Terrible! Bought 2 front tires for my Hyundai Ioniq hybrid. Just 2 days later one of the tires (driver's side) was completely flat in the morning. I pumped it up and drove 10 min to Premium Tires where it was pretty much flat again. Turns out the side of the tire had a slit and air was gushing out. The manager and staff observed this and said we dont cover blown out tires. I said WHAT! I got the tires 2 days ago and clearly the tire was DEFECTIVE but the manager wanted me to purchase another one. After a brief argument, she said fine we'll replace the tire for free but you have to pay for the installation, which is so silly and petty. At this point I just wanted to fix my tire and get out of there. I said, for a mere $22 installation fee, do you really want to have a very upset and dissatisfied customer?? No response. I paid, got my car, and got the heck out of there. And never to return. This is just a warning to everyone out there. read more

Looking for tires online, one announcement from Premium Tires appeared to offer good value. After messaging them to confirm the ad, I went over. The service should have been the red flag that should had me look elsewhere, first they said the price would be $70 more than what we discussed, until I provided the messages that stated the price. They also said they didn't have the exact tires from the ad, but had one from the same brand (BF Goodrich) and would be substituted. I decided to accept it and give Premium Tires the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, I should have kept my alert. It was a few days later when another person informed me that the tires has a DOT code for 1023, in other words, these tires were made in March 2023! Yet, here we are in January 2026 and it was sold as new. The following day, I went over and asked why these tires were sold to me as new. They informed me since they hadn't been driven on, they still counted as new. With tires, rubber starts to degrade with time, even if not used. Unfortunately for me, I will find myself shopping for new tires sooner than later, as I would be surprised if these tires' tread life is worn before age dry rots them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for tires, or at the very least, make sure they show you the DOT code to ensure they aren't baiting and switching you! read more
