I literally mean 100% any promises made by the sales staff will absolutely not be met or maintained by the service staff. I have bought other RVs at Mike Thompson's RV and the service experience there is vastly different and improved. My future purchases will be from them for sure.We are now in our fourth month since purchase and I was assured they ordered the replacement parts before we ever picked it up. Needless to say they have only some. I went to visit them two separate times prior to our 30 day wait just to get Service to verify they had all the parts and they said they had them and whatever they did not have they would take from another RV to make mine right. Anyone that has ever bought an RV knows there are difficulties to be faced and fixed but this is by far the most excessive I have ever experienced post purchase. I have a crossover, too, so it had to be sized right. It's perfect. Caden didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and I ended up with what I think was the cheapest trailer on the lot. No hard sell. That's integrity. I was somewhat of a pain in the arse because 1) I didn't have a pin for my hitch, and they happened to be out of the smaller one I needed, and 2) I had the wrong size ball on my hitch. So I had to leave the lot twice to go to a nearby auto parts store to get the right pieces. Caden and the guy who does set-up on the lot (regrettably, I forget his name) provided stellar customer service, even though the latter was expecting a new baby any second at the time I was there. I had a great experience at The Trailer Zone. 10/10. Would recommend.

Goes out side and cranks it for a while and it finally started. I drove 35 minutes to my son's house to trim a 6" branch that had fallen on his fence. Started up the Chainsaw warmed it up and walked over to the branch. Started to try and cut a 1" branch on both side and it wouldn't even cut it??? I called them and they apologized and said if I wanted to go to Tractor Supply and get a new chain they would reimburse me.. I said I will just bring it back. I drive back 45 minutes and the guy behind the counter asked if I was done with my job. I said the saw wouldn't cut and I showed him this photo I took. He said " Well we cut some wood with them before they go out and the chain was sharp. Besides , if you hit the ground one time the chain will be dull!" I said I didn't even use the saw! They did hesitantly give me back my money. But I am done with that place. If there gonna call me a lier? I will never go back there again!!!

We hired them to replace our old septic tank with a larger one and install two new leach lines. They handled everything -- including scheduling and managing all the required perk tests prior to installation. What truly set them apart was how they went above and beyond to save us money at every opportunity, even when they didn't have to. Amanda (Travis's wife) was fantastic -- always responsive and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. Travis and his team were honest, thorough, and incredibly efficient. They completed the job quickly and took care of every inspection required to close everything out. Even with our yard full of energetic animals running around during construction, they stayed professional and good-natured the whole time. And not to mention how nice it was of Travis to offer to move the extra dirt from leach lines install to the back of my property for my daughter so we could level out and area for her to ride her horse We would happily use Rightway 100 times over. They are now our go-to company for all septic needs, and if we ever need to install new equipment in the future, Travis and his team will be our first and only call. Highly recommend -- easily 5 stars (or 1000 if it were possible)!

After Mark broke a hole in the top of my concrete septic tank prior to a what I thought was a…read moresimple tank pumping. I contacted the office to get it repaired. I was told it could not be repaired and to put a concrete stepping stone over the hole in the tank. Rightway took no responsibility for damaging the septic tank nor made an attempt to help me with repairs other than telling me I needed to have them install $1000 raisers Amanda, you need to look closely at your photos. Marked punched the hole in the top of my septic tank not the lid. If he would have hit the lid and it broke it could have been replaced without any issues. I had a good conversation with Travis and feel much better with this company and will use them in the future.

