Thursday morning "signature oil change". Simple. They probably checked most of what they were supposed to. Definitely didn't see them look or pick up my wipers. Didn't check my tires. Had to ask for that...said the other guy would get to it. (My cars system has a tire meter. Started off at 36 when I got the car so I know that should be the psi. Was at 32 when I got to the place) They started getting more people waiting for the person comes out and does the tires...I drive away and the system says they're at 31 and 33. So that's didn't happen. I've been to other jiffy lubes that were better. read more

So I came in for a oil change for my Kia 2019 S I knew I needed some extra work but didn't know how severe it was there was a great guy named Tony explained to me how important it was to get at least 2 out of 5 things serviced the total was way out of my price range but Tony worked with me he let me know what the most important issue was and he handled them for a great price if you come to this place ask for Tony if Tony is not here just wait trust me not only will he make sure you get the service you need he makes sure it's not hurting your pockets Tony will also make sure your in and out in a decent time BTW I'm not a review type of guy literally my first one read more

Do NOT go to this location they will just take advantage of you and steal your money. My sister went to this location they charged her $700 for work they did not do to her car they took advantage of the fact that she was young and a girl and told her they "fixed the car issues" when in fact they did NOT fix it. Resulting in her car getting more damaged because "she thought they had fixed the issue " I spoke to Jesus Manager their and he was no help rude and basically blamed my sister for trusting them. I contacted the owner Oscar I believe they told me his name was and he tried to contact my sister just to offer coupons! They did the oil change just fine. However I am very dissatisfied to have picked up a nail AND some other sharp object in my rear tire while exiting the facility. So $96 for the oil change & $250 to replace my tire (both objects were in a location where it could not be patched). I'm sure the items were picked up at the facility because according to my paperwork a tire inspection was done, and if so, the items would have been spotted and brought to my attention but there was no mention of tire damage. As soon as I exited the facility, I began hearing a clicking sound, it was coming from the object poling from the side wall of the tire. Also, this location falsified documents and service as they marked on my paperwork that windshield washer fluid was added, but it was not! I know this because I just had the reservoir replaced, so it was empty when I arrived (the notification appears on the dash) & when I left, it was as still empty! I would not have had a problem with them not refilling the reservoir but please do not lie and say that you did. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location, and I am actually concerned to whether or not the actually changed my oil filter and added the proper products I paid for. read more

When you take your car to get serviced you hope the people working on your car are competent and trained to do the job you as a customer are paying for. As Jarod the Supervisor stated "his staff isn't trained for what a person would hope is a basic knowledge of working on anybody's car." Costly mistakes happen when you don't know what you are doing. A costly mistake that happened to my car when his staff didn't do what they said they did. I Went in for a oil change and for them to check my fluids. Prior to I had no leaks "no issues to my car at all." Come to find out they didn't fill my fluids up (my car was bone dry) and began overheating. Good thing I caught it due to the fact my engine could have blew. While asking questions; Jarod became rude and disrespectful all because he knew I was making sense and he wasn't. He said with his own own words that wouldn't even allow this to happen to his car but it's ok for it to happens to others. On their own receipt it states "Satisfaction is our #1 GOAL!" But yet I received the complete opposite. I Asked to speak to a manger and Jarod took my information down yet no one called me to resolve this matter. It took me calling again today to get a response from the actual manager Robert. It doesn't seem like they prioritize customers satisfaction & conflict resolution. With that being said I would stay far away from this location in general. With all due respect, Just Horrible. read more

Just came in for oil change. In 10 minutes I was in and out ! My mechanic Augustine helped me understand what is wrong with my car . He took the time to explain, answer all my questions and he showed me exactly where the problems are at. Not only that , but you can see everything is done to your car like me, I still asked him questions and he is patient with me and makes me understand everythinghe is doing .I'm about to learn how to change breaks my self and I do appreciate it , because it happen to me before at nissan dealer to change my breaks and leave ,2 days after they were making same loud sound like never been changed. I highly recommend to service your car thru them , because they are taking the time to explain everything and Justin helped me finance with 0 APR for up to 100 days and I don't even have too much credit ! I told them I had my own stuff for a basic oil change and they told me it was going to be $80 and when my boyfriend called them and gave them the same info about my car with the supplies they told him it will be $42 and it's still a rip off because it costs $27 at any other jiffy lube DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I hate this damn place but it's cheap for an oil change. The only old guy that works there who's a bit husky has the worth customer service. I'm pretty sure he's the manager too but that guy is just full of it. Every time I come he mentions something being wrong with my car every time it's always something new which I find hilarious cuz I look him in his eyes and say damn ok. I just wanted to slap tf outta him because he just lies and lies. I feel sorry for the other workers there. They must hate his ass I'm sure. I went in for a oil change, I ended up needing an oil change, transmission oil change and engine flushing. I was expecting it to be over $450, but Tony gave me a deal and I only ended up paying $270. Make sure when y'all get there, ASK FOR TONY. Great guy and knows his stuff. read more

Horrible customer service when you need them to correct a problem after they have received their commission for the job. My issue has not been correct since the end of September. Every time we are told to go in,Robert the manager will say they do not have a mechanic in and that we can try another day and hopefully he will come in. Hello all today I had my car serviced at this Jiffy lube location. Tony was very helpful when I called in before I went to the location he shared the specials. When I arrived to Jiffy lube i was helped right away. Tony came out and was honest and shared that cars need extra work sometimes so aside from a Tune-up I got Fuel Injection Cleaning I shared with Tony that i had my mortgage to pay so he was willing to work with me on a reasonable price. It's not often in the world you meet people in the business as kind as Tony. I thank God for good people like Tony and great hardworking mechanics at Jiffy lube.
