Took my daughter's car to this shop because it was overheating. They keep it for 5 days. Told me he didn't have time to test drive but I could. Said every time he tried to test drive it, they would call him back to the shop. Said I could test drive the car. Had to explain, I'm a Nurse, not a mechanic. One week later we were back. This time they kept it for 7 days. Didn't fix the problem. Now the car has a blown engine. Please don't take your car here. You'll be better off going to a donut shop. read more

I found this place about a year ago when I had to do an oil change. I wasn't looking for the lowest price so I don't know if his price is the best in town but it was definitely reasonable price with great customer service. After he was done with oil change he took a look at my brake pads and other parts of the car. He also mentioned that I will need to replace tires soon even though his place doesn't sell tires. I came back this week to replace brake pads and he offered me a few different options with different prices. He explained why some cost more than the other and I went with ceramic pads that costs a little bit more. Called for an estimate on a rack and pinion and the guy says he couldn't give me one till he raised the vehicle in the air...asked him if he used alldata for labor rates and he said he doesn't use it because all cars are different, bull. If it's the same make and model, Labor rate is the same. You just use the post warranty labor rate from alldata. This is the reason people don't trust mechanics..can't make you own rates. manufacturers have labor rates that say how long it takes to do a job on every vehicle, why make your own? Lost my business before you even got it. read more

This is an okay place to go..came here for an estimate...cant believe he wanted to charge me 1200 to only fix the sensor on my vehicle. But good to know that when i do need the service that my scanner fee will be applied to my balance($80 fee). So you want oil change or smog check perfect place to go repairs...not so much. read more

Been coming here for nearly five years and we absolutely love the customer service we've received each and every year (we have two cars and do a *lot* of commuting, so that's the only reason why we've had to come in so often). Sadly, this will be our last time getting our car checked-up here since we'll be moving out of state - but this shop has definitely raised the bar of what we expect from car repair shops. Each and every time we've had our car repaired or had its oil changed in *OTHER* shops (including nation-wide big name car shops... looking at you, Jiffy Lube), we'd get the usual run-around of this-needs-fixing-that-needs-fixing, you-need-these-parts, you-need-this-cleaned-out... But whenever we'd go back to this shop and tell them what the other shops recommended, they'd give the car a thorough look-through and find that NONE of the recommended actions were needed, nor even recommended. They've even found some minor issues that the other shops hadn't noticed. From our experience, they're not the cheapest, but they're definitely the most reliable. They've always been honest with their work, customer care, and quotes. And if they can't offer a fix, or they don't have a specialty in some of the jobs, they have always given us the contact information of other shops that can help us. Honestly can't say enough good things about them, they're an amazing car shop and we'll seriously miss their kindness and thoroughness. We'll be bringing them a homemade cheesecake once our car's final repairs are done (we'll need it in tip-top shape for a cross-country trip) as an extra thank you for all the help they've given us over the years. read more

FINALLY! A mechanic I can trust. From start to finish, Fernando helped me and was honest with me about the repairs my car truly needed and others that were not immediately necessary. He could've easily tried to sell me on several repairs like other bad mechanics but he was straight forward and honest the entire time. I had a bad experience a couple years back with another local mechanic that charged me way above what he quoted me so I'm always a bit hesitant taking my car to get worked on but Fernando was so professional and told me exactly what everything would cost and even did some quick inspections for me free of charge. He even showed me my worn out brakes and bad spark plug to make sure I knew what exactly needed replacing, I've never had a mechanic be so detailed, I loved it!