Back in 2016 I started looking for a travel trailer when my wife and I were in Temecula one afternoon. The first place I stopped was RVReady because it was right across the street from where we were having lunch. As we walked on to the lot we didn't see a sales person for about 20 minutes, which was fine by me. I'm not the kind of person that like to be hovered over by a pushy salesman, which is what I expected. So far so good. After we looked around a bit a salesperson approached us, Marc Phillips was his name. After asking us the usual questions, I started asking him a barrage of questions which he happily answered. Then we started going through all the rvs on the lot and he kindly explained all the differences between them. Let me make a note, I did tell him from the start that I was not going to buy an RV today and that I had just started looking. He didn't mind at all. He stuck with us for 4 hours answering all of our questions and providing us with refreshments. after the tour we said our good byes, he handed me his card and my wife and I left to go home. 17 months later, after 2 more visits to RVReady and visiting all of the other RV dealers in the San Diego / Temecula area I went back and bought my trailer from Marc Phillips at RVReady. They had the best price and the best deal of any of the other RV dealers that I visited. My first outing the Eastern Sierras to go fishing went as expected with no problems. My second trip to Oregon I had a problem, a short in the electrical system. I called RVReady's service department and told them that my generator was indicating a power overload light and after trouble shooting I came to the conclusion I had a short somewhere but had no idea where to begin. Initially the service person couldn't help me and said that it was under warranty and I could bring it to a dealer near my location and try to get it fixed. I said thank you and we hung up. To my surprise he called me back about 10 minutes later and told me that one of his other service guys had seen the problem before. He said to check the wire from the shore power outlet to the converter box. He said to look between the black and grey water boxes underneath on the passenger side and see if the wire is pinched between the metal frame and a flooring beam and shorted on the metal frame. I said thank you for calling me back and hung up the phone. I looked where he said to and sure enough there it was. The main power wire was sandwiched between the metal frame and a flooring beam. I managed to pull the wire free from the pinched area and repair the short. This was not RVReady's fault, it was the fault of Forest River. I probably got a trailer built by the "B" Team on a Friday at quitting time. Could happen to anybody. The short didn't reveal itself until after several hundred miles of traveling and vibrating through the insulation of the wire to create the short. Thanks to the good customer service at RVReady I was able to continue my trip and have an enjoyable time. Tomorrow I'm bringing it into RVReady for service, to have a few small items repaired. Everything is still under warranty as the trailer is only a few months old. I did also get the extended warranty, it's just the smart thing to do when you buy a house on wheels that is gonna shake rattle and roll down the road. Things are gonna vibrate and eventually need repair. Think about the cost of the air conditioner, refrigerator, inverter/converter and various other items. The price of the extended warranty I'm sure will pay for itself. And it gives you a little piece of mind about your investment. So, we'll see how the servicing goes. I have high hopes that things will go well. I will return and continue the review when I get my trailer back from RVReady. So far I'm happy with the trailer from Forest River and the experience I've had with RVReady. read more

Well over a year after purchasing the Vibe RV travel trailer and giving RV Ready a 5 Star review - We have to update our "after the sale" experience. The Service on our brand new - all cash purchase - went to a most disappointing "F". Looking back on the walk thru at "delivery" it was very rushed. We mistakenly accepted the RV with "issues" which we felt at the time would be fixed thru "Service" and warranty. It never happened. We even purchased a $1,500 extended warranty - supposedly "bumper to bumper". The second time we used the BBQ - it flame up with fire coming out of the area where the propane is adjusted on the knob! Could have been disastrous! We contacted RV Ready - brought the defective BBQ in and after SIX WEEKS of no response, we were told to come in and pick up a new unit. When we went in - they decided it was due to our backing into something and they said they would not replace it. Bear in mind this "stock BBQ" is probably worth $99!! The fight started. We wanted to get the items that needed to be repaired from the get-go (knobs on facets backward - so annoying!!) about 5 lights not working on the ceiling, several little things - but we were put off with extremely long lead times to get into "Service". We had camp trips planned. We continued to try to get Service and get the BBQ resolved. We finally went out an purchased a small Weber and paid to have to attached to the swing