I want to begin by stating that all the personnel that I have come to know are friendly and cordial. On the other hand professional and business wise there is a need for improvement and doing things the right way the DOT way ! I have been going to this place for about 8+ years, and during all this time I have brought to their attention that they must use a torque wrench for the proper torque on the wheel nuts but yet even after all this years they HAVE NOT made it part of the process when replacing wheels and tires to use a torque wrench. I have returned once again to them to work on my car again last last week even after the fact that they have had over torqued and stripped my lug nuts before . And once again they over torqued my wheel nuts again and stripped a wheel nut and they did not accept responsibility for it even after me explaining this to them and they agreed that they do not use the torque wrench and their excuse is that they are too busy to use a torque wrench. Proper torque specs are not only necessary but required by state law!!!. Who knows how many cars are on the road with lug nuts that are over torqued and therefore creating a dangerous condition on the people driving their cars!! read more

They do front end alignment on most car and trucks I had tried to get an alignment from others which told me I needed other work but I had the hole front end rebuilt and I never told them At Rene's they put it on the rack, alignment was done then test drove told me it was done and charged me. Recently went in because my car was steering to the right. Was told my passenger side control arm needed to be replace. Guy started doing his made up math and said 240 for labor. They filled both mt front tires to 45PSI, my tires are supposed to be 35PSI MAXIMUM. If you come here make sure to watch what these guys are doing or they will quite literally cause more issues for you to come back in for more fixing. read more

Called in on Thursday morning and they had a short wait. I arrived and was promptly met by multiple workers. They informed me they were doing a quick inspection on one other vehicle so I waited 30 min like they estimated. The alignment was done after an hour on my 2007 Prius and I'm so glad they were able to straighten the steering wheel. They suggested to change my tie rods before my next alignment. Bought some rims/tires and needed them mounted on my truck. They swaped out my rims and intstalled my new tire/rims. A small issue came up where they had to grind down some of the bolts because the custom rim lid wouldn't close up to cover the bolts. They were very helpful, and willing to grind down the bolts to fix and adjust to the problem. It saved me the time and money of going to another custom shop to get this fixed else where. I've been to renes multiple times for an alignment, wheel balancing, and purchasing a new set of tires. Very good work, great prices and friendly service. Adrian helped me out and even test fit different size tires on my lowered Miata free of charge to see what fit. One caveat is that there are no appointments, so if you're coming for a job that takes longer (e.g. alignment) try to come early in the day before it gets too busy.
