Perhaps, needing service on repairs and parts that I have already paid for. On July of 2025, I took my car to a shop because my car was making noises...brakes, tires and so on needed to be replaced, I paid for that. Then, as I was driving my car it came to a complete stop. I was unable to move because it wouldn't turn on, my fuel pumps were the problem. Paid to have those replaced at the same shop that I trusted. On March of this year, 2026, I'm at Target and my car failed to turn on. I towed it to the same shop and they "repaired and replaced my non-working fuel pumps" because it was still under warranty. My car is acting up, possibly fuel pumps again. This would be the third time in a year dealing with the same problem. Long story short, brought it to G & J Auto Repair Shop to have George inspect it because I feel that he is honest. Spoke to him in March of this year when my fuel pumps gave out again. I had warranty and so I decided to take it back to old shop. He has been understanding, has checked my electrical concerns,inspected the fuel pumps and has taken the time to inspect my overall car, so that I can have a peace of mind! Another mechanic changed the spark plugs/coils but the code was still popping up. G&J was able to diagnose that I had a bad vacuum hose. They replaced it, and the code was cleared. For AC repair, George quoted me on the cost for AC compressor and fan replacement (parts & labor). Pricing was very good. Next day they had my car ready for me to hit the road. I pulled off the lot with my AC blasting ice cold, engine codes cleared, and car running Great! So thankful for George and team taking care of me. I definitely found my new Go-To mechanic. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I initially called in and spoke to Mike to get a quote and see…read morewhat I needed for my Mercedes C300 brakes and was told to go in person so they can better analyze the situation and tell me in person. I was helped by Shawn and he checked my car and told me I only needed to change my rear brakes only so that made me already trust him bc he wasn't trying to upsale and get me to pay for the front ones when they weren't needed. He also told me that one of my rear rotors needed to be replaced and I knew that was already going to be the case since that was my reason for calling (I was hearing a screeching noise every time I pressed on my brake) and unfortunately if I replace 1 rear rotor, I would need to replace the other. Shawn was able to get the parts for me the same day and both the brakes and rotors were OEM for mercedes. He charged me the original price for all the parts and then added a fair price for the labor. I needed to go back home, and Shawn was nice enough to drive me home (I live about 5 min away) After about 3 hours, my car was ready. When I went back, I was helped by Eddie and he was also very nice! He explained what was done on my car, showed me my old brake pads and rotors and explained how I can keep an eye on it in the future. My car is also due for B service soon and he said they can complete that for $275 when it's time. This is amazing since it's over $900 at the dealership! I will be recommending MSB to all my family that drive mercedes! Mike, Shawn, and Eddie provided amazing customer service with unbeatable prices!

I've driven to this shop to get tire pressure checked and they were very helpful...no charge. I returned for a tire rotation and I received exceptional service. Tire rotation cost was $60. Jonathan informed me that the back breaks needed replacement which I was aware of. He explained the repair and the type of parts they use. I returned on a Saturday morning after shopping around and proceeded with the replacement of the back breaks. I drive a 2018 Honda Accord and was charged $265 with a one year warranty included. I left my car for a few hours and it was ready. Jonathan was extremely helpful and professional!

I took my car in because I had an oil leak, so I started off by getting the oil pan gasket fixed (I…read moreknew this was the problem from the start ) so they change it and tells me it's still leaking oil, then suggest a valve cover gasket. I do it then the car is still leaking oil. Dennis (the mechanic) recommends a rear main seal replacement but I don't do it and 6 months later I decide to get to the bottom of why my car is leaking oil and I see it's still the oil pan gasket so I decide to switch it out myself and i see how bad of a job these people did and tried to scam me into doing more work than needed. The oil pan gasket was the problem from the beginning I seen the gasket they used and it was a make your own gasket (later if silicone or something) very messy work some of the gasket was inside of the pan and inside the upper oil pan apart from that it was ripped and still leaking oil. Just be careful check your work before leaving the shop. I paid over $500 for the job to be done with very cheap materials.
