I had an outstanding experience at Giant RV in Wildomar, and I especially want to recognize Miguel for going above and beyond. I had lost every key to my travel trailer and was completely locked out. I was expecting the worst, but Miguel immediately put me at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He got me back into my trailer quickly, without damaging anything. It's rare to find someone who combines great technical skills with exceptional customer service. Miguel kept me informed throughout the process, treated me with respect, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. If you need RV service or help with a lock issue, I highly recommend asking for Miguel at Giant RV. Honest, friendly, and efficient service like this is hard to find. Thank you again, Miguel! read more

We just purchased a new Alliance Valor from Giant RV in Murrieta 08/15/26. We have had some issues such as slide broke during our walk through, which was repaired ASAP. However, since actually picking up our new unit around the 19th of August, we have had some issues arise on our first adventure. It is really not the issues, its the manner in which Giant RV in Wildomar has responded and not telling the truth, Giant RV claims that all repairs have been approved as of 09/12/26. In talking with Alliance 09/17/26, no claim has been approved, in fact we were told by Alliance they are waiting on Giant RV to respond with more details needed. Which means our 5th wheel will not be ready yesterday, today or tomorrow. Items that Giant RV Wildomar, are telling us they are doing or waiting for approval, is something Alliance would never permit!!! We fell very mislead by Giant RV, by not giving us the correct and accurate information and telling us what they think we want to hear! We have tried to contact management in service and also in the sales department, but to no avail, no one seems to work or be available to help us. When dealing with the public the truth goes a long way, sometimes it might not be the answer the consumer wants to hear, but it is always the best solution. If the truth was told to us on Sept 10th 2026, we could have helped Giant RV expedite our claims. But instead we were promised our 5th wheel back by the 16th (as we are to leave on the 19th for a trip to Utah, which we are meeting friends from out of Calif. and are forced to cancel last minute due to Giant RV not telling the truth and 5th wheel will not be ready!!) Alliance thank god is totally about customer service and is assigning a consumer case manager to look into these claims and help us deal with Giant RV... As stated by another consumer: ""The customer service reps are bad and the place seems to be severely mismanaged."" We also would give them a ZERO if we could!!! read more

We purchased a brand-new 2025 Winnebago Adventurer from Giant RV in December 2025, expecting years of enjoyable travel and camping. Instead, our brand-new motorhome has spent the majority of its first seven months of ownership in repair facilities, making this one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. During more than seven months of ownership, we've only been able to use our motorhome for approximately six weeks. The rest of the time, it has been out of service at either Giant RV's Wildomar service department or a Ford dealership undergoing repairs. Our motorhome is currently at Giant RV, where it has been for three months awaiting warranty repairs. Unfortunately, this isn't the first extended repair visit--it's simply the latest in a long series of mechanical and warranty issues. Since purchasing the coach, we've experienced major problems including: * Transmission failure requiring complete replacement * Brake, rotor, and drum replacement due to reversing issues * Macerator failure that made it impossible to empty the black tank * Refrigerator malfunction * Generator and fuel sensor problems * Holding tank sensor failures that caused the toilet and generator to stop functioning while camping * House battery, relay switch, and battery replacement issues * Interior coach computer displaying inaccurate tank, water, waste, and fuel levels * Additional warranty repairs still awaiting approval and parts While we understand that mechanical problems can happen with any RV, what has been far more disappointing has been Giant RV's customer service. Communication has been extremely poor. We have repeatedly had to leave multiple voicemails just to receive a status update. Numerous messages left for both Dan Vasquez and Service Manager John Meyke went unanswered, and we often had to call several times before receiving any information. On one occasion, after leaving four voicemails over the course of a week, the only response we received was that they were short-staffed and hadn't been able to return our calls. We also emailed Giant RV owner Frankie Baruti in hopes of resolving our concerns, but we have never received a response. Throughout this process, we've received inconsistent explanations regarding warranty approvals, parts availability, and repair timelines. We understand that warranty approvals and parts delays are not always within the dealership's control. However, keeping customers informed, returning phone calls, and providing honest updates absolutely are. Instead of enjoying our new motorhome, we've experienced: * More than seven months of ownership with only about six weeks of actual use * Multiple lengthy repair visits, including the current three-month stay at Giant RV * Numerous canceled camping trips * Monthly RV payments on a coach we rarely get to use * Five months of storage fees * Hundreds of miles driving to repair facilities * Significant fuel and travel expenses * Countless hours spent making phone calls, sending emails, and chasing basic status updates Buying a new RV should be exciting--not exhausting. We genuinely hope Giant RV and Winnebago ultimately resolve these issues because we simply want the reliable motorhome we paid for and the level of customer service that should accompany the purchase of a new RV. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Giant RV's Wildomar service department. If you're considering purchasing an RV from Giant RV, don't just research the sales process--research the dealership's service department and warranty support as well. The true test of a dealership begins after the sale. read more

