I used to really like this business until they got too busy to answer the phone. Chad is great at doing the job right and I trusted his advice, but the office side is just to busy to do the job needed. I work at a campground and campers need mobile service from time to time, I would call and my messages never got a response...its a shame. I often recommended Chad but clients came back saying that they could not get a hold of anyone. I found it disturbing as I had highly recommended him...so I stopped. Hopefully answering the phone and a quicker response time to inquires will improve because it used to be a 5 star business. read more

I took my toy hauler to Chad & Heather (first time) on a recommendation from a friend, to repair my awning that had become detached from the wall, the seals around various sections of the exterior and replaced the clear lenses of my exterior lights. From the initial contact, Heather was responsive and pleasure to deal with. Chad knew the exact problem with the awning on my specific brand RV and re-attached the awning using the correct type screws and reassured me I wouldn't have that problem again. He pointed out areas I was having or would have with leaks and sealed all of those areas. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of service by this family team. I will be taking my RV back to them in the future for any repairs that either I don't know how to or don't want to do myself. read more

In the last 8 yrs or so, I have called this company for service many times! ONE TIME Response to many calls is a very low response time! Yes, the guy did an "good" job on my ONE TIME MOBILE Service in 8-10 years in the Hemet area.. BUT then NOTHING, Rarely a call back, always excuses and I waited until now to do a review because I tried ONE LAST TIME to get MOBILE SERVICE and they say they are not taking MOBILE jobs right now. Only In Shop work. THEN "TAKE YOURSELF OFF THE MOBILE SERVICES"! Or At least correct your false advertisement saying you do MOBILE SERVICE Temperaily Until you are back in the MOBILE service. Stop WASTING other people's time! I'm DONE trying to get these NON-MOBILE RV Techs Out! Done! The many bad experiences with this NON-MOBILE RV Tech spoils the ONE "Good" Service Call! I have been taking my trailers to dedicated express RV for a few years now, and I will not let anyone else touch my trailer but Chad. Anytime that I have had an issue with any of my trailers whether it's warranty work or just because it is getting old, I brought it in to Chad to get it taken care of, and I am always very satisfied with the results. For instance, I had a newer toy hauler that had an electric water heater, and I took it to two other repair shops and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. I was told I had to replace the entire water Heater assembly. I ended up taking it in to Chad and he was able to find that it was a simple ground that went bad after tracing back the wires, and saved me a ton of money. Ever since then, I have only taken my equipment to get seen by Chad. More recently, I bought an older toy hauler that had all kinds of issues with the roof and seals and miscellaneous parts that just go bad after time. I brought it into Chad, and what a masterpiece! The roof looks brand new, all the trim pieces in question replaced and seals were sealed, as if it came from the factory. I asked him to do a mechanical walk-through through all the systems of the trailer, and he was very fair on the labor cost for everything, and I know that when I take my trailer in to see him he will be honest about what needs to be fixed and how much it it's going to cost. There were a couple things I asked about upgrading that were going to be pricey and he was honest with me and told me my setup was good for what I needed. He could have easily just done what I thought I needed and made more money off the job but he took care of me. It's very rare to find a business that you can wholeheartedly drop off your trailer and have no hesitation about the work that's going to be done about it, but this place is that place for me. I recommend this place to all my friends, and I drive past three RV repair shops to drop my trailer off with Chad because I know the work will be honest fair and exactly what I need to get done. read more

Chad is the man! My daily work enclosed trailer was having issues with the electric brakes. He made the time to check it over, diagnosed the issue and fixed it for me so I could work the next day. He found other issues which he fixed for me at no additional cost. I called and spoke with Heather regarding a tow hitch base plate install on my Honda CRV to be used a dinghy behind my RV. I was given an appt. date which I felt was them squeezing me in as I had a trip coming up. I dropped my CRV off in the morning and by 2 pm it was done and ready to be hooked up to my RV. Chad did a very clean install and made sure everything worked perfectly when I showed up with the motorhome. I was very pleased and also found out he takes my extended warranty for future issues and repairs. I felt very confident while towing my CRV that it was done properly. I had a number of warranty issues that I needed resolved with my new 5th wheel and was pleasantly surprised that Dedicated Xpress was an authorized repair facility in the San Jacinto Valley. Instead of having to wait several months to get into one of the large repair dealers in Colton, I was able to book a warranty repair in a week. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of Chad, he was extremely thorough in his troubleshooting and found and fixed several difficult to locate water leaks in addition to a number of other issues. He took his time to explain the repairs to me and got the trailer back to me in short order. He's a one man shop, so he's very busy.
