I would comment on the quality of the work but after 3 to 4 calls of hold for 5 minutes or more, right to voicemail with no return calls and immediate hold, I was never able to see what they can do. I am getting prices to remodel my bathroom in my fifth wheel and figure if they don't have time to talk to me they sure don't have time to help me. I figure they would be one of those companies that take 3-4 months or more to do work. Sorry guys, tried to give you an opportunity to be my service center but I do not have the time to sit around and wait for you to answer or beg you to talk to me. I will just move on to the next phone number. read more

I had an amazing experience with Marcus. I was camping at Idyllwild campground and lost power even though I was connected to shore power. I called 2 mobile RV techs. One didn't even bother returning my call, the other said I was out of his area. I brought my camper to RV Masters and it was a simple fix. Marcus didn't even charge me. read more

While in the past, I find RV Masters to be very cordial, I recently had an extremely disturbing experience. After coordinating with them for a period of time to do work on my RV, I had an abrupt ending which was extremely perplexing. I am only posting this because being in an extremely vulnerable position, and they knew that I was. I had been communicating with them about upkeep work I needed for my RV and was waiting on funding. After speaking with Jon mostly they came out to my Location to assess the work and then give me a quote for it. Everything was set up for them to do the work and when the time came to do the work they told me to go somewhere else. Now before anyone thinks, "There must be something I did, or there is more to the story", I beg you, that is not the case. It was understood that once all the parts came in that we would set up the install time. Mind you I am a single woman and have zero support to get anything mechanical done. Once my parts came in, I was set up to have them do the work. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were rude and told me to "separate" and "go my own way"??? Are we dating? I want to also make it very clear that I, in no way, was rude or demanding. In fact, everything was extremely cordial just like most of the comments about them, saying they are friendly and accommodating as heck! Which I have always found them to be. But now, when I really needed help to do the installs, I was told i am not able too? Honestly, I would just like to know why they treated me that way, when I have been extremely nice and patient. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and confused, cause now I have to start all over again with parts sitting in my yard that I have to hide so they don't get stolen. Why would someone do this to a person? Its literally two simple installs and I am ready to have it done. RV Masters! I thought you were one of the good guys, Apparently NOT! read more

RV Masters changed management sometime in 2024 due to bankruptcy of the former ownership. However they employ the same people and the new owner had worked for the former owner. When asked why the name did not change form the former name the new owner said that the name had in fact changed even though it sounded the same and they kept all the same logos and signage. I believe that this is violation of bankruptcy rules. I was there to complain about work that had been done on my camper, My contact persons name was Jon and Diego. I also had contact with Alex and Marcus - all who are still working at the new management. The repairs they made had totally failed on every level. First the body worked failed and cracked within 90 days of the repair. They also failed to mask the painting and all the overspray could be seen on almost every part of the camper from the awning to the door and the wheel well. Secondly they were also charged to make a warrantee repair on the improper installation of the heating pads of the waste tanks. During the repair the service worker who is still in their employ damaged the grey water tank so that it leaked, dripping on the pavement for which I was fined by the RV park. When I asked the owner to replace the damaged tank he refused stating that it had exceeded the 90 day repair period. As a parting gift during the repair, the service worker had defecated in the toilet ( because the tank was completely vacated before the repair.) When I opened the waste valve fecal matter came pouring out of the tube because someone had opened the trap door and then closed it with the cap trapping the waste in the compartment. I was fined for the fecal matter that spilled onto the asphalt of the RV park. The bracket that holds the grill was replaced upside down so the the grill was inoperable until and RV technician was employed to reinstall correctly i have contacted the autobody shop that was contracted to complete body delamination repair job. He agreed to make good on the body repair but also agreed that RV masters had pushed him to rush the repair job and that the same people are still working at the so call new company. the repair took over two months to complete the repairs as it was. I contacted the owner of RV masters and he refused to accept any responsibility for the work. You may call me at 509 637 4924 to confirm all that I say is true and arrange to see first hand the handy work that you can expect form the new RV masters. I am in contact with an attorney for remedy. If you have similar problems you may want to join me on a class action suit. If you are considering RV masters please do so at your own peril. read more

