The trailer was set up and in perfect working condition before we arrived. Sandy, who I spoke to on the phone to reserve the trailer actually came out while we were unloading and asked how everything was working and if we had any questions on how things worked. Super duper impressed by that! This is my 3rd go around with Star RV and I have never had an issue. The camper was in working condition and clean. The campers do not come with bedding, appliances, pots, pans and glassware. You must bring your own. There are a few RV rentals that accommodate Vail Lake. Star RV was by far the cheapest. The best thing about renting an RV is leaving it all behind when check out time comes. Just load the car and take off and Star RV will handle the rest. I'll be in touch Sandy!

I have in writing missing screens would be replaced and over two months after delivery I'm still waiting. I was told the measurements were taken and sent to factory for replacing. 4 weeks after taking delivery I asked to take my measurements and send myself. I have screenshots. We just purchased a new Alliance Valor from Giant RV in Murrieta 08/15/26. We have had some issues…read moresuch as slide broke during our walk through, which was repaired ASAP. However, since actually picking up our new unit around the 19th of August, we have had some issues arise on our first adventure. It is really not the issues, its the manner in which Giant RV in Wildomar has responded and not telling the truth, Giant RV claims that all repairs have been approved as of 09/12/26. In talking with Alliance 09/17/26, no claim has been approved, in fact we were told by Alliance they are waiting on Giant RV to respond with more details needed. Which means our 5th wheel will not be ready yesterday, today or tomorrow. Items that Giant RV Wildomar, are telling us they are doing or waiting for approval, is something Alliance would never permit!!! We fell very mislead by Giant RV, by not giving us the correct and accurate information and telling us what they think we want to hear! We have tried to contact management in service and also in the sales department, but to no avail, no one seems to work or be available to help us. When dealing with the public the truth goes a long way, sometimes it might not be the answer the consumer wants to hear, but it is always the best solution. If the truth was told to us on Sept 10th 2026, we could have helped Giant RV expedite our claims. But instead we were promised our 5th wheel back by the 16th (as we are to leave on the 19th for a trip to Utah, which we are meeting friends from out of Calif. and are forced to cancel last minute due to Giant RV not telling the truth and 5th wheel will not be ready!!) Alliance thank god is totally about customer service and is assigning a consumer case manager to look into these claims and help us deal with Giant RV... As stated by another consumer: ""The customer service reps are bad and the place seems to be severely mismanaged."" We also would give them a ZERO if we could!!!

He is not your typical salesman who's just trying to close a deal. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to understand what they're looking for. The two RVs we originally came to see had already been sold, but instead of trying to push us into something outside of our budget, Nick searched through the inventory and found us the perfect match. We absolutely loved it and ended up purchasing it. He was patient, attentive, honest, and never made us feel pressured. We truly couldn't appreciate him more. Unfortunately, once we moved past the sales process, our experience changed. We waited about 2 1/2 hours to complete our purchase. While we understand that dealerships can get busy, there was never an acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Even a simple "Sorry for the delay" or a small gesture of appreciation something as simple as a complimentary set of camping chairs or another goodwill accommodation, would have gone a long way in making us feel valued as customers. Our interaction with Alex in finance was also disappointing. The process felt rushed, and when we asked if he could match the financing rate from our pre-approval, he seemed irritated rather than willing to discuss our options. Buying an RV is a major investment, and we expected to feel like our questions were welcome instead of feeling like we were inconveniencing someone. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know everyone has difficult days, but I also think it's important to share an honest experience. Nick made this purchase happen, and without him, we likely would have walked away. He is a tremendous asset to Camping World and deserves recognition for the level of customer service he provides. For anyone planning to buy from Camping World, here are a few tips: - Ask for Nick- pictured here! he truly puts his customers first. - Get pre-approved for financing before you arrive. - Let the dealership know ahead of time if you already have financing. - Make sure you have RV insurance lined up before delivery, as proof of insurance is required. The pricing also seemed much higher than other dealers. Interestingly, after I had already made a deal elsewhere, they suddenly reached out and offered to match the competitor's price. My advice is to do your homework before buying here. Don't rely on the MSRP or the advertised sale price, as there may be much more room for negotiation than they initially let on. With better communication and more transparent pricing from the start, this could have been a much better experience.
