So I had some work done back in June. Seemed good at first, but then it started to peel off. Now, I'm not one to leave negative reviews.... However, the experience I've had is not good at all. First, he showed up 1/2 hr late and then when I mentioned the work was peeling he asked if I had my reset which I do. I've text him multiple times and after many attempts we agreed on a time and date. He never showed up on that date/time and he didn't even bother at calling or texting that he wasn't making it or anything. After that, I text him about that issue and we agreed on a partial refund and once again was going to set something up for the last week on July, never heard back. I was shopping around for a place to get my wheels done for my 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara. There was a place called "The Wheel Shop" over in Lincoln, they were going to charge me $150 per wheel to get powder coated. Obvious advantage on power coating your wheels last longer but it was expensive. So look at Pristine Wheel Repair. Funny thing, I was looking for their shop but they didn't have a "shop" in manner of speaking. They are a mobile company. They (Dalton and James) go to your home and do the work in front of you. So I called them and set up an appointment. When they came to my home, they immediately went to work on my wheels. Man, they did a banged up job and price of their services was pretty cheap compared to other competitors. They not only fixed some of the dents on my rims but the paint job was done really well. Whats' more their service offers a lifetime warrant that if there any chips or damage they will come back and maintain the wheel. I highly recommend these guys. After scraping my rim on a very low curb, I searched throughout Yelp and co-workers for a recommendation for a quick and painless repair facility. I found Dalton and Pristine through Yelp and I just got an overall good vibe from the reviews and the website. From the post that his number has changed to the fact that he sounded very professional on the phone, I ended up making an appointment with Dalton. On the appointed day, he arrived right on time and introduced himself with a firm handshake. Again, I felt good trusting that the repair for my rim was going to be left in the hands of a professional. He went right to work and when everything was said and done, the rim looked great. He sent me an electronic receipt for the repair (also for the lifetime warranty of his work) and I paid him cash for his great work. I cannot strongly recommend his services enough if you have scuffed, scraped, or gouged a rim. He works quickly yet efficiently and his prices are very reasonable. Frustrated with my mb s500 wheel for long time. The wheels got scratched at beginning and I went to the dealer for repair . The scratches were gone but so was the top finishing which made the wheels looked different. They told me they couldn't do more about it. I feel very uncomfortable whenever I saw the wheels. DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS!! I paid Dalton Willison (Owner) to refinish the wheels on my BMW. All he did was paint them. He didn't even take the wheels off the car! He oversprayed the brake rotors, calipers, lug nuts and valve stems. He then said he would come back and do the job right, but ne never showed up and I never heard from him again. read more