Worst experience ever. Our expert was Gigi... We were absolutely blindsided bc she knew of the bankruptcy at the time of our purchase. The finance department wanted it to all be in cash, etc. They are trying to hang on by renting their inventory, and perhaps sell it as new. Questionable operations to say the least. read more

Searched high and Low for the perfect Class A and finally found it at RV Masters. What a fantastic sales team! Gigi and Daniel walked us through the RV and sent us the Maintenance records, negotiated with the owner and assisted us with getting the RV to Nevada so we could pick it up for the long drive back to MN. They helped us with wire transfers and assuring the RV was registered and sales tax paid. We Appreciated the financial Dept walking us thru the loan and the protection plan. My husband and I just bought our first camper, and decided on a Gulf Stream! My husband went and looked the weekend prior to pick up and the entire staff was attentive and courteous while he was waiting for the paperwork to be approved. Our house recently burned down and the bank was confused with all the addresses in our names since we're between homes. They were patient and understanding, and Rodger offered him lunch while waiting. We picked up our awesome new Gulf Stream yesterday, and the service department was very helpful when he walked us through the trailer and how everything functioned and the nitty gritty stuff to empty everything out! We were early birds too and he helped walk us through what he recommended we could potentially need as first time camper owners. Thanks to the entire RV Masters team for your kindness! read more

My trailer popped off my hitch on the way home from a great camping trip resulting in substantial damage to the front end of my trailer and, more importantly, my pride. The look on my wife's face shot fear into my body, and as I gazed at my damaged trailer, I excepted the possibility that I might soon be living in it. There are many different options in the Temecula area for Travel Trailer service. I was reluctant to take my trailer to the dealer where it was purchased because we have had unpleasant experiences with their service department in the past. At this point, I was going to be done with camping. Then I found RV Masters. Man, I wished I had purchased my trailer from them! From the start, Alex and Marcus were voices of positivity and encouragement. Marcus and the service team restored my confidence in my equipment, and Alex restored my faith as a camper. The service team took their time and taught me how to set up and use my weight distribution hitch. The work performed on my trailer is flawless, and the entire process was seamless. So if you need anything for your RV or Trailer, save time twiddling your thumbs thinking about where you will go. Instead, take it straight to RV Masters. You won't regret it. read more

This place will rip you off in any way possible. I talked to Mark on the phone about a specific RV they had before taking the hour drive there. He assured me the price was negotiable, that they could come down some. I drive up there and not only will they not come down on the price, but they try to sell it to me for MORE than they have it listed for. Save yourself gas and time by going somewhere else for your RV needs. read more

I'm so disappointed in the customer service here. We took our trailer out for our first camping experience, and to find missing parts for the use of our outside stove was so frustrating. I had to call three times before someone got back to me. To make this camping trip much more irritating is when the service guy tells me to order it on Amazon and tells me that sometimes there is missing parts from the get-go. They should of offered to send me a new part at no charge. I will definitely never refer anyone here again. read more

Purchased a cute 23QBS Vintage trailer brand new in June 2021. Day of pick up during walk thru there was a leak of water coming from under the bathroom sink. I was assured it would be fixed. Apparently a quick fix because I have had it back at least 5 times and still it leaks. Now I'm being told (even though it's the same area of leaking)that I would have to pay for it if it's not exactly what leaked before, like I'm tearing out the cabinet? Not! The biggest problem is they don't fix it right then they want you to pay. FYI cabinet is completely ruined. Now I was told by Marcus that if I didn't like it then come get my shit from their shop and take it somewhere else? REALLY read more

I wish I had read all of these reviews before we made the 90 minute drive out here. Communicated about our visit timing and would be assured of help. Brought 3 of our 7 kids in the long drive. Waited for 45 minutes only to have another couple who just walked on the lot get help. Tried to wander the lot to look on our own and was told I needed to sit in the lobby. After 45 minutes of that the kids were done sitting and waiting. Left without even getting to look at a trailer that we had cash to purchase. What a waste of a Saturday for the family. read more

