Please look elsewhere Every person I know who has gotten an oil change here has ended up with car problems afterward. It's strange because three different cars, including mine, all started making loud scraping noises and had much louder engines after being serviced here. None of these issues were happening before the oil changes. It really seems like something wasn't done correctly. My car is currently at another repair shop being inspected, and another person's car is being checked out as well because they're having similar issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. read more

Outstanding Service at Jiffy Lube! I stopped by Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change, and I was really impressed by how smooth and efficient the entire experience was. From the moment I arrived, the team greeted me with a friendly attitude and immediately got to work. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the services, and made sure I understood what was being done -- no pressure, just honest and professional care. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and before I knew it, my car was ready to go. They even checked my fluids, tire pressure, and cleaned my windshield -- those extra touches really make a difference. It's refreshing to see a team that takes pride in their work and truly values customer service. I'll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and recommending this location to friends and family! read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - Downey, California

We came here and everyone was super friendly except for a receptionist named Ashely Salas. We came to come get my car looked at and unfortunately another customer backed up into our car and hit us due to her directing him to back up and instead of her apologizing she announced that is was our personal problem and that we have to deal with it. She was super rude and unprofessional and now we have more damages to fix ! This was unnecessary and I hope you guys hire better staff that in fact do care about customers and their needs. read more

I went in for a question and was dealing with a very friendly gentleman and then here comes us lady named Penelope walked up with the instant attitude and continued to give me attitude. I've been working in customer service for over 25 years. I most definitely do not recommend this place. It's not a good place to go if you want good customer service. A person like Penelope shouldn't be working with customers if she's going to have a bad attitude. read more

Decided to try to get an oil change somewhere other than my usual spot. I was on a time crunch for work and in the area of this Jiffy Lube's- so we came in. There was one car ahead of us, but I still asked how long it would take just in case they were being seen for something that would take more. The employee told us it would take 15 minutes. 15 minutes later that car was still sitting there, so we asked how much longer and they said it was done and finally moved it a little forward so they could start the oil change. Long story short, we just left- ONE HOUR LATER. And not only is this location more expensive- but for the price and how insanely long it took, they didn't even do the fluid and function checks that the other places do. First time trying Jiffy Lube and definitely the last! read more

Santiago was very helpful and amazing! The services was quick and they helped me with the pricing of the services that I needed for mh car. I will definitely come back and bring my other cars to get service at this Jiffy Lube location read more

Tony and his team are all around experienced technicians. I came in for an oil change, but found a few other issues with my brakes that they were able to take care of right away. I've been to another Jiffy Lube within the last six weeks and they never diagnose these problems. So I needed an experienced technician team I can trust. Thank you guys for keeping my car in good order and getting me back on the road. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Car service by four technicians - Auto Repair Near Me - Downey, California

I took a late lunch today and brought my car into the well rated Jiffy Lube. The customer service was horrible. The staff was extremely unfriendly and in no hurry to assist me and get the job done in the most timely manner. I will not be returning to this location. read more

This location took advantage of a young lady she needed AC SERVICE instead of taking to proper steps to assure the AC SYSTEM WAS LEAK FREE and I quote " they put the car on the Machine and the machine does the work" if I'm not mistaken and I do know REFRIGERATION That after recovering refrigerant that was still left in the unit if there was anything in it the unit should have been in a vaccum and that vaccum should have been held a minimum of 30min to assure there was no leaks in the system and then charge system for efficient operation once no leaks was found well that was not the case they charged it and charge her it worked a day or two she then takes it back and they find a leak and wants to charge her even more to repair when all this could have been avoided the first time she wants a refund and they are saying they don't believe a refund can be given. read more

Thanks Jacky for the great customer service, great attitude, fast and trustworthy servive as always.

