While in the past, I find RV Masters to be very cordial, I recently had an extremely disturbing experience. After coordinating with them for a period of time to do work on my RV, I had an abrupt ending which was extremely perplexing. I am only posting this because being in an extremely vulnerable position, and they knew that I was. I had been communicating with them about upkeep work I needed for my RV and was waiting on funding. After speaking with Jon mostly they came out to my Location to assess the work and then give me a quote for it. Everything was set up for them to do the work and when the time came to do the work they told me to go somewhere else. Now before anyone thinks, "There must be something I did, or there is more to the story", I beg you, that is not the case. It was understood that once all the parts came in that we would set up the install time. Mind you I am a single woman and have zero support to get anything mechanical done. Once my parts came in, I was set up to have them do the work. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were rude and told me to "separate" and "go my own way"??? Are we dating? I want to also make it very clear that I, in no way, was rude or demanding. In fact, everything was extremely cordial just like most of the comments about them, saying they are friendly and accommodating as heck! Which I have always found them to be. But now, when I really needed help to do the installs, I was told i am not able too? Honestly, I would just like to know why they treated me that way, when I have been extremely nice and patient. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and confused, cause now I have to start all over again with parts sitting in my yard that I have to hide so they don't get stolen. I had an amazing experience with Marcus. I was camping at Idyllwild campground and lost power even though I was connected to shore power. I called 2 mobile RV techs. One didn't even bother returning my call, the other said I was out of his area. I brought my camper to RV Masters and it was a simple fix. Marcus didn't even charge me. read more

RV Masters changed management sometime in 2024 due to bankruptcy of the former ownership. However they employ the same people and the new owner had worked for the former owner. When asked why the name did not change form the former name the new owner said that the name had in fact changed even though it sounded the same and they kept all the same logos and signage. I believe that this is violation of bankruptcy rules. I was there to complain about work that had been done on my camper, My contact persons name was Jon and Diego. I also had contact with Alex and Marcus - all who are still working at the new management. The repairs they made had totally failed on every level. First the body worked failed and cracked within 90 days of the repair. They also failed to mask the painting and all the overspray could be seen on almost every part of the camper from the awning to the door and the wheel well. Secondly they were also charged to make a warrantee repair on the improper installation of the heating pads of the waste tanks. During the repair the service worker who is still in their employ damaged the grey water tank so that it leaked, dripping on the pavement for which I was fined by the RV park. When I asked the owner to replace the damaged tank he refused stating that it had exceeded the 90 day repair period. As a parting gift during the repair, the service worker had defecated in the toilet ( because the tank was completely vacated before the repair.) When I opened the waste valve fecal matter came pouring out of the tube because someone had opened the trap door and then closed it with the cap trapping the waste in the compartment. I was fined for the fecal matter that spilled onto the asphalt of the RV park. The bracket that holds the grill was replaced upside down so the the grill was inoperable until and RV technician was employed to reinstall correctly i have contacted the autobody shop that was contracted to complete body delamination repair job. He agreed to make good on the body repair but also agreed that RV masters had pushed him to rush the repair job and that the same people are still working at the so call new company. the repair took over two months to complete the repairs as it was. I contacted the owner of RV masters and he refused to accept any responsibility for the work. My husband went and looked the weekend prior to pick up and the entire staff was attentive and courteous while he was waiting for the paperwork to be approved. Our house recently burned down and the bank was confused with all the addresses in our names since we're between homes. They were patient and understanding, and Rodger offered him lunch while waiting. I'm so disappointed in the customer service here. We took our trailer out for our first camping experience, and to find missing parts for the use of our outside stove was so frustrating. I had to call three times before someone got back to me. Purchased a cute 23QBS Vintage trailer brand new in June 2021. Day of pick up during walk thru there was a leak of water coming from under the bathroom sink. I was assured it would be fixed. Apparently a quick fix because I have had it back at least 5 times and still it leaks. Now I'm being told (even though it's the same area of leaking)that I would have to pay for it if it's not exactly what leaked before, like I'm tearing out the cabinet? Not! The biggest problem is they don't fix it right then they want you to pay. FYI cabinet is completely ruined. We recently purchased a cute little Travel Trailer from RV Masters. From the beginning of the transaction, everyone there was courteous and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark and Gigi made the sales process easy and Rick, the sales manager took care of our special requests for delivery and assistance. During the paperwork phase, Kelly the finance manager and Daniel, the general manager got us through the paperwork process painlessly and were professional and great to deal with. There were no hard sells for add-ons that you generally find at this point in the transaction. Our technician Steve did the walkthrough and answered all our questions (and there were a lot) thoroughly and honestly. While we were doing the walkthrough, the technicians were installing our add-on cameras and making sure our truck was ready to tow. Steve also provided guidance on a number of questions we wouldn't have asked, but was invaluable information for our new camper. The service manager, Mario took care of making sure we had all we needed and helped us choose the right equipment for our needs. Wow, I can't say enough good things about these people. We needed our Ford F150 4x4 to have a tow package installed so we can tow the truck behind our R.V. Their technician's name is Javier. He went over and beyond their services. He helped us to try to engage our truck with steps we had to take to tow it he was also trying to help with the brake assist mechanism we had purchased. He said he had not really gotten into that part of the service but he still put in a lot of time and effort to help us. Mario was kind and made sure the work was done and all the lights worked. Two months later they couldn't get it financed so I had to sign more papers and they said it was all good to go. Now another month later they say they can't get it financed still will not give me my deposit back if they take the trailer back and if we don't return it they said they will report it as stolen. Water leaks and a faulty power converter within 7 days of use. Alex refuses to honor his verbal offer and left me with no battery power. During the sale Alex was very accommodating and assured me of their support after the sale. Don't belive him folks. He is a small time dealer with broken promises to make a sale. I HAD to give them a 1 - We have been cheated of thousands of dollars by RV Master in Hemet. We feel used, abused and that there was intentional fraud. We believe we need to warn others as this has opened the door to Elder Abuse as many of the people who purchase RVs are seniors like us. We purchased a 2019 EVO travel trailer from them. We never took possession, never even got a key - it was stolen from their lot (under what we feel may be suspicious circumstances or at the very least negligence) - We feel totally helpless as they take absolutely no responsibility and refuse to return fees we paid for DMV although it was still in their name, extended warranty refund they received although we paid for it ($4k), and our down payment ($5k) - PLUS stuck with the LOAN! We are out other monies as well and it has been extremely stressful for us with no consideration or relief being offered. We feel more victimized by RV Master than we did the thief (if they are not one and the same). ALSO - perhaps this is true, don't know - Alex, the owner told me that it is common practice for RV Service or Storage lots if RV Stolen - they bear no responsibility. I traded in my Jayco trailer and bought a new trailer from Alex. I told him that I was also getting a quote from Richardson's. He said, he wasn't going to let me go to Richardson's lol. I picked out the trailer I wanted and he presented his offer on both. I called Richardson's to see what there offer was on a similar trailer I had been looking at. There offer didn't even compare. I told them what Alex had offered and they just couldn't do any better. Richardson's wouldn't budge on giving me more money on my trade in, or take any money off the new trailer. All in all Alex presented a solid offer right off the top and saved us about 6,000.00 on both trailers. We are extremely happy with our new trailer.
