Hemet RV SUPERCENTER: installed a door awning, replaced a large slider roller with awning and…read morereplaced an original refrigerator with a 2020 dometic refrigerator. Three months later the door awning began separating from the frame, the large sliding roller and accessories broke at the flange 6 months after installation and the light in the dometic refrigerator went out and never went on. I contacted Hemet RV and was told they're selling the company but would try to help. A mobile mechanic came by and tested the refrigerator and told us we have internal electrical problem with the unit, he never came back. All the work they did was guaranteed under the specific issues but they stopped taking calls from us. The mechanics and office staff was very cordial at first and willing to rectify my issues but as time went by and my calls were hung up, I realized that they were keeping me busy with promises to eventually let me know, "Sorry we can't help you anymore". I had to replace the new sliding roller and awning, while the other issues remain outstanding. We lost a lot of labor costs dollars to this company.

It's long but gives you a picture of what happens when you have a load of crap to dump in their laps. We bought our TT used in May. Our AC broke in June and I called up Hemet RV. They had a Furrion unit on sale and we made a deal to have them come on site to install. Then they said they had a cancellation and could send the guys out late afternoon, same day. The guys were pros, fast, friendly. done deal! Highly recommend. 2 months later, we are about to hit the road for our F/T adventure so my hubby booked an appt. at Richardson's RV on a Friday morning. We went in on time but we were treated as if we were taking their valuable time even though we had an appt. They are excessively overpriced, and they could not guarantee a basic PDI inspection to be complete in 6 days. I was not comfortable with their superior attitude, like they were doing me a favor even when they made no guarantees we could get all the work done on time. It did not feel like we would get the help we really needed (we are newbies) so I took over coordinating this and from their parking lot, called up Hemet RV and the friendly guys there delivered on customer service once again. They made me an appt. for that Tuesday and turn around was 2 days. The price was almost half of Richardson's! We told them we had other stuff to look at and they said they would talk about it with us when we brought it in. We gave them a laundry list including the black tank hanging low and possibly damaged. The guys took the list, asked for an extra day to work on it and said they would do what it took to get it done on time. They were very busy with the phone constantly ringing, but they honored the time I had booked with them and spent plenty of time answering our questions. I went to pick up the rig and they went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix up our Walter (our Jayco 30' TT) and were so personable. They even threw in a nice set of levelers we needed at no additional cost. I cannot say enough about this place. They guys know their stuff, we went through and checked everything with them and they did excellent work. And when they did not have a part we needed, they did a free upgrade to a better set up speakers and did not charge us any more. You cannot get better service than this team. They knew we had time constraints, which was our fault, not theirs, and they still bent over backward to help us.

I thought better and spoke to not believing I needed a motor but went with their professional opinion. I took my trailer out a few days later and had the exact same problem. They sent another crew out a week or so later and found it was not the motor but a wire. The second team changed the motor out as well but realized it was never the motor but instead was a faulty wire. The techs words to me were "your problem was misdiagnosed," and so needless to say they wanted to charge me an additional $437 to fix the wire. I'm a reasonable person but I feel like the fact that the "discount," offered was half off the price of motor (which I never needed) is ludicrous. Seems fair to me to pay for the part actually needed with no labor charge may have been acceptable. Essentially I am only able to accept 1/2 off a product that wasn't necessary. I would not recommend this place.

I used to really like this business until they got too busy to answer the phone. I work at a campground and campers need mobile service from time to time, I would call and my messages never got a response...its a shame. I often recommended Chad but clients came back saying that they could not get a hold of anyone. I found it disturbing as I had highly recommended him...so I stopped. Hopefully answering the phone and a quicker response time to inquires will improve because it used to be a 5 star business.

From the initial contact, Heather was responsive and pleasure to deal with. Chad knew the exact problem with the awning on my specific brand RV and re-attached the awning using the correct type screws and reassured me I wouldn't have that problem again. He pointed out areas I was having or would have with leaks and sealed all of those areas. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of service by this family team. I will be taking my RV back to them in the future for any repairs that either I don't know how to or don't want to do myself.

He also helped us find a local tow (Shout out to Alex towing!!). Alliance diesel made the repairs and got us up and running in no time.