bar on the rear. The "big stall" extended to the 1-year mark and now we are out of "warranty". We were so disappointed we asked for a refund of the $1,500 extended warranty.. It was surprising they immediately refunded the money we paid for the Warranty. (Like "go away"!) We wrote a letter to the Manufacturer, thinking certainly they will help with these items since their Dealer didn't not. Forrest River pretty much said "tough luck" you are out of the 1-year warranty time frame. -- In Summary - RV Ready is more then READY to make the Sale - when it comes to Service - "good luck"! We are so disappointed. These RV rigs are made quickly and there are bound to be things that need standard service after you take it out a couple of times. We feel that Service is more important then the sale experience. The sale is made in a day - Service has to be responded to and fixed within a reasonable time period. RV Ready - Service is the worse. Something to seriously consider before buying from them. read more

PRAY that you don't get a Lemon like me.....or have to deal with the Service Department. We purchased our trailer during Covid (June 5, 2020) and wanted to buy from a local business. We went in to look at the RV's at RVReady and purchased one the same day. The buying experience was great, we worked with Ezekiel Rodriguez. However, our first interaction with the Service Department was when we went to pick up our Trailer. There were a few things that were missing or needed to be fixed. They didn't write down any of them!! I had to call for Months to try and get them to make the repairs and get me a BBQ for the trailer that was in there when we purchased it. Even after dropping off my trailer they didn't fix 2 of the 4 things. I just took my loses and fixed them myself. I enjoyed my trailer up until about May of 2022 when I started to notice bubbling on the side of my trailer (see photos). I even purchased the NanoCure RV Protection which they pretty much forced us to get (~$1,500 in addition to the Trailer). My trailer stayed covered and was treated every 3-4 months for paint and seal, so this had to be a manufacturing defect. Once I noticed the bubbling, I personally went into the Service Department and spoke with Jason because I could never get ahold of anyone on the phone and didn't trust that it would be taken care of. He told me to send him some pictures of the trailer and he would submit a claim......That didn't happen. He gave me a claim number and the phone number to SolAire so THAT I COULD CALL and complain but they didn't even have a claim on my trailer. I felt like an idiot!! After about two weeks he came back to me with a new number and said it was submitted but I had to continuously follow up and send emails for an update. It's been 2 months now (Since the claim was supposedly submitted) and I don't even know if it was approved or rejected?? I even offered by purchase a more expensive 5th wheel because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of the repair but RVReady said that they didn't want to take responsibility for it. So here we are almost 3 months later (From the day I went in to see Jason) and nothing has been resolved. Sad to say but I'll be cutting my losses and trading it in to another dealership. I'm tired of waiting for RVReady and looking at an ugly trailer. read more

RV Ready's sales staff are great, but their service department is one that I cannot recommend. I bought a travel trailer from RR and am very happy with the deal, but every experience with their service department has been less than satisfactory. I had a suspension issue with my RV and it took a full month from the date I took it in before it was ready. It might have taken longer had I not intervened by contacting Forest River and helping to obtain factory authorization for the repair. There was less than a days worth of work that needed to be done. The problem is still not corrected, and I am taking it to another company for a proper repair. Since they are the only factory authorized dealer in the area, I contacted Forest River and found out that I can use any service facility, but I would need to get pre-authorization for the repairs, and pay out-of-pocket to the repair facility, and Forest River will re-imburse me for the cost. I am taking this approach for all future warranty repairs, and with a service center that offers good customer service. As others have commented, service appointments need to be scheduled weeks in advance, and even then, they do not follow up with the customer or take steps that would minimize the number of days that your rig will be sitting at their facility awaiting repairs. (Pre ordering parts and contacting the customer when they are in would greatly improve their customer service.) They leave the customer, (myself included), with the impression that they are only interested in selling RV's, but not servicing them after the sale. Many of the service related problems could easily be improved through better management, and quality control, but the owner does not seem to be interested in improving their service department, or recognizing that their service department has a problem, or even that it is probably hurting their business. The experiences that others have posted about this service center reflect the same experiences I have had with them. As a person who has may years in management, and as a previous Director of Operations of a company where I significantly improved their quality control, I would not recommend their service center. read more

