Excellent service! I brought my Toyota 4Runner in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I also mentioned that my cigarette lighter/power outlet wasn't working. They discovered it was simply a blown fuse and fixed it for me at no additional charge. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and friendly service. They also let me know about a few things my vehicle will need in the future without making me feel pressured to have everything done right away. I especially appreciate that kind of straightforward, trustworthy service. I've always had a great experience here and feel comfortable trusting them with my 4Runner. Definitely five-star service and highly recommended! read more

I took my car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and quote for new brakes, and then took it back today to have the brake service performed. on both occasions Zeph helped address my concerns. during the oil change they performed a vehicle inspection and provided a link with images/videos of all the listed concerns triaged by most critical. it provided a lot of context and provided so much transparency on what was worked on or needed work; the link allowed me to share with my boyfriend (car owner) the findings as well. when i came to pickup the first time, Zeph gave me the run down on all the findings but one thing stuck with me: he said my air filter was dirty and could use a replacement, but added that i "have hands and can probably figure it out"; "i don't think i need to charge you to have me do it". and he is correct! that small exchange let me know my vehicle was in good hands. often times, especially as a woman, i have mechanics try to upsell me on small items that i can (and have) replaced on my own, or that weren't truly safety critical items. Zeph didn't try to upsell me on items or make me feel inferior for having any questions - he was honest and professional both times, and i look forward to continuing my business with him. all together the service has been stellar and the price has been a great value for the quality of service you get. the photo inspection report alone help put me at ease because i didn't just have to trust the mechanic's word - he showed me, and documented it all. read more

I visited several local auto repair shops, including Lexus of Cerritos, to fix the liftgate on my 2019 Lexus NX300, which wasn't working. Neither the remote control nor the power button could open it. Other shops suggested the problem might be with the shocks, motors, electrical wiring, or a combination of these. However, Zeph referred me to the relevant pages in the owner's manual that explained how to turn the PBD on if it was off. By following these instructions, I activated the PBD and was able to open the trunk using both the remote and the power button. My experience as a client was excellent--not only due to the technician's expertise, but also because of their customer-focused approach in helping to find solutions. I highly recommend Top Line Automotive. read more

This is my go-to auto repair spot. They're close, friendly and get the job done. Highly recommend.

I had my water pump and thermostat replaced here and not even a full 6 months later, both parts failed again. I would have respected this business if they took accountability for their incompetence but not once did they seem apologetic. Just really do your research and consider going to a mechanic where their prices actually reflect the quality of work they do before deciding to allow Top Line to touch your car. read more

Been coming to this place for about 3-4 years now and definitely good people. Mechanics are sketchy and shady, we all know this but everyone here is actually genuine. They work with you for whatever you're trying to achieve. Throughout the years they have helped me with anything from my daily to the track and fun cars. Definitely recommend this place. read more

I take my civic here. I'm a Volkswagen gear head so I'm not familiar with Hondas at all so I take my civic here. I like these guys cause they call you while your car is in their shop to keep you updated on what's going on. I think any bad reviews on this place is because the person got butt hurt that they have a crappy car that's not fixable. I recommend this place if your car is giving you a headache like mine was giving me. read more

Where to start.... From the beginning phone call to driving away the experience was awesome. This company knows how to run a business. I want to praise Audi on the people they hire. The Manager Anthony was so very kind to answer questions for me, and pointing me in the right direction to get my car fixed. He went beyond my expectation to help me. He's just a great guy, and a great manager. He answered several questions I couldn't get answers for. I wish more car Dealerships had such a professional, gracious Managers working for them, you almost feel like you not in a car dealership at all. You get 10 stars as far as I'm concerned. Excellent customer service! I needed work done to my car because AAA broke my bumper so I googled the closest mechanic near me. I called them up and let them know my situation they allowed me to bring it in that day. AAA was basically stalling with my situation but Zack made sure to help me get a hold of them, he even went as far as calling them to make sure they paid me for the damages. Of course AAA short handed me but Zack was so helpful and me being a girl I appreciated him taking initiative. His was still working with me but he had some personal issues going on so zeph took over and was helping me they both just were excellent with communication, customer service and assuring me they'll get the job done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone if you need work done on your car. Thanks so much read more

We highly recommend this shop!! We had an emergency on the I-5 freeway on Saturday, April 28, 2018 and had to exit immediately. We were heading to the Yankees vs Angels game in Anaheim and our vehicle started shaking like crazy. We found this shop by chance and so glad we did! Zack helped us and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. It is very hard to find good, trustworthy people these days, but they still exist at this shop! We were back on the road in 30 minutes and made it to the game on time! The staff at this shop are such nice and genuine people. We appreciate all of your help Zack! Tell all your friends and family about this shop! If we could give 10 stars we would! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! read more

Call to make an appointment because this shop will take care of you. It's always packed, and are great mechanics. I always take my car here.

