day. Anyway, my car was fixed and I have a piece of mind that I have no more oil leaks. I understand time is money, but $130 to pick up a part is just plain taking advantage of ones desperate situation, the part alone was $47. read more
