I recently purchased a travel trailer and needed to have a tow hitch/receiver installed on my Jeep. I first received a quote from the RV dealer, but since I was not familiar with what was needed or what the cost should be, I asked around. Some of my Jeep friends recommended Riverside Hitch & Trailer, and then my Jeep dealer also referred me to them. After receiving two separate recommendations, I decided to take my Jeep there. I am so glad I did. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She came out, looked at my Jeep, and explained that I did not need all of the extra work I had originally been quoted because my Jeep was already wired. I basically only needed the hitch installed, which saved me about $1,000. They were able to squeeze me in, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. So far, the quality looks great, my Jeep looks awesome, and the customer service was excellent. I have not attached the trailer yet, but I am already very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend Riverside Hitch & Trailer. They were honest, professional, fast, and saved me a lot of money. read more

They do excellent hitch work we go every year for maintenance and when it broke they fixed it perfectly.

Hooked up an internal brake controller for my Ram truck to my 26 ft. travel rig. Their service prompt and affordable.

Had a hitch and side step rails installed. He ordered the part and I returned in about an hour and took less than 25 minutes to install the hitch. The steps he had to order and had them installed the following weekend. Prices were very reasonable. Cheaper than other places I called. read more

Went to return an unused, unopened item that I found I did not need after all. It was a normally stocked item, not something special ordered. The lady behind the counter was pleasant but insisted on charging a 15% "re-stocking" fee. I mildly protested but it did no good, so they got to keep $6. I hope they think this antiquated policy is worth it because I will never return. Items like this were available at, you, Amazon (free returns) but I wanted to support a local retailer. No good deed goes unpunished, I guess. read more

I have been coming here for years. Every diesel I get I only trust them to install my goosenecks. I only get a new truck every 10 yrs and this is my 3rd time using them for that but I have used them for electrical on my horse trailers. I make an appointment drop it off and boom done that day verses leaving your horse trailer for days at other places. The only thing they didn't put on this time was the sticker with directions under my wheel well. But I don't need it. read more

I was looking for a shop to equip my new 2024 Chevy Trax to flat tow behind my class c sprinter, and called Riverside Hitch on the recommendation of a good friend. Amber was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the options, pros and cons, and cost, and I really felt comfortable letting them do the job. We decided on the Blue Ox Ascent tow bar, baseplate, and Demco Stay & Play Duo braking system. I also had them install a class III hitch on the back of my Trax for a bike rack. Their shop is immaculate, their techs super friendly, thorough, and awesome to work with, and they had the lowest quote out of three. Highly recommend these guys!q read more

Recently, I just bought a Grand Design Refection 260RD 5th wheel. Since I only have a week of time prior to picking up my 5th wheel unit at the dealer side, I have very short time to get my Nissan Titan XD SV equipped with towing hitch and air bag. M Amber and Melina were very helpful to assist me to get both towing hitch and air bag installed. This was my 1st fifth wheel, and I was not sure if the towing hitch they ordered for me was correct or not since my truck bed is a 6.5 foot bed. Based on my specification, etrailer web site gave me a different brand of the towing hitch. I was worry and confused, but Tom was so knowledgeable and assured me that the CURT brand they ordered for my truck will wpro great without any issue due to my 5th wheeler king pin was using the turning pointking pin. Amber and Melina spent lots of time to answer me any questions I have. Both Tom and Freddy gave me a very detail walk through regarding how to operate the truck towing hitch, how the wedge works on the fifth wheel, how the airbag works, and all the important tips I need to pay special attention to. Anyway, they were so great!!! I definitely gave them a five star. They know their products very well in and out. I will recommend this shop to anyone in my circle If anyone need to install a trailer hitch, Airbag suspension, etc... Thanks for the entire team. What a great team and great people working there!!! quick efficient and great customer service. I will definitely return and refer all my friends and family here.

The definition of integrity is not how a business responds when things go well, to the contrary when things don't. I have to say working with Riverside Hitch truly exemplifies this thought. We recently purchased a flat tow package for our RV and Jeep. The service we received was excellent. Bought and had installed a hitch and electrical harness for my Toyota Tacoma on Friday. Used it to move a van to the mechanics on Monday. I met with Amber in the office and was impressed with the quote she provided for a Class 3 hitch. Riverside Hitch & Trailers quote was nearly half of what was quoted by Riverside Toyota.
