Very professional! I have my 2018 Audi A5 brake calipers painted by pristine wheel and they did an excellent job. Having a new car I was worried about anyone else but the dealership touching it. My fears were unfounded because they took great care with my car. For example, they covered the cars finish with plastic sheet protection and they even torqued the wheels down when they were finished. This is my first time ever writing a 1 Star review because I understand running a business is hard and sometimes people are quick to judge. My initial experience was good, he will definitely show up for a full paying job. His work will chip and he will NOT show up to honor his warranty. Dalton was a pleasure to work with! I scratched my rim and had curb rash on my poor new car! I contacted dalton and set up an appointment where he came to me! I also asked if he painted brake calipers! He came to my house and did everything in about 2 hours! Omg was I impressed! I could hardly tell I had curb rash unless I looked real close and still I don't know if I was looking in the right spot. The red Calipers changed the whole look for my car! It made it look so aggressive and it turns so many heads now! He even gives lifetime warranty for any chipped paint. He was able to put some stickers on the Calipers too to make it look better. My only complaint about the gentlemen that serviced my wheel was the fact that he did get lazy and did not tape the entire wheel off, and there is spray residue on my rim, that's now encrusted where it shouldn't be. I recently noticed because I just washed my car. I had your company come out and service back on November 4th of this year. Had he just taped off the complete rim, there would've been 5 stars.
