These people are idiots. I walked in with an 825 credit score and $255,000 credit, as well as a significant down payment. I was greeted by a fellow yelling at me from afar, trying to get me to go to the showroom by myself. When I finally got him to come out of his office his jaw was going around in circles like a total speed freak, and he did not even know the inventory, I was disrespected and insulted, while trying to buy their finest B+ Atlas with a slide out on a Sprinter dually chassis, 2025 inventory that they had had for a year. Then they bashed my credit to 648. Scott Murphy is the POS who insulted me over and over. They shot gunned my info to 4 credit unions, and 3 banks for 100% financing. Who does 100% financing???? They never even asked me what I wanted to put down, never gave me an agreement to sign. The business manager didn't even have a card. They just gave me the chauvinistic treatment and lost a sale. They are also really poor communicators. They just sent me what I am sure was another insulting letter, I didn't even read it, I just threw it away. Before I went there, I was already looking at another unique coach from Germany for more money. Nice people, super sexy coach, coming in 2026. If you want to be treated badly while trying to buy your 4th RV as a multimillionaire who drives an MB AMG, go there!!!! Ask for Scott Murphy! read more

I'm thrilled to say that the service department at Airstream Inland Empire has completely turned things around, and the credit goes to their new service manager, William. If you've been frustrated in the past--as I was--with long repair delays, lack of communication, or issues never getting resolved, you're not alone. Things had really gone downhill. But that's no longer the case. Since William took over, it's like a whole new business. He's brought in new, qualified technicians, streamlined the service process, and--most importantly--put the focus back on customer service. What a difference! Repairs that used to take weeks (or never got done at all) are now handled promptly and professionally. I had a laundry list of lingering issues the old staff kept putting off or "waiting on parts" for. William and his team tackled them one by one and kept me informed every step of the way. They clearly care about doing things right. It's rare to see a business make this kind of course correction, but Airstream Inland Empire has done it. If you gave up on them before, give them another shot. William is the real deal--and thanks to his leadership, this place finally feels like the kind of service center Airstream owners deserve. read more

I recently took my Airstream into Airstream Inland Empire for what was supposed to be a simple door adjustment. Big mistake. They immediately upsold me on new tires and a whole laundry list of other "necessary" services. Against my better judgment, I agreed. On speaker phone I asked Will what the total would be "all in with the tires, door and all the other things". He gave a $3800 price (my wife and I had him on speaker phone so we both heard the quote). So that's when we agreed. When we called to check on progress we were told the amount would be over $6000. What????? That's not what we agreed to. Julie said she would talk to Will. When he called he said the price he quoted was without the tires and door. We told him that was not what he said on the phone. He then made some adjustments and brought it down to $4800. Still a $1000 over what we agreed upon. I guess $1000 doesn't mean anything to him. He also said they take credit cards. We found out through Julie that they charge 3%. That also should have been said during the phone call about approving things when we asked if they take credit cards by the manager Will. What should have been a quick job turned into a three-week ordeal. When I finally picked up the camper, I was horrified by the lack of basic attention to detail (they had lost my key, sloppy installation of door trim, lost the blocks for my front hitch, hadn't completely removed the wax from wolbenizing, and other things). There were loose rivets and pieces of trim scattered all over the floor inside. Even worse, they had badly scratched the front windows while "replacing the splines." The sales manager (Will) had the nerve to claim the scratches were already there (from trees) when it came in and indicated in the future they will take pictures when the unit comes in (to make sure I'm not lying). Fortunately, I had clear before photos proving otherwise. Instead of owning up to the damage, they tried to gaslight me. We took our Airstream to our storage spot and then saw that they did not replace the shower door seal and we were charged for that as well. I bought an Airstream because of its legendary quality and expected white-glove service from a "five rivet" authorized dealer. What I got was the complete opposite: sloppy work, unnecessary delays, upselling, and denial when they damaged my coach. Very disappointed. Save yourself the headache and go south to San Diego or north to Orange County instead. Inland Empire is not worth it. The fact that this location is a "five rivet" dealer makes me challenge the entire Airstream ranking system. read more

I recently bought a 2020 Bambi here and upon delivery it was filthy, the curtains were broken and needed repair, the modem was broken and needed replaced & the hot water heater was broken. The manager avoided my calls and offered no resolution. The sales rep tried to sell me a new modem for $1200. I'm taking my issues to the Better Business Bureau.