I Went in just to get a price on air filters they said to pull in my car so they can take a look and they'd give me an estimate. I never mentioned to them I wanted an oil change, but still they went ahead and drained it, when I had just gotten it changed at a different location. Why would they just go ahead and do that?! Did I need to explicitly say no oil change? Either way it wasn't right. I am incredible upset do not go to this location. read more

Went in for them to drain some oil because they previously overfilled it. The idiot didn't put back the drain plug properly and it leaked almost all the oil. Coincidentally my check engine light turned on and i took it to my regular mechanic. And there was only 1 quart left, he said if I would of drove another 50 miles I would of blown my engine!! Oh boy would of I have sued real quick!!!! You would of owned me a new car!!! How many times have you idiots done this?!? read more

I purchased a battery with a warranty. I came back to find out they no longer sell batteries therefore unable to uphold to the warranty. They had no problem charging me for it, therefore there should be no issue honoring the contract. Although, the lady was helpful by providing provided information as to where to go to have another business uphold the warranty, I should not have to go anywhere else other than the business that sold me battery, in this case Jiffy Lube. read more

Came here and the staff was instantly helpful and so friendly. I can't stand it when I go to a mechanic and they come off a little arrogant bc they're more knowledgeable about cars. Very quick service, didn't have to wait long at all. And my service was very reasonably priced. I was so nervous they were going to quote me some astronomical price. Definitely coming back! read more

Tony was amazing! He helped me understand exactly what my car needed and was very professional. He got me in fast and got my car running like brand new. Highly recommend this location and if Tony is around, please have him help you. Thank you Tony "The Bulldog"! read more

I've come to this location several times to do an oil change on my Volvo because it's near my office and I can get it done during my lunch break. The service was good and it was fast. Rates were reasonable. Today I called to do the oil change on my BMW and they wouldn't give me a quote. The one near my house entered the data into their computer and gave me a quote. I told them it's a six cylinder engine and quoted me $70 more than the one near my house. It was disappointing to hear as I got the impression they didn't care to quote me correctly. read more

Took my vehicle to get an oil change to this location. for starters they never reset my oil change light. a month later i start noticing oil stains on my drive way where i park my car. when i go under the car to check where it leaking i see oil dripping from oil filter. i check my oil and see im half a quart quart low. which i bought at a local auto parts location. i take it to another jiffy lube and they inform me the oil filter was not installed correctly, i called this location to see what they can do and they were rude about it and didn't want to take any account ability about so, i paid for an oil change that was done correctly, paid for an extra quart of oil, spent time to go to a diffrent location to get oil filter installed correctly and now have to spend time clean oil spots on my driveway. dont recommend bring your vehicle here read more

Came here because of the Yelp reviews mentioning Tony, and the reviews don't disappoint. Tony tells you what you need and oversees that his team does a good job. Not only am I taken care of, but his team is learning under his watch. The commitment to his team and customers is what will keep me coming back. Gracias Tony! Also, while explaining what I need and telling me discounted prices, he also discounted from the total at the very end, assuring the next expected checkup time for each service. read more

I had the worst experience here at this Jiffy Lube, I pulled up and asked for an estimate of a Full synthetic oil change and the nice man named Luis quoted me a reasonable quote of 91.00 for the European vehicle of 5 quarts. When I went in to wait and pay. The another worker with no name tag came to me and claimed my car needed a engine flush, and if I don't do the engine flush it will break my engine. He claimed I needed to change my radiator fluid, power steering, break fluid, which he would give me a deal of 400.000!!! What a joke and every time I politely turned down those services he was getting upset Finally when told him I came and asked for an estimate ahead of time and Luis quoted 91.00 and I do not want any of these services, I would like to leave" The worker said "well I don't don't know if they drained oil already". Even so I will not be obligated to pay for these extra services I did not consent too. I hate it when they try to take advantage of people especially females and the elderly. The worker who kept trying to charge me more ended just leaving and Luis the man that quoted me a price on arrival ended up charging me the quoted price. I left and will NEVER go back. read more

This place was great! Tony was awesome, Greta customer service. He explained everything well and gave me a good rate.

My car has been leaking oil and the dealership has told me that they would charge me $150 to check out why, but I came in to this jiffy lube and the manager Robert, and the employees joseph and Jamie had showed me why my car was leaking oil and went above and beyond. He personally showed me where my car was leaking oil, so that I could know for assurance. At the end of the day, it was a simple fix so they didn't charge me extra. As a matter of fact, I was given a $20 discount towards my oil change. I went on 08/01/2022 I'm very grateful for these individuals read more
