I was in need of a place to patch up a tire. Found this little shop in Jurupa Valley. There tire was not mounted. It was busy but I was still greeted and asked what I needed. Was asked if I could wait a few minutes as they finished the jobs before me. They finished in less than 10 minutes, greeting to securing the tire in my trunk. WORST TIRE SHOP EVER. I came to this shop to get my tire done, they put a new tire on, and they did not put it on correctly. Sunday night me and my dad went to the movies, and we needed to get air for that tire so we did a u turn, and when we did a u turn the whole tire came off and ruined my car. The bolts went flying out due to them not tightening them correctly. I called them the next day to tell them what happened and the owner does not want to take any accountability for it, and is claiming I'm lying, which is bs because they're the only person who touched that tire, he said after I leave the shop it's my responsibility, imagine if I had lost control on a freeway and had lost my life it would had been " it was her responsibility " if you're going to work on peoples tires please do it correctly and take accountability! read more
