Initially GianCarlo was very responsive and did great work on painting my brake calipers. He even said he can fix a botched paint job on a tire cover which I handed over to him giving me an ETA of a few days to a week. His reliability started going downhill from there. He never finished the brake caliper service offered as he never came back to install or even provide the decals I paid for. Excuse after excuse and he finally admitted botching the tire cover even more. I told him to just give me back the tire cover and just drop off the decals and I'll put it on myself. It's been two weeks since and I give up. I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt but so far I'm out the money I paid for the decals, deposit for tire cover paint job, and never even got back my tire cover. Should have known better after I texted him from another number requesting another service done while waiting for a response from the number he already has. I would give them a zero if I could. I had them do some work on my new Lexus is 350 I bought for my wife. I paid them to pain't the brake calipers blue and they told me they could black out the chrome trim around the windows as well. I agreed and paid them over $1,000 for the work. They finished the work in two separate trips and everything looked good. Within a month the black paint they sprayed on the chrome trim showed signs of peeling and chipping. they came out and repainted the areas. another two months goes by and more peeling. they came back out and repainted the area again. this time it took them almost 6 weeks to come back out to fix the repair. another 3 months goes by and more peeling. after chasing them for 7 months they never showed back up. the owner told me multiple times he would schedule me and they never came back to repair the work. then he texts me and says he can't trust his employees and he's shutting down the Riverside shop but he will personally come out in three weeks to work on my Lexus and he has a few other cars he has to do some work on, that was 8 weeks ago. come to find out the brake calipers were only painted on the outside of the caliper, not the inside as well. found this out when I had a flat repaired. Pristine did a flawless job of repairing a damaged rim and paint scrape on the rear of my new BMW X7. Very expensive factory powdercoated black rims which one had pretty deep scrape/gouge from hitting a curb. I have stared at that rim up close trying to figure out where the repair was done and can't find it. It's absolutely perfect now! The paint repair is the same.
