I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. Turns out the brakes had not been adjusted properly by the axle manufacturer. When I picked up the trailer the brake operation was thoroughly explained and the cost was reasonable for this last minute work. I found everyone to be professional, friendly, and patient with all my questions. Bottom line: I was able to take my grandson on a fun trip and towed the trailer roughly 1,000 miles without any problems.

DONT TRUST OVERLAND! Was quoted $370 to "Re-Sew" awning and…read moreInstead they duct tapped the seam and tried to send me on my way. This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

I am so glad I did. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She came out, looked at my Jeep, and explained that I did not need all of the extra work I had originally been quoted because my Jeep was already wired. I basically only needed the hitch installed, which saved me about $1,000. They were able to squeeze me in, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. I recently had to rebuild the entire braking system on my 2016 Ranger boat trailer (brakes, hubs, actuator, and all new brake lines), and Pacific Trailers made what could've been a nightmare into one of the smoothest parts-buying experiences I've ever had. I dealt directly with Christian Rodriguez. My parts list was long and specific, and we spent two separate phone calls (each over 15 minutes) going through every single item to make sure nothing was wrong. We even texted photos back and forth so he could double-check fitment on my exact setup. Christian never once sounded annoyed or rushed; he was patient, knowledgeable, and actually seemed to enjoy making sure I got it perfect. Order was placed, shipped the next day, and arrived in Senoia, Georgia fast and 100% correct. Everything was packed like it was going overseas instead of just across a few states. Luis and his team did an amazing job reconditioning my 25 year old single axle boat trailer. I was going to tow my boat from California to Michigan and needed to have a new axle, wiring and bunks installed. They were busy with existing work but fit me into their schedule so I could have my trailer completed by the trip. Luis walked me through some options for LED lights and hubs. Recently upgraded my triple axle trailer to the new torsion axle thru Pacific Trailer. Got all the parts delivered to the Newark yard within a few days. First time doing a project like this, so called and talked to Fabio and he took the time to walk me thru the hole project , plumbing, clocking the spindles etc. He sent me photos from his own cell showing how it should be done. I want to thank Luis for the great service and help that he was to us. I have a 3 1/2 year old Pacific Trailer for my Sage 17 Sailboat. One of the bunks on the side of the trailer failed. It had to be replace. Luis and Pacific Trailers sent me a new bunk - pre-drilled and with complete hardware. Free of charge and shipping costs. I was happy to find that Pacific Trailers knows the trailer business - they don't simply sell parts. All the individual components needed to repair my trailer's brake actuator were available at very reasonable prices. My order made it to my door half-way across the country less than a week after the date the order was placed. Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. We were looking for a good RV service provider for our "new" RV since we plan to keep it for a long time. We definitely have found that service partner here in Jeff's group. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future. Note: If you have to wait for an appointment, it's worth it. The business is popular for a reason, and it's not like other places you hear about where they keep your rig for months and leave you hanging. If they are waiting for a part, they call you when it comes in and take care of you when you bring your RV back in.

We were shown the Big Red RV remodeling which was nearing completion, interior was beautiful workmanship, which was our understanding of the quality of work done here. First our rear bumper needed to be prefabricated due to a tow bar breakage which rear ended our rig and broke our bumper. The fabrication went excellent and the process was smooth as insurance was involved. We then decided to have our passenger wheel wear looked into as well as our air conditioner in dash. A tie rode was needed as the one in ours was stress fractured, air-conditioning was a bad compressor, which was repaired. Now each of these processes required my calling onto OCRV repeatedly placed on hold,transfered to A.J or Egor whom made verbal promises to get parts information together and return my call in a next day report , None of which Ever occurred. I'd call back a week later requesting information and was told a "sorry" I got busy,or I didnt get parts yet. Now when one calls OCRV a recording states "exceptional services, return calls up to date service" none of which has been shown to us. 4 months now we are on time for our appointment at 11am showed up at 1036a.m. After 1/2 hour wait we are told by our rep hes not able to meet us for a personal illness issue currently, 11:30 a.m. another person is suppose to assist us. 12:00 and still no help with our rig appointment. Now we demand our rig to be done and we will pick it up next week.

Our Class C had a leaking front cap and water damage from a small hole caused by a tree branch…read morefalling on the roof. Jeff put on the 18 year roof system and it is solid! The product looks great and feels tougher than the original roof. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess our mobile RV tech made in trying to seal up the leak. During the work they took great care to make sure everything on the inside was covered. They also took pictures during the process so we could see the steps. We took the RV back a couple weeks later to have it buffed, polished and detailed. They also replaced the front cap decals that were completely faded. The RV looks as good as it did 10 years ago when I got it! I researched lots of RV repair places for the roof work and in so glad we chose Accent RV. It was a little bit of a drive from San Dimas but well worth the quality work they provided. It is rare to find a shop that communicates well, sticks to the estimates, doesn't upsell or cut corners. This shop is easily a 10/10. I would highly recommend them for your roofing, detailing or decal work.

Once we arrived to our campsite, the toilet valve quickly followed suit and was leaking a steady puddle of water inside... forcing us to shut the main water valve off. So there we were with no AC or water on vacation in summer heat. Found RV Mobile Specialists who had excellent reviews, so I contacted them Sunday morning & by Sunday afternoon they responded stating they would be able to come look at it. Monday morning Gerard arrived to our campsite and, looked everything over. They gave us options for repairs, but we ultimately decided to replace the unit with a new one. Gerard and Jonathan were professional, prompt and very friendly and had obtained all the parts and completed the work in a timely manner. Within 4 hours we had a working toilet and a new AC unit installed....blowing cold air, saving us from a potentially miserable vacation. Their pricing was fair, competitive and honest.
