Twice, I emailed "Mark" that I was interested in the RV 2007 winnebago 35L, after the second email it was silence. no communication from them. I finally decided to drive the 300 mls to go and look at it, I dont think he thought I would do the driving. What I saw was not his description or what's in the RVtrader. Inside the coach there is water damage, the ceiling is peeling off soon to fall, light bulbe not working, freezer side is icing inside, and the outside is burned by the sun. With the Professional and Honest service I received from Mark and Brandon when buying our travel trailer..... I would buy from them again. This was my 5th RV purchase in the last 23 years and It's rare these days to be treated as a customer by someone who understands the situation and goes beyond the expected. Sure don't get this kind of care and service from the "Corporate" RV dealers. We had a hiccup on the Sales Tax calculation and then 1 month after the purchase I noticed a roof issue on the 2 year old trailer. I don't typically write reviews, but when a company goes above and beyond, I just have to share the word. Norco RV just recently did some work on my 32' ICONIC toy hauler. It needed new vent caps, new flood lights, reseal of roof, replaced water connection, and replaced LED strips on front cap. They went above and beyond and even fixed up my screen door that was all torn up as a nice gesture. When there was a small mishap with a defective light during install, they sent someone out to replace it right at my storage. I have been doing a lot of looking around for a toyhauler. I seen one on Norco RV website. A used 2014 Sandstorm. In the photos it looked pretty good. I sent a few text messages back and forth with a sales person there. I headed over there early Saturday morning to check it out and was ready to buy the trailer if things were as nice as they were in the photos. When I got there I was informed that they also had a 2012 Sandstorm as well that had the front bathroom. I checked them both out and did some googling while there. Looking at the conditions of the trailers that were used they were average on condition but they were asking for A+ pricing. The person that I was speaking with on the lot was Mark. We started talking about some pricing on the trailers because I did see that there was other same year and model of trailers for sale online for about 3-5K cheaper and in same condition. His answer was "O I dont think they will move on these prices." When I asked if we could get someone higher than himself to start working some numbers he informed me that there is not anyone higher he is the owner. I rather support a small business then a huge major company if I can and I was there to do that. Just when the price is much higher than what it should be and no working on price at all I just can't justify that. I will have to say I am glad that they did not work on the price I went to a different RV dealer and got a better and brand new trailer for not much more than they were asking for an older trailer that has been weathered a bit. Buyers just make sure you do your homework before you go in to buy a used trailer. Know what the trade in value is and know what others are selling the same trailer for out there. The knowledge is power and helps to make sure you are not making a mistake on a huge purchase like this. 2 weeks later both the trailers are still for sale on their website still at that over price read more

I first went to them back in early December looking at a few toy haulers and Lisa helped me out on the lot she welcomed me and was super friendly even though I was really just looking and browsing not ready to buy just yet. Come July I needed a new toy hauler for work and play and out of all the other dealers around the area they were the friendliest and had the best deals. Once again I was greeted by Lisa who helped me out again taking time to show me the trailers and answer all my questions even in 100 degree weather outside with our masks on! After deciding on the trailer we wanted we were brought into the office with the finance team that were all super friendly as well. We arrived at 5pm they close at 6. We started paperwork around 545ish and we were out the door by 630! I really needed the trailer for work as soon as possible as we purchased it on a Monday and needed it by Wednesday morning at the latest. They were able to exceed my expectations and requests and got it inspected with it setup ready to go Tuesday afternoon with the walk through guys staying late once again to make sure I pick it up.