We recently purchased a cute little Travel Trailer from RV Masters. From the beginning of the transaction, everyone there was courteous and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark and Gigi made the sales process easy and Rick, the sales manager took care of our special requests for delivery and assistance. During the paperwork phase, Kelly the finance manager and Daniel, the general manager got us through the paperwork process painlessly and were professional and great to deal with. There were no hard sells for add-ons that you generally find at this point in the transaction. Our technician Steve did the walkthrough and answered all our questions (and there were a lot) thoroughly and honestly. While we were doing the walkthrough, the technicians were installing our add-on cameras and making sure our truck was ready to tow. Steve also provided guidance on a number of questions we wouldn't have asked, but was invaluable information for our new camper. The service manager, Mario took care of making sure we had all we needed and helped us choose the right equipment for our needs. Our time there for the purchase and the following week for the pick up made us feel like part of the RV Masters family. read more

Wow, I can't say enough good things about these people. We needed our Ford F150 4x4 to have a tow package installed so we can tow the truck behind our R.V. Their technician's name is Javier. He went over and beyond their services. He helped us to try to engage our truck with steps we had to take to tow it he was also trying to help with the brake assist mechanism we had purchased. He said he had not really gotten into that part of the service but he still put in a lot of time and effort to help us. Mario was kind and made sure the work was done and all the lights worked. They did the work in a timely manner and it was ready to go in two days. Thank you for your understanding and your kindness in helping us get this done. read more

Terrible attitude with my experience. I was trying get ahold of one of the sales persons for three days. Kept being told that he is not available and to call back at certain time which I did every single time. I told if they can leave a message and they said they would but never heard anything back. Last time I called, I could hear that one of the workers just talking bad about me for trying to keep contacting the person. Beware of these guys. Alex the owner of this tiny dealership promised to make good on any repairs to a used Grand Design 2016 thru July before we go full-time. Water leaks and a faulty power converter within 7 days of use. Alex refuses to honor his verbal offer and left me with no battery power. During the sale Alex was very accommodating and assured me of their support after the sale. Don't belive him folks. He is a small time dealer with broken promises to make a sale. If you want true dealership support go with a reputable dealer who has the financial foundation to help you when you need it the most. Alex won't take my call and has his manager Richard give me his bad news about the the warranty renig. No class at this place. I went out got a brand new trailer and they said I was approved and financing was ready. Two months later they couldn't get it financed so I had to sign more papers and they said it was all good to go. Now another month later they say they can't get it financed still will not give me my deposit back if they take the trailer back and if we don't return it they said they will report it as stolen. We needed our awning fixed and had a deadline of under two weeks before our next trip. Alex who is the owner said they could make that happen and they did!!! Marcus who leads service was on point and made things happen in finding the parts. Especially with covid, parts have been hard to come by. The total price was very reasonable and the workmanship is at the highest standard. We also learned they offer restoration services which our trailer is ready for. It's pretty much a one stop shop. RV Masters - Alex and RV masters did a great job for me thank you. - RV Repair Near Me - Hemet, California

I HAD to give them a 1 - We have been cheated of thousands of dollars by RV Master in Hemet. We feel used, abused and that there was intentional fraud. We believe we need to warn others as this has opened the door to Elder Abuse as many of the people who purchase RVs are seniors like us. We purchased a 2019 EVO travel trailer from them. We never took possession, never even got a key - it was stolen from their lot (under what we feel may be suspicious circumstances or at the very least negligence) - We feel totally helpless as they take absolutely no responsibility and refuse to return fees we paid for DMV although it was still in their name, extended warranty refund they received although we paid for it ($4k), and our down payment ($5k) - PLUS stuck with the LOAN! We are out other monies as well and it has been extremely stressful for us with no consideration or relief being offered. We feel more victimized by RV Master than we did the thief (if they are not one and the same). ALSO - perhaps this is true, don't know - Alex, the owner told me that it is common practice for RV Service or Storage lots if RV Stolen - they bear no responsibility. Feel this not relevant to us as we did not have it in Storage - it was on the sales lot when we last saw it - but fair warning cause if your RV is stolen - tough read more
