After following his directive this shop told me ah, must be the transmission and I don't do transmission work. Do you need towing service to bring the car. So my vehicle was towed to his location that Wednesday afternoon. On Saturday morning Francis contacted me and asked me, "Who replaced your front axle drive shaft? I had it replaced on September the 3rd. Francis informed, me they install the wrong drive shaft. To make it really short, Francis asked me the information of the repair shop that worked in my vehicle. Since I frequently get nails in my tires, I was actually looking for a reliable tire shop that I could visit regularly. I genuinely thought this place would be convenient and that I could become a regular customer here. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! I've had nails removed and tires patched many times at other tire shops in Buena Park and La Mirada. Some charged me $5, others $7, and usually around $10. Today, all I needed was a simple nail removal and tire patch. After the employee finished repairing my tire, he told me it was $20. I told him that was ridiculously expensive compared to what I had paid elsewhere. And guess what? He SMILED and told me that the $20 included a TIP! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
