This place is amazing at customer service. I called in requesting a quote for some LOD bumpers for my Jeep Wrangler Jk and Jason was ON IT!! He called me back same day with a quote. He did warn me LOD has a high wait time for items due to covid. I expected my items to come in July, but within less than a month my items were delivered. They also got me in within the week for installation. I am very pleased with the services at rock bottom. I'll be back for my light bar for sure! Thank you Jason and staff. read more

The day before Christmas Eve we were headed to Big Bear in our Jeep Gladiator completely packed with Christmas goods, food and gifts. Our brakes suddenly went out and the guys at Rock Bottom were able to get us right in as we rolled into the shop. Within 30 min they had us all fixed up and on our way back to Big Bear. Had them install my ARB compressor in my 03 F250 behind my back seat and it looks great, quality work, reasonable prices and would've be on time if it weren't for a small part shortage, still only a half day longer than the actual time. We took our cannam in to get some work done and the whole staff was very knowledgeable and very professional. They did some electrical work, fabricating and general servicing and did an outstanding job. We will be returning to get some other work done on our side by side in the next few months. read more

Love this place! Jason and the staff at Rockbottom are always so helpful! Wanted to surprise my husband with fox shocks for his birthday and Jason had them ordered and shipped quickly and even helped me get them installed without my husband knowing. Making it a better surprise! Was super helpful with all my questions and made me feel comfortable with making decisions I am not familiar with. My husband was very happy! Also love getting their firewood as we try to support local! Coming back soon for more accessories for his truck and love having a friendly off-road place so close to home! read more

I found them by chance with a google search. I was in the market for a re-gear for my '14 Jk wrangler after getting a new lift and tires. So glad i decided to go with them when i was shopping around getting quotes. I called them up, got my appointment set up at noon. Dropped my jeep off and they were done right at 2pm. They even fixed my abs problem that i was lazy about taking to the dealer no charge. These guys know their stuff. Thanks Brad! read more

John, Jason and all the other guys in the shop are awesome. They remind me of the way it was back in the 70's when there were owner operator shops for 4X's and dirt bikes that knew what they were talking about and knew how to fix things right because they too were off roaders. Honest and knowledgeable shop. The new medical facility for my rigs. read more

Got there hoping they could help me or give me some type of advice since I just purchased my first Jeep ever. I am on a budget and don't have deep pockets but the job I was asking to get done to my Jeep was very miner I wanted to get a bumper installed. My Jeep had a very MINER dent in a are where a bolt belongs. Since I'm new to this I did not want to mess with it I'll leave it to the professional. Got to rock bottom as soon as I showed the picture to a employee he smirked as if they have better thing to do, I asked " is this something you can help me or fix and install my smittybilt bumper" his response " maybe we can all depends on how much this truck means to you we charge $125 and hour this might take 5 to 7hrs idk" I was very offend the way he approached me and talked to me. Found another shop to fix the dent and install my bumper for $250! To that employee that was very unprofessional put those $125 where the sun don't shine! read more

I got my 2017 f250 super duty lifted with wheels, tires, and amp power steps. The job was done quick and looks great. Everything works great, truck looks amazing, rides great and the price was unbeatable. I highly recommend rock bottom off road. read more

There's no company in the area or any area that will match our prices and quality. We specialize in Jeeps but we also do any Truck as well. Even if you need Tires or Wheels for your daily driver, we can get you that too! Check out our Dealer page to see all the brands we offer. Even if we don't have the brand posted, it's 99% sure, we can get that part for you. We also are your one stop shop for you weekend get a way. We exchange or fill propane tanks and motor homes. We also have fire wood, ice and maybe even small things you forget while packing.

History

Established in 2015.

Rock Bottom Off Road all started as a Jeep club and a bunch of friends. After all the years of going on runs with friends and family we found out there was a need for a shop, specifically in our area. So many times people would come by and ask us to work on things, put things on and so on, so it was a pretty easy choice. We would be at the house and work on everyone's vehicle but the time came when the HOA said no more. As much as they bothered us, it was actually a good thing. And thus, the shop was open.

Just take a look at the parking lot. The whole thing is full of trucks waiting to get to worked done by them. That's a perfect example of a shop. Doing good quality work.

I was surprised and pleased to find that they were located within driving distance--though about 45 minutes to an hour away, one-way. Despite my initial skepticism (this was my first time getting vinyl wrap overlays), the team immediately made a great impression. They were welcoming, accommodating, and professional--young guys, but clearly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. I appreciated that Anthony assured me they would try to finish quickly since I had chosen to wait in the shop. While working on my car, they noticed that the clear coat on my headlights was chipping. Instead of simply applying the overlay anyway, they were honest and upfront. They explained the issue and offered to either remove that portion of the job or have me come back for a proper clear coat restoration. That kind of integrity really stood out to me, and I took them up on the offer to return. I was so impressed with their service that I later brought my wife's car in to have all her windows tinted. They helped me choose the best option for her specific needs and, once again, the work was excellent. My second visit for the headlight restoration and another wrap job also went smoothly and delivered great results. I've seen that many of their online reviews are older or focused on shipping experiences, which I can't speak to. But for anyone considering in-person services, I can wholeheartedly say that Premium Auto Styling delivers quality work with integrity.
