Hemet RV SUPERCENTER: installed a door awning, replaced a large slider roller with awning and…read morereplaced an original refrigerator with a 2020 dometic refrigerator. Three months later the door awning began separating from the frame, the large sliding roller and accessories broke at the flange 6 months after installation and the light in the dometic refrigerator went out and never went on. I contacted Hemet RV and was told they're selling the company but would try to help. A mobile mechanic came by and tested the refrigerator and told us we have internal electrical problem with the unit, he never came back. All the work they did was guaranteed under the specific issues but they stopped taking calls from us. The mechanics and office staff was very cordial at first and willing to rectify my issues but as time went by and my calls were hung up, I realized that they were keeping me busy with promises to eventually let me know, "Sorry we can't help you anymore". I had to replace the new sliding roller and awning, while the other issues remain outstanding. We lost a lot of labor costs dollars to this company.

Hemet RV Supercenter…read more Please read this review since we had a LOT of stuff done and it really matters how we were treated. It's long but gives you a picture of what happens when you have a load of crap to dump in their laps. We bought our TT used in May. Our AC broke in June and I called up Hemet RV. They had a Furrion unit on sale and we made a deal to have them come on site to install. Then they said they had a cancellation and could send the guys out late afternoon, same day. The guys were pros, fast, friendly. done deal! Highly recommend. 2 months later, we are about to hit the road for our F/T adventure so my hubby booked an appt. at Richardson's RV on a Friday morning. We went in on time but we were treated as if we were taking their valuable time even though we had an appt. They are excessively overpriced, and they could not guarantee a basic PDI inspection to be complete in 6 days. I was not comfortable with their superior attitude, like they were doing me a favor even when they made no guarantees we could get all the work done on time. It did not feel like we would get the help we really needed (we are newbies) so I took over coordinating this and from their parking lot, called up Hemet RV and the friendly guys there delivered on customer service once again. They made me an appt. for that Tuesday and turn around was 2 days. The price was almost half of Richardson's! We told them we had other stuff to look at and they said they would talk about it with us when we brought it in. We gave them a laundry list including the black tank hanging low and possibly damaged. The guys took the list, asked for an extra day to work on it and said they would do what it took to get it done on time. They were very busy with the phone constantly ringing, but they honored the time I had booked with them and spent plenty of time answering our questions. I went to pick up the rig and they went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix up our Walter (our Jayco 30' TT) and were so personable. They even threw in a nice set of levelers we needed at no additional cost. I cannot say enough about this place. They guys know their stuff, we went through and checked everything with them and they did excellent work. And when they did not have a part we needed, they did a free upgrade to a better set up speakers and did not charge us any more. You cannot get better service than this team. They knew we had time constraints, which was our fault, not theirs, and they still bent over backward to help us.

I am getting prices to remodel my bathroom in my fifth wheel and figure if they don't have time to talk to me they sure don't have time to help me. I figure they would be one of those companies that take 3-4 months or more to do work. Sorry guys, tried to give you an opportunity to be my service center but I do not have the time to sit around and wait for you to answer or beg you to talk to me. I will just move on to the next phone number.

I had lost every key to my travel trailer and was completely locked out. I was expecting the worst, but Miguel immediately put me at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He got me back into my trailer quickly, without damaging anything. It's rare to find someone who combines great technical skills with exceptional customer service. Miguel kept me informed throughout the process, treated me with respect, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. We just purchased a new Alliance Valor from Giant RV in Murrieta 08/15/26. We have had some issues…read moresuch as slide broke during our walk through, which was repaired ASAP. However, since actually picking up our new unit around the 19th of August, we have had some issues arise on our first adventure. It is really not the issues, its the manner in which Giant RV in Wildomar has responded and not telling the truth, Giant RV claims that all repairs have been approved as of 09/12/26. In talking with Alliance 09/17/26, no claim has been approved, in fact we were told by Alliance they are waiting on Giant RV to respond with more details needed. Which means our 5th wheel will not be ready yesterday, today or tomorrow. Items that Giant RV Wildomar, are telling us they are doing or waiting for approval, is something Alliance would never permit!!! We fell very mislead by Giant RV, by not giving us the correct and accurate information and telling us what they think we want to hear! We have tried to contact management in service and also in the sales department, but to no avail, no one seems to work or be available to help us. When dealing with the public the truth goes a long way, sometimes it might not be the answer the consumer wants to hear, but it is always the best solution. If the truth was told to us on Sept 10th 2026, we could have helped Giant RV expedite our claims. But instead we were promised our 5th wheel back by the 16th (as we are to leave on the 19th for a trip to Utah, which we are meeting friends from out of Calif. and are forced to cancel last minute due to Giant RV not telling the truth and 5th wheel will not be ready!!) Alliance thank god is totally about customer service and is assigning a consumer case manager to look into these claims and help us deal with Giant RV... As stated by another consumer: ""The customer service reps are bad and the place seems to be severely mismanaged."" We also would give them a ZERO if we could!!!

My experience with Camping World was disappointing. Communication was the biggest issue--I had a…read morehard time getting return calls, and it often felt like my business wasn't a priority. The pricing also seemed much higher than other dealers. Interestingly, after I had already made a deal elsewhere, they suddenly reached out and offered to match the competitor's price. My advice is to do your homework before buying here. Don't rely on the MSRP or the advertised sale price, as there may be much more room for negotiation than they initially let on. With better communication and more transparent pricing from the start, this could have been a much better experience.

Our experience at Camping World was a mix of exceptional customer service and disappointing…read morecustomer service. First and foremost, if you're shopping for an RV, ask for NICK. He is not your typical salesman who's just trying to close a deal. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to understand what they're looking for. The two RVs we originally came to see had already been sold, but instead of trying to push us into something outside of our budget, Nick searched through the inventory and found us the perfect match. We absolutely loved it and ended up purchasing it. He was patient, attentive, honest, and never made us feel pressured. We truly couldn't appreciate him more. Unfortunately, once we moved past the sales process, our experience changed. We waited about 2 1/2 hours to complete our purchase. While we understand that dealerships can get busy, there was never an acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Even a simple "Sorry for the delay" or a small gesture of appreciation something as simple as a complimentary set of camping chairs or another goodwill accommodation, would have gone a long way in making us feel valued as customers. Our interaction with Alex in finance was also disappointing. The process felt rushed, and when we asked if he could match the financing rate from our pre-approval, he seemed irritated rather than willing to discuss our options. Buying an RV is a major investment, and we expected to feel like our questions were welcome instead of feeling like we were inconveniencing someone. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know everyone has difficult days, but I also think it's important to share an honest experience. Nick made this purchase happen, and without him, we likely would have walked away. He is a tremendous asset to Camping World and deserves recognition for the level of customer service he provides. For anyone planning to buy from Camping World, here are a few tips: - Ask for Nick- pictured here! he truly puts his customers first. - Get pre-approved for financing before you arrive. - Let the dealership know ahead of time if you already have financing. - Make sure you have RV insurance lined up before delivery, as proof of insurance is required. Despite the frustrations we experienced after the sale, we're excited about our new RV and are grateful that Nick made the buying experience enjoyable. Thank you, Nick, for your patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
