Ordered a custom 3 axle trailer for catamaran with an 8 week delivery time. No comms about delays until 8 weeks. Then told they did not have the drawings or ability to make the trailer as the former salesperson had taken the plans before he left. I've tried to reach a resolution to get the trailer made but now no one will respond to calls or connect me with the owners of the company. Told a refund is not possible as they have the frame, but now they cannot make the trailer, no refund and no more communications. Beware of the promises. I had a Midwest trailer that came with my seadoo boat 23 years ago. It was rusted out from the inside. Luis and his team were able to fabricate a new trailer which holds the boat better, rides so so much nicer and most of all feels more sturdy. Very disappointed in the lack of response from company, regarding the completion of my order. I made the order on Jan 10th, 2024. I had received an auto generated email, stating that the product would be ready by January16th. It is already January 30th. I have not received product. I had called twice to discuss with company. Both times, after delving through their auto answering service, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. Noone answered, so I hung up each time. This time, I then emailed the company yesterday, January 29th around noon, expressing my disappointment, along with a request for the status of my product. Ok. I am updating my complaint. The company did respond. The company representative named Kat, had called me in the late afternoon. She was very apologetic about the late response. She promised to get me product as soon as possible. She also gave me a little discount as a courtesy gesture. Shortly after that, Luis had also emailed me , apologizing for me being put on hold. I guess at the time they were short staffed . I did not get into specifics, but I was pleased that I was not just put on the back burner. Kudos to Kat and Luis. Buying a boat trailer from someone over 400 miles away can be nerve racking but Luis assured me they can do it. The first thing that maybe feel comfortable i could not get him to push me in front of line for extra cash. : So I knew when he said two to two and half months was confident it would be done and it was. After having trailer delivered the bunks were slightly off which i figured might happen but when i called Luis he was quick to respond and together we were able to get the correct bracket height on bunks. Really happy with customers service. Trailer is awesome i tow a 24ft boat over sierras a lot the new braking System(electric over hydraulics on 4 wheel disc) was perfect for this application. I recently made an appointment to get my now older Pacific Trailer re-done. I dropped it off at 9am and pick it up same day at 5pm and its like a new trailer. Just wanted to give a shout out to Luis And Ernie and Debbie at Pacific Trailers. If you don't know, they moved to Corona so it's a lot more convenient to get there from the OC/LB area. I'm getting ready to make a Baja run, and of course all this rain and heat kinda messed up my brake line system. Had a few other minor issues with some seals, and welds. Absolutely the worst business I had to deal with. Ordered some trailer axels back in November 2023, it is now January 24, 2024 and i have not heard anything from them regarding my order. I send two emails asking for an update on the order and did not receive any correspondence back, this has been nearly two months since placing the order, I have called to check on the order and was put on hold for 30mins then hung up on. I just wanted an update and was willing to wait for my parts. I will never deal with this company again. Well, I'm now going into the 5th month of a trailer build for a 17 foot Basstracker. I was quoted 8-10 weeks. At week #9 I was told to bring the old boat/trailer in for fitting and it should be done in 2-3 weeks. I waited 4 weeks with no word. I got concerned for my uncovered boat being exposed for a month, so took a 45 minute drive to the facility to cover my boat. It had never even been moved. I was told they "forgot the boat was there". The manager promised he would expedite my project and have it done in 2-3 weeks (again). 4 weeks later and no word. Now I'm told the paint shop is closed due to illness. So, if you need a 17 foot, single axle trailer and have an extra 5 months or so, these are your guys! SO #03502 Update 8/9/23... I was contacted by Pacific Trailers and they were concerned about my situation. They not only expedited my project, but made some good faith provisions to my contract to make things worth while. In the end I will say they make a really solid, heavy duty trailer. It works great and looks great too. Sometimes S*#T happens and it just so happens it was my turn.