Had the unfortunate experience of having warranty service here. They are remarkably bad at communicating, in so many ways. In fairness, we had a fairly complicated order, with several repairs under warranty. We wanted to get everything done in one shot, and we had to go back and forth with them for months to try to get everything on order. It was so hard to get a hold of the customer service rep managing our case. He wouldn't return our calls, and it seemed like he was purposely dodging us. Eventually, he got all the parts in and we set the appointment. However, when we got there, we learned that all parts were not in. So we had to wait another month or so to get them in and get another appointment. We eventually got back in, and again, they were missing an important part. So now, 7 months later, we're still not done. And we got paperwork from them that turned out to be false. Its unbelievable. But, being fair, their technicians do quality work. The customer service reps are bad and the place seems to be severely mismanaged. So if you have a simple straightforward problem you may be fine coming here, but personally, I'll never use this place again. read more

12/12/23 Today, William Hayes, Service advisor hung up on us as we serve explaining what we were going through with our Winnebago. He flat out hung up the phone. Do not go here for service!!! Do not. They don't care. They lie about everything they do. read more

I would not recommend Giant RV Service based on my experience. Our RV was at their service department for over two months, and despite the staff appearing friendly and helpful, there was very little follow-through. I understand that staffing shortages and employee absences can create challenges, but the complete lack of communication was unacceptable. Throughout the entire process, I never received a proactive update. The only time I got a call was after repeatedly reaching out and requesting to speak with a manager. I called the service technician every day for a week and never received a single callback. After waiting more than two months, I finally picked up my RV only to find that no repairs or service had been completed. I was essentially back at square one after losing valuable time and receiving no meaningful communication. Professionalism and customer communication are critical in any service business, and unfortunately Giant RV Service fell far short in both areas. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to others. To be fair, this review is not a reflection of Giant RV Sales, they are helpful and great with their customer service. read more

5 Stars - Great Service at Giant RV, Wildomar Had warranty repairs done at Giant RV in Wildomar and was very impressed. Worst service imaginable. I dropped our coach of for a couple warranty items. Coach sat at the yard for 2 months. We had a trip wich we told them we had the parts still hadn't come in. So we took the coach and went on our trip telling them we would bring g at back the following g Saturday! They said they would not back until the parts came in. We live 50 miles from the service center. When we asked for a manager the manager refused to talk to us! The professionalism and service here is undeniably the worst I've ever experienced! It was our incredible misfortune to take our 2019 Winnebago 35' Adventurer into "Giant RV service" in Wildomar. After calling and making an appointment, we brought it in for the scheduled time and were told it would be 7-10 more days before it would be in the "queue" to be serviced. Why make the appointment at all? Remember, this is about 70 miles from our home, but it is where the previous owners took it to after they bought it new. We took it in for a Washer/Dryer Combo to be repaired, under the extended warranty. Long story short, they had it for almost 3 weeks, did fix a clog in the machine, calling us to say it was done. Problems: 1. they used our clean water hose to flush out the black water tank and then used the black water hose to flush out the fresh tank, causing the need for us to have to completely sterilize the fresh tank and water lines. No attempt was made to contact us and ask for our advice on which hose went to which tank. 2. We had a large chip in our windshield, from a rock-throwing truck which could not be repaired. I asked them for a quote to replace the windshield, which they did not provide until I asked for it the 3rd time. Meanwhile, they went up on the roof, to "inspect the roof" which was completely unasked for, and while they were on the very front of the roof, they put pressure on the windshield, causing it to create a huge "spiderweb of cracking," necessitating the need for a complete replacement immediately. We have submitted it to our insurance company, and are waiting for the installation of the new one. 3. I contacted the Service manager, if that's what you can call him, and expressed our total unhappiness with the entire procedure via email, and was not even given the consideration of a phone call. Very unprofessional, although I have to think he probably receives several complaints regularly and is probably tired of dealing with them. Run, do not walk, away from this business. There are, we have since found out, many numerous mobile companies that do receive high praise from their customers, and we will be using them in the future. And, just to add insult to injury, I was quoted $325 for the repairs, and when we got there to pick it up, the bill was $400. I was so disgusted, I paid it and we got the Hell out of there. Giant RV? Giant screw-up RV, more like it. read more

We had our Jayco trailer in for some damage repair. They recommended replacing the rear door so we did. We never would've anticipated that the fine repair technicians at Giant RV could screw up a complete door replacement but, here we are. They didn't install/align the door so it opens or closes smoothly and the lock mechanism is not aligned to the door frame such that the security bolt works! They took forever to get the work done and left trash inside the trailer. (Like someone stopped working, ate lunch and never came back to finish). Always test your repair at the service location before accepting it as complete. I wouldn't let them work on a skateboard. read more

