We opted for a medium / 30ft sized Class C RV. We normally tow our own trailer but had vehicle issues which is why we rented and although we have never driven an RV my husband had no trouble all. It was fairly easy to drive and get used to. We had plenty of space and storage and would definitely recommend to friends & family! We plan on using them again in the future.

This was our first time in South CB outside of a tent and so it was a bit of a learning curve for us. The camper itself was in like-new condition. It was delivered on time and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We fumbled through a few things like "how do you turn on the water" but the Luv2Camp team was available to us via text throughout our stay. I honestly must have texted them 30 times that weekend, and each time they responded quickly. We had to have them come and dump our tanks over the weekend, which they did on short notice, on a Sunday, without hesitation. On at least one occasion during our stay, they showed up to the site just to check in and make sure everything was going ok. Our camper was great, but this company earned 5 stars in my eyes for their communication, availability, and willingness to help. If I ever need to rent a camper again, it will be with Lov2Camp...and it the site will have hookups...again, the learning curve.

Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

We show up to pick up the trailer, and nothing is done on the itemized list, and the trailer wasn't even cleaned. The Owner made promises he couldn't keep, said he was out of certain items needed to fix what was needed. We had no choice but to take the trailer because of course the loan already went through. He had 3 weeks to get everything done and did nothing. He couldn't even be bothered to fake it at least. Just made excuses. On top of this, the owner said he would provide us with all new hoses and power cords. Everything was used and dirty and he didn't even give us the right generator cord for the trailer. Didn't find this part out till we took our first trip and couldn't hook up properly. As a business owner, I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know how they impact business. This however is just frustrating. And reviewing the previous bad reviews, this seems to be an issue with the owner. Typical over promise, tell you what you need to hear to get the deal done and under deliver once everything is locked in. Likely needing the sale to cover expenses from the last botched deal. Should have done some more research before shopping here. Avoid this dealership.

The listing for this RV stated it came with an e-bike and Starlink. My