This is a reply to the owner's response. I don't believe there was a misunderstanding. Especially since John claims that he looked over other issues on the car, but didn't write any of them down on the diagnostic receipt. My receipt has a one sentence statement on what is wrong, which is misspelled. Which is literally what we told them was wrong. There isn't an itemized list of issues found like most receipts, this includes from them back when Zack was in charge. I believe half of the "issues" that were mentioned over the phone and in-person are not real, but a thinly veiled attempt to swindle customers. If there were real problems, they would be documented on the receipt. I believe they refused to list them, because then they would be liable if a REAL mechanic looked over the car and found no issues. They are no longer the trustworthy, honest mechanic shop that Rick and Zack ran. read more

I found this place on Yelp and I'm glad I did. I went there for a brake job for my SS Camaro. I knew it was going to be pricey, so I feel I didn't get ripped off. The customer service was excellent. When I picked up my car the next day, Rocky went over everything that was done and the warranty. The car was washed and looked better than when I dropped it off. There was even a little bottle of water in the car left for me. (Unopened, so I know the mechanic didn't leave it as trash) Nice touch. I will be going back to get an estimate on some custom electric work in the future. Happy Customer. read more

I was looking to buy a car in the area and wanted to have a third party inspect it before I did anything, and Top Line was one of the better reviewed suggestions Yelp gave me. I called and they said they'd need a day's lead to fit me in, which I gave them, and when I arrived the next day they were very friendly and got me in and out in about an hour. Though I didn't have any work done by them, and as such cannot review the quality of their work, my conversations with the two gentlemen in the office were enough that I would trust bringing my car to them if I lived even remotely close to the area. read more

So my wife goes to a "tire store" who tells her that the brakes on her car are too low to be safe and try and pressure her into paying $1400 for repairs she didn't need. I was recommended this company by a friend who has used them. My issue was minor, my AC was not blowing cold. So, I was hesitant to go there because it was about 30 miles from my home. I could have it addressed much closer. But, one day, I happened to be near there and decided to stop by. I met Zack and he told me that it could be as simple as needing more Gas or I could have a leak. Within minutes he had my car hooked up, was filling the AC Gas and inspecting it. He then showed me that I had a slow leak. He said he could fill it and it would work fine for a while but the hose needed to be changed. I ok'd the change of the hose and filling it up. Not long afterwards, it was blowing cold. It has been 3 years since that repair and it still blows very cold. I have since returned for other repairs to both this car as well as my other car. That 30 miles is not an issue as I have found a trust worthy mechanic who does great work at a great price. I will continue to use them and recommend that you do so as well. Zack, Laura and Rick are great people running a great business. Thanks again! And again, and again! read more

Awful customer service. Incompetent mechanics. Crooks!!! Would select ZERO stars!!! My dad is a repeat customer but since the shop is under new management the service has gone downhill. My dad recently had his vehicle repaired here and it was nothing but postponements, excuses and incompetence. He had his alternator repaired and somehow the incompetent mechanics damaged the radiator. It was a nightmare! My dad needed his car! The manager forced my dad to pay for radiator repairs or the shop would not work on his vehicle. Absolutely appalling business! A month later the radiator has started to leak again. The vehicle is covered under warranty here but my dad will not be returning here. He wouldn't want anything "accidentally damaged." read more

I have to be honest eat my pride and say this: My knowledge of changing a tire is calling AAA... With that said... This place made me feel welcomed. They were courteous, respectful and patient enough to explain to me the details of what they were doing... Transparent is a lost word in business but not here they were that plus more. For the first time in a very long time I left safe not wondering if they cheated somewhere or missed something... and on such a hot day I found a complimentary bottle of water. Came here to get an inspection on a potential car purchase. They have a deal for $99 for a full inspection and they give 50% off of you bring a second vehicle (if you don't purchase the first). This is a family business and it shows. There is pride on the work being done. Man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was aware he was trying to have me get more fixed on my car that it needed.
