Great tire shop, overall!!! Between hubby and I, we've had our tire pressure checked here, tires rotated, and flats fixed. All services were always done quickly and correctly, and the prices are really good. We usually visit after our usual dealorship check up. Whatever tire service they say is needed we'll have it done here. It faster and cheaper. Now, they say they deal with brakes, too, but I wouldn't go here for that particular service.

Circular scratch from worn out alignment equipment
Carlos P.

I brought my car back to have the alignment re-checked and talk to someone about the scratches. They admitted that the steering wheel needed adjustments and did make the corrections free of charge, but when it came to the scratches, the manager insisted that they had nothing to do with it and that it was impossible for his machine to cause the damage because the sensors never touch the rims, only the tires. I watched the mechanics place the sensors directly on the rim first, then clamp down on the tires. The sensors line up perfectly with the scratches as well. When I pointed out this, the manager began to become very angry, claiming that his machine doesn't cause that and going on about how much it costs and how it's the best machine in the area. He said that I don't have proof that it caused the scratches and blamed my rims because they were "the cheapest". He said he will not do anything about it and told me once they're done with my car, that I can leave. I'll be having a more reputable mechanic check on the work as I don't have any confidence left in this place.

“The owner (Max) gave me a great price and he also noticed two of my tires were old and run down so he recommended I should replace those asap to avoid any accidents.”

I highly recommend Premier Wheels & Tire! They were so…read moreprofessional and quick. They were able to source my exact tire and replace it with in an hour. It was seamless from start to finish.

I never leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience is worth sharing. I brought in four…read moreThree-piece wheels to be checked for air leaks. I was told one wheel needed a125 reseal, and another just needed a 25 corrosion cleanup. A few days later, I got a call that the second wheel also needed a reseal. During that phone call, I made a mistake. It was early, I was taking care of my baby, and I quickly said, so it's gonna be 300. He agreed. Later, I realized that didn't match the original pricing. Two reseals at 125 each should have been 250. When I picked up the wheels and brought this up, instead of a professional conversation, I was met with hostility. There was no written estimate to reference and rather than discussing the misunderstanding, I was argued with and spoken to disrespectfully in front of other customers. I was basically told they didn't want my business anymore. I own a business myself, and when misunderstandings happen, I focus on resolving them respectfully, even if I think I'm right, because customer service matters. I paid the 250 because that's what I understood to be correct based on the original pricing. My issue isn't the 50 dollars, it's how I was treated. Respectful communication goes a long way. I won't be returning. Update: When I dropped off the wheels, I watched him write on a notepad125 for a reseal and 25 for corrosion cleanup. Later, when told the wheel didn't need corrosion but wheel needed a re-seal, I mistakenly said300 on the phone. When I came back, I asked to see that original note because I knew what I saw written, but he refused to show it or said he didn't have it. I paid 250. My concern is how the quote changed and how I was spoken to when I asked a simple question. Instead of addressing the documentation, the response turned personal. I stand by my experience and hope for respectful communication in the future. I know what I heard and what I saw written. I just wish that had been acknowledged instead of dismissed.