Jacqueline Redman I purchase an R-pod 20ft trailer brand new. I have never pulled or back any trailer in my life, always had a motor home. The service I received from all employees was exceptional and I feel the price out the door was a great deal. I have a kayak and the salesmen David Thorn went out of his way to find a latter that was the same length to see if we could get it inside. Also the walk through with James Humbertson in the mechanics shop was very good, he was so kind and took his time, I felt very comfortable taking notes as we went along. he also hooked up both of my generators that I did not purchase there and explained how to use and where to plug in. At the end he accually got behind the wheel of my truck and gave me a few pointers on how to back up. This is an exceptional employee and I feel confident that any needs while on the road or later for service will not be an issue Again, thank you everyone at RV Ready, Since I returned from my first trip up north to mammoth, an 8 hr drive both ways. The tear drop shape was like not pulling anything behind me, and the gas savings were amazing. I spent 2 weeks camping, which gave me ample time to use everything. Of coarse, with a new vehical there are some quirks to be worked out later. When I got back I called for an appointment with Marcus through the service dept. He was prompt and got me in quickly. My husband and I bought our first RV back in June 2017. Mark P. was the salesman who helped us out. He was very gracious, no pressure...asked a few questions to get a feel of what we were looking for in an RV. We were then left to ourselves to look around and check out their inventory. When we were ready, Mark P. answered our questions, and there were a few since we were first time buyers. My husband and I went home and talked over all the options we had. We didn't receive any pressure calls, we were allowed time to ourselves, which I appreciated. If anyone called it was us calling or emailing Mark P. with our questions. He responded in a timely manner, and I like that. I don't know about anyone else, but I get excited about new purchases and when I have questions, I like answers. Thank you Mark P. for all your help! RV READY in Lake Elsinore,Ca. is the place to go if you're looking to buy an RV!!! We had been deciding on types & models, searching for years, and going to many different dealerships and several RV shows. Mark Philips @RVReady was receptive, friendly, and always listened to our "checklist" of desired features. He was very patient when we would return several times still trying to decide. We NEVER felt pressured by Mark, and he NEVER tried to sway our opinion. He only tried to meet our needs, and did so with a genuine concern for us! The manager, Roger, took the time to chat with us during the buying process and answered all of our questions on several occasions. Nikki, handled all the finance details professionally and efficiently. Marcus, the service manager, was awesome too!! I started looking for an Class A RV in March of this year (2016). Around the middle of April I stopped by RV Ready in Temecula, CA. I had shopped the large "Super Centers" and was frustrated with the high power sales people. When I started looking at RV Ready, I was approached by one of the sales people, Kelly Feduska. Ms. Feduska was very professional and kind. She answered my questions without putting pressure on me. When I was ready to leave, she told me to call if I had any further questions. She was true to her word. She also introduced me to Mark Phillips, another sales associate. I was informed that he would be able to assist me in her absence. How true it was. I ended up purchasing a 38 foot Damon Intruder. I had planned to park the RV at my daughter's house, The space available was limited and I had zero experience with driving/backing a vehicle of this size. Mr. Phillips took time on his day off to drive the RV to my daughters house and back it into the side yard and coaching me on the procedure. RV Ready did a great job in helping me with getting my Sunstar motorhome. Sammy and Marcus both went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure I was happy. From picking me up at the airport to a panic phone call at 10 p.m at night; I felt like they genuinely cared about my safety and satisfaction. I ended up having a problem with my batteries after I brought the motor home back to my hometown which is hundreds of miles away and they coordinated and paid for new batteries so I could pick them up in my local city. I really enjoyed working with this dealership. I only gave 4 stars because I felt like there were a few customer care items that were left off that I wish hadn't been. Maybe a list of items that the motor home was missing since it was a used RV would have been helpful. It would not have changed my decision to know these items but it would have been nice to have a heads up. These things were all minor but to get 5 stars I would have liked to have