They installed 12K solar system that hasn't worked properly from day one. You'll get the run around about the work and refer as a warranty issue to further avoid responsibility. Will NEVER take our RV there again. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR RV HERE!!! I am very saddened by the experience I had with Giant RV repair in Wildomar. First off, the communication was absolutely horrible. They would just blow me off and say "we will call next week". They hardly ever returned my calls. It was very frustrating, and I never knew what was happening with my RV. I brought my motorhome in to get about 8 things fixed, nothing too major. They had it for ALMOST TWO MONTHS and all the repairs still aren't even done. I also feel like they rip their customers off. I was initially quoted $1,670 for all repairs if I had to pay out of pocket. I purchased an extended warranty/service contract, and thought most things would be covered. By the time I picked it up, I had to pay $3,100 on top of the $1,600 that my service contact covered. I never authorized these repairs to be done, and if I knew it would cost so much I wouldn't have brought it there in the first place. I even had to pay for a new refrigerator door that they never even received, and won't be here for another 50 days. I told them to just cancel it, but they made me pay for everything in order for them to give me my RV back. This is the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I am generally not the complaining type, but this is above and beyond. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and also possibly taking them to small claims court to recover some of my money. Stay away from Giant RV! read more

Every time I walk in or call to make a purchase or simply ask a question, I have been greeted with professionalism. William and Richard have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Don't go here!!! Called and made an appointment, which was a month out, for warranty work to be done on 2023 Winnebago. Dropped off the RV (hour and a half drive) as scheduled with zero communication as to how long it would take. After four days I called and got William the service manager on the phone and he basically said it could take weeks and that I was in the queue! He took zero ownership for the lack of communication and said that if I needed it I should just come pick it up! He never tried to remedy anything. Just really didn't give a crap about my situation. Just had a chat with Giant RV dealership's service department on how they work. Even though I have a mobile tech's diagnosis that the schwintech slide gear is stripped in my 2 month old trailer the process is: 1. Bring the trailer in to service on appt date 8 weeks from call for service. 2. Service dept confirms problem, 3. Warranty claim is made to manufacturer which takes an unknown amount of time but could be a month or so. 4. Warranty work approved, so parts ordered. Parts have taken up to 4 months to arrive. 5. Install parts. So I could be without my now 2 month old trailer for 3 to 7 months. Also, if you have a insurance company-approved technician's diagnosis of problem why can't the warranty claim be submitted NOW rather than 2 months from now along with a parts order? Why is the RV industry so broken? I REALLY regret buying a trailer at this point. Response to comment below: I have an end of January appointment that I made in early December which I was told was the soonest available. I don't need more discussion. I understand the repair timeline is unpredictable based on parts timing. I've just documented what I was told in the initial call for service, which I later discussed with you when you told me I was on your white board & would be contacted if an appointment cancellation occurred. No call so far, so I assume no cancellations. I originally posted this review on the Murrieta yelp page but they apparently complained to yelp that it didn't apply to them so I reposted here read more

I just want to start out by saying that more people need to take the time to give positive reviews when they have a positive experience far too many people spend their time expressing their negative feelings. That said I gotta tell you that my entire experience here at Giant RV has been absolutely stellar. It's a modest building in a modest area but it houses so many parts and accessories for your rv that you can come back 2 or 3 times and still see more. The staff here is very friendly very informative and incredibly helpful. I've been to this location twice and both experiences I have dealt with Carlos and Carlos is absolutely awesome and helpful. I had to do an exchange and I couldn't for the life of me find my receipt which is very much unlike me. Without questions Carlos said no problem I remember you being in here we can take care of it. Now I don't expect that he will be able to do that every time for me and certainly not for every customer but that level of service is so much appreciated on my part. I will recommend them to anybody. Thank you giant RV and thank you Carlos I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. In Gratitude, AZ read more

End of last year I traded in my TT for a new fifth wheel and had to get a few things done after purchase. William the manager was very helpful ,along with everyone in the service department. this service department doesn't deserve the 1 star on this review. unfortunately, i cannot give zero stars or a negative stars! this service department is the worse ever. they perform repairs without authorization. the service advisor josh tells you that he is by himself is the reason why he doesn't communicate about our trailer in their shop. pretty much we are not important and have no value because we are getting warranty work performed that is why he has not called us since we dropped off our trailer on 3/17/2025. i had to call to get an update. do not use this service department. read more

