I had a great experience with MSB! I initially called in and spoke to Mike to get a quote and see what I needed for my Mercedes C300 brakes and was told to go in person so they can better analyze the situation and tell me in person. I was helped by Shawn and he checked my car and told me I only needed to change my rear brakes only so that made me already trust him bc he wasn't trying to upsale and get me to pay for the front ones when they weren't needed. He also told me that one of my rear rotors needed to be replaced and I knew that was already going to be the case since that was my reason for calling (I was hearing a screeching noise every time I pressed on my brake) and unfortunately if I replace 1 rear rotor, I would need to replace the other. Shawn was able to get the parts for me the same day and both the brakes and rotors were OEM for mercedes. He charged me the original price for all the parts and then added a fair price for the labor. I needed to go back home, and Shawn was nice enough to drive me home (I live about 5 min away) After about 3 hours, my car was ready. When I went back, I was helped by Eddie and he was also very nice! He explained what was done on my car, showed me my old brake pads and rotors and explained how I can keep an eye on it in the future. My car is also due for B service soon and he said they can complete that for $275 when it's time. This is amazing since it's over $900 at the dealership! These people are GREAT! I had an odd knock with my engine and I was being told MANY different things from different mechanics. I then started to look for shops to take my car in for a "rebuild" and I came across them and they were very friendly over yelp messaging. I was also posting in MB forums for possible help and thoughts because I was stressing so much over my car and what you know. Eru who works at MSB reached out to me on fb and offered to diagnose my car for free. Mind you he didn't know I reached out to the shop prior. I called the number he gave me and what a coincidence it was MSB it was like a sign from god to go to them and it was. Eru diagnosed my car and he was 100% right on his suspicion. To sum it up, he saved me over 8-14k. I found MSB on Yelp to see if I could service my MB 2016 C300. I contacted them through Yelp first and they responded within the hour even though it was a weekend. Out of all the local mechanics I contacted they were the only ones to reply right away. They gave me a time and day to come over and the diagnostic was completely free. Just fyi, my car had a squeaky noise coming from the front driver side tire. On the day I brought my car over they were able to assess and identify the problem for free. They were also able to come up with a solution and get the problem fixed all on the same day. The whole time they were clear and communicated to me what was wrong and what I needed. Considering how maintenace costs on MBs can get pricey, their service (parts & labor) charge was relatively cheap. I would definitely reccommend going to them and I will probably go back to them next time I have another problem with my car. read more

I stumbled upon MSB through Yelp. I called around noon today spoke to Shaun and got an appointment today as well. The inspection and diagnostic was free which is really great! Other places I called wanted to charge just for the inspection alone. Showed up and was greeted by Shaun right away! Warm welcome! My BF's 2010 E350's ac is not blowing air/quit working. Alex looked at it and it was the blower motor that needs to be replaced. Luckily, they had the parts available and they were able to work on the car. I really like these guys, I was recieved a free diagnostic from them to see what the problem was with my car however I was told that there is a problem with my intake manifold and sensors and that they need to be replaced.
