Please look elsewhere Every person I know who has gotten an oil change here has ended up with car problems afterward. It's strange because three different cars, including mine, all started making loud scraping noises and had much louder engines after being serviced here. None of these issues were happening before the oil changes. It really seems like something wasn't done correctly. My car is currently at another repair shop being inspected, and another person's car is being checked out as well because they're having similar issues. Decided to try to get an oil change somewhere other than my usual spot. I was on a time crunch for work and in the area of this Jiffy Lube's- so we came in. There was one car ahead of us, but I still asked how long it would take just in case they were being seen for something that would take more. The employee told us it would take 15 minutes. 15 minutes later that car was still sitting there, so we asked how much longer and they said it was done and finally moved it a little forward so they could start the oil change. Long story short, we just left- ONE HOUR LATER. And not only is this location more expensive- but for the price and how insanely long it took, they didn't even do the fluid and function checks that the other places do. This location took advantage of a young lady she needed AC SERVICE instead of taking to proper steps to assure the AC SYSTEM WAS LEAK FREE and I quote " they put the car on the Machine and the machine does the work" if I'm not mistaken and I do know REFRIGERATION That after recovering refrigerant that was still left in the unit if there was anything in it the unit should have been in a vaccum and that vaccum should have been held a minimum of 30min to assure there was no leaks in the system and then charge system for efficient operation once no leaks was found well that was not the case they charged it and charge her it worked a day or two she then takes it back and they find a leak and wants to charge her even more to repair when all this could have been avoided the first time she wants a refund and they are saying they don't believe a refund can be given. read more

I've come to this location several times to do an oil change on my Volvo because it's near my office and I can get it done during my lunch break. The service was good and it was fast. Rates were reasonable. Today I called to do the oil change on my BMW and they wouldn't give me a quote. The one near my house entered the data into their computer and gave me a quote. I told them it's a six cylinder engine and quoted me $70 more than the one near my house. It was disappointing to hear as I got the impression they didn't care to quote me correctly. read more

Took my vehicle to get an oil change to this location. for starters they never reset my oil change light. a month later i start noticing oil stains on my drive way where i park my car. when i go under the car to check where it leaking i see oil dripping from oil filter. i check my oil and see im half a quart quart low. which i bought at a local auto parts location. i take it to another jiffy lube and they inform me the oil filter was not installed correctly, i called this location to see what they can do and they were rude about it and didn't want to take any account ability about so, i paid for an oil change that was done correctly, paid for an extra quart of oil, spent time to go to a diffrent location to get oil filter installed correctly and now have to spend time clean oil spots on my driveway. dont recommend bring your vehicle here read more

I had the worst experience here at this Jiffy Lube, I pulled up and asked for an estimate of a Full synthetic oil change and the nice man named Luis quoted me a reasonable quote of 91.00 for the European vehicle of 5 quarts. When I went in to wait and pay. The another worker with no name tag came to me and claimed my car needed a engine flush, and if I don't do the engine flush it will break my engine. He claimed I needed to change my radiator fluid, power steering, break fluid, which he would give me a deal of 400.000!!! What a joke and every time I politely turned down those services he was getting upset Finally when told him I came and asked for an estimate ahead of time and Luis quoted 91.00 and I do not want any of these services, I would like to leave" The worker said "well I don't don't know if they drained oil already". Even so I will not be obligated to pay for these extra services I did not consent too. I hate it when they try to take advantage of people especially females and the elderly. He personally showed me where my car was leaking oil, so that I could know for assurance. At the end of the day, it was a simple fix so they didn't charge me extra. Fellow Lyft drivers - don't come here for vehicle inspection. They say they take walk ins, but will refuse to do your inspection unless you come back in 2+ hours, and won't even bother taking their eyes off the computer screen in front of them to actually acknowledge you when they tell you this. I asked them before I left if the website is wrong and that maybe they didn't take walk-ins, but the guy (still looking at his screen) simply said, "No, we do." That was it. No further explanation.