I Purchased a new Class A motor home in 2020 from Giant RV in Murrieta and I know first hand there can be a disconnect between the Sales and Service Departments. I have a new Class A, 2018 Newmar, 29' Baystar Sport that didn't come with a AC in the bedroom area. The 1 factory installed AC could not keep up with the high desert temps. So we went looking for a RV specialist that could install one. After months of trying we gave up. Everyone who looked at the work were afraid to cut into the roof and ceiling headliner. My close friend told me about this Service guy 'Ray' at Giant RV Service Center who says "He hasn't met an RV yet that he couldn't put an AC in." So I Called and was very reassured that this work could be done. Now, I live in San Diego (60 miles away), so I was a bit nervous. I brought my new coach in on a Monday, and it was completed on Friday the same week. Oh... And here's the best part, I had a LP gas quick disconnect installed on the outside for my BBQ too. Today, a week later, I still cannot believe that the work was done so professionally and came under budget. Thanks guys, you now have a new friend, and a extremely satisfied customer. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Giant RV Wildomar is the worst! Understaffed and under-skilled. As new owners we took our RV in to get an initial inspection and to address a few concerns we had about standing water in the water valve compartment, jack calibration etc... Well, No water leak was found and Will told us that the shower just need to be resealed and at his recommendation we added a stabilizer and paid to have our roof resealed only to get an our stabilizing spring installed incorrectly and a roof leak?! Months after having the RV in the shop to have some body work done (which was also done terribly) the "non existent water leak got worse" which turned out to be a water leak coming from the water tank!!!! Yes, tried calling over a week ago and getting a hold of the service manager before writing this review but still haven't heard back from John. Giant RV service advisor here at Wildomar Ca. Isn't helpful at all . Facials expressions and body movement/ lauguage shows a lot of how you treat your customers. We are 4 month into our brand new 2021 Heartland RV.We went there 3 times and my issues are still not handle. Our major concern is the propane tank regulator and hoses are leaking freon. I feel it's a dangerous to us and our fellow campers, Yet they sit there in their comfort zone (behind the desk) and give you attitude and not take it seriously. Why don't they have mobile service? Why don't they look to the customer like we are important to their business,? 50 thousand dollars later, it's not petty cash to retired folks. I won't buy my next RV from this company ever, and wouldn't recommend anyone at all. Bad taste. I'm a believer that Word of mouth is the best advertisment and I don't have it for their RV sales nor service and parts department . So instead of going in again and being treated like we're an inconvenience to their day. We will be handling our issues our selves. Thanks for causing an inconvenience to us, who will no longer be a valid customer nor spend our money at you're place. read more

I had Giant install Dish system on RV. The satellite is on top of RV. This was installed in Oct. I was going full time in Nov.. I stalled leaving at request of matt scott. So I did not use system until (tried) 3 weeks ago. Tho previously tried working in RV as an office and tried to turn on local channels. Nothing worked. I thought not much of it and did my work. Now I'm out full timing. I've had no tv to work, no dish to work. Have spent now four hours on phone with dish. They all hv said it's the install. I contacted Giant two weeks ago. Will wanted me to ask for him. I called yesterday, insured of return call to no avail. I called again today and he was gone. Assured another phone call on Friday (tomorrow) which means I will spend my weekend in this same situation. I'm going to a hotel. This is absurd. They can reimburse me for that. I hv requested a refund on dish. After speaking with others. It seems Giant will screw up your wiring in RV. So your regular system installed by RV manufacturer won't work. None of my #winnebago stuff works. Dish or Winnebago. It has failed. Dish has offered many apologies as it said it is installers doing. Now my new RV wiring system is messed up. I guess I could drive to Ohio where Winnebago is made so they can tell me exactly what is wrong with my video/TV wiring system. Seems it's the only way to get a straight answer. Even tho dish has been so apologetic and refers me to camping world over and over again. I want a refund on dish, bottom line. I was told tonight I need to get on roof where satellite is and make sure it is pointing north. I'm 110 pounds. I could do it. To whose liability? Also heard that if wires hv been split installing, they made mistake and shouldn't do. How do I insure they didn't do this? I will not leave my RV if they ask me too. I want to see exactly what they are doing to my wiring. So here I go. No entertainment, no local channels on a venture. It's been 3 weeks I"m a down time with no sound, no nothing. First few weeks ok, but it's old. I should never have had to put up with such lousy installation and now service. Secondly, I had them install a blue ox on my Jeep I had just bought. I'm having issues with noise and rattling, lights coming on. Don't want to start on that. I hv to take to Jeep to see what the heck they did. My advice. Have them install nothing! EVER. Just buy somewhere else. Get manufacturer to install what's needed. This has been undo stress to someone going thru oncology (why I'm traveling) and stage 4 kidney failure. They are slowly killing me too. Go else where. This should be a 1 star review. Tho yelp doesn't allow me to change it. An attorney may be in order, I'm just tired. Shouldn't hv to uproot where I am as it's exhausting to go there for them to do what? Take it out and leave holes. Should I go to fish/camping world? Let attorney handle? My weekend at hotel? read more
