    Big shout out to riverside hitch, for my 5th wheel / goose neck hitch. I went to camping world, giant rv, they really didn't have the answers to all my questions, but Freddy, and amber hooked it up, highly recommend coming here first.

    Wanted to get my bike rack back on my car with Summer being about halfway done. Riverside Hitch & Trailer not only got me a competitive price, they were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service. There may be a few cheaper options from moving companies, but this team is the best!

    I was looking for a shop to equip my new 2024 Chevy Trax to flat tow behind my class c sprinter, and called Riverside Hitch on the recommendation of a good friend. Amber was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the options, pros and cons, and cost, and I really felt comfortable letting them do the job. We decided on the Blue Ox Ascent tow bar, baseplate, and Demco Stay & Play Duo braking system. I also had them install a class III hitch on the back of my Trax for a bike rack. Their shop is immaculate, their techs super friendly, thorough, and awesome to work with, and they had the lowest quote out of three. Highly recommend these guys!q

    I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.