had all the flaws/or missing items pointed out. It is very difficult to catch everything in your walk-thru. Just got back to San Diego from buying an RV from these guys. I don't normally yelp because I'm really hard to impress and don't want to waste my time. I'm a very picky shopper and a hard sell. I buy and sell lots of vehicles as a hobby and I always get a great deal. The experience I had at RV Ready was THE BEST vehicle buying experience I've EVER had. From the customer service down to the double safety inspection (3rd party, independent), to the free 60 day warranty and detail preparing the unit, these guys are the BEST you'll find. No pressure, extensive final walk through and super clean units. This is our 2nd RV, class A, we've been all the way to LA twice only to find junk in my mind for the price. It's a small place compared to the big guys but if they don't have what you're looking for they'll spend time looking for it and their units are as clean as anybodys. It's a full service business with parts but a small friendly atmosphere. No BS, if you're a serious buyer and you don't check this place out..........you're stupid! We recently purchased a Motorhome from RV Ready and it was such a pleasure. We found them on the internet and made the purchase from three states away because of the awesome price. The staff was so accommodating and made the long distance purchase very easy and pleasant. Our Salesman went the extra mile to make us feel at ease and had great communication. We flew into Ontario and our salesman picked us up from thirty miles away and made the trip to RV Ready very comfortable. The finance department made all of our paperwork and signing process go very smoothly and worked well with our credit union. We took our RV into RV READY to sell on consignment for us. We signed a 90 day contract but they sold our RV in only 21 days! We had first listed our RV on the RV Trader website and although there were over 400 views only three people contacted us and no offers. So we decided to call RV READY and offer it through their consignment program. So glad we did. They sold it very fast and for the price we wanted. Make sure your coach is in good shape, (exceptionally clean and in excellent repair) and you will sell it fast. It really is the way to go as they have lots of people visit their lot, they also will advertise it on their website and they offer financing. I had a good experience purchasing a travel trailer recently. Jacques was the salesman we worked with and he was very helpful throughout the process. All the information was provided to us upfront by the salesman. There were no surprises during the process of buying the trailer. We knew what were were getting before signing for anything. The people who showed us how to use the trailer were also very helpful and very informative. They showed us how to use all the different features of the trailer, and also trained us on how to properly tow and park the unit. Before coming to RV ready, we did visit a few other RV places, but decided to purchase our travel trailer here because we liked working with Jacques. I cannot comment on the service department because I have not had to use them yet. But I will update my review if I do use them in the future. read more

My wife said, "Let's go look at those R-Pods." So we did. Rhi met us beside the camper trailers on their lot in Temecula. She showed us every R-Pod on the lot, answered most of our questions on the spot, and then checked in-doors to get a few technical answers that she hadn't been asked before. Rhi was warm, friendly and courteous, the kind of young woman a company wants up front. Because of her, we purchased a trailer that day. She introduced us to Marc and Nikki for financing and paperwork, and to James in Service who took the trade-in and prepared our new trailer for delivery. Starting with Rhi, everybody was friendly and positive. We met a couple of the service technicians who were professional and helpful. Guys were great, Marc in sales was very patient with us as we came in at least a dozen times before we found our coach, purchasing a used motor home I was not expecting the minor cosmectics to be repaired or replaced, to my surprise my requests were met with a "no problem, we'll take of that" by Marcus in service, everything from a light bulb to a water filter was replaced, there was a small hole in a screen that I didn't mention and Marcus replaced the screen! We bought a travel trailer about 2 months ago the process couldn't of been smoother. Kelly was the one that helped us out and gave us excellent service. We went to other dealers and rv ready offered everything you need to take the trailer right off the lot and go camping and we didn't have to do any negotiations they were already priced way lower than any place we looked at. Would recommend them to everyone I know. Ask for Kelly she was great. Never once did I feel like she was a pushy sales rep. She was so kind and knowledgeable and answered every question I had. We had an incredible experience at RV Ready! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with service to our trailer. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. Instead, our brand-new motorhome has spent the majority of its first seven months of ownership in repair facilities, making this one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. During more than seven months of ownership, we've only been able to use our motorhome for approximately six weeks. The rest of the time, it has been out of service at either Giant RV's Wildomar service department or a Ford dealership undergoing repairs. Our motorhome is currently at Giant RV, where it has been for three months awaiting warranty repairs. Unfortunately, this isn't the first extended repair visit--it's simply the latest in a long series of mechanical and warranty issues. Since purchasing the coach, we've experienced major problems including: * Transmission failure requiring complete replacement * Brake, rotor, and drum replacement due to reversing issues * Macerator failure that made it impossible to empty the black tank * Refrigerator malfunction * Generator and fuel sensor problems * Holding tank sensor failures that caused the toilet and generator to stop functioning while camping * House battery, relay switch, and battery replacement issues * Interior coach computer displaying inaccurate tank, water, waste, and fuel levels * Additional warranty repairs still awaiting approval and parts While we understand that mechanical problems can happen with any RV, what has been far more disappointing has been Giant RV's customer service. Communication has been extremely poor. We have repeatedly had to leave multiple voicemails just to receive a status update. Numerous messages left for both Dan Vasquez and Service Manager John Meyke went unanswered, and we often had to call several times before receiving any information. On one occasion, after leaving four voicemails over the course of a week, the only response we received was that they were short-staffed and hadn't been able to return our calls. We also emailed Giant RV owner Frankie Baruti in hopes of resolving our concerns, but we have never received a response. Throughout this process, we've received inconsistent explanations regarding warranty approvals, parts availability, and repair timelines. We understand that warranty approvals and parts delays are not always within the dealership's control. However, keeping customers informed, returning phone calls, and providing honest updates absolutely are. Instead of enjoying our new motorhome, we've experienced: * More than seven months of ownership with only about six weeks of actual use * Multiple lengthy repair visits, including the current three-month stay at Giant RV * Numerous canceled camping trips * Monthly RV payments on a coach we rarely get to use * Five months of storage fees * Hundreds of miles driving to repair facilities * Significant fuel and travel expenses * Countless hours spent making phone calls, sending emails, and chasing basic status updates Buying a new RV should be exciting--not exhausting. We genuinely hope Giant RV and Winnebago ultimately resolve these issues because we simply want the reliable motorhome we paid for and the level of customer service that should accompany the purchase of a new RV. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Giant RV's Wildomar service department. If you're considering purchasing an RV from Giant RV, don't just research the sales process--research the dealership's service department and warranty support as well. The true test of a dealership begins after the sale.

The two RVs we originally came to see had already been sold, but instead of trying to push us into something outside of our budget, Nick searched through the inventory and found us the perfect match. We absolutely loved it and ended up purchasing it. He was patient, attentive, honest, and never made us feel pressured. We truly couldn't appreciate him more. Unfortunately, once we moved past the sales process, our experience changed. We waited about 2 1/2 hours to complete our purchase. While we understand that dealerships can get busy, there was never an acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Even a simple "Sorry for the delay" or a small gesture of appreciation something as simple as a complimentary set of camping chairs or another goodwill accommodation, would have gone a long way in making us feel valued as customers. Our interaction with Alex in finance was also disappointing. The process felt rushed, and when we asked if he could match the financing rate from our pre-approval, he seemed irritated rather than willing to discuss our options. Buying an RV is a major investment, and we expected to feel like our questions were welcome instead of feeling like we were inconveniencing someone. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know everyone has difficult days, but I also think it's important to share an honest experience. Nick made this purchase happen, and without him, we likely would have walked away. He is a tremendous asset to Camping World and deserves recognition for the level of customer service he provides. My advice is to do your homework before buying here. Don't rely on the MSRP or the advertised sale price, as there may be much more room for negotiation than they initially let on. With better communication and more transparent pricing from the start, this could have been a much better experience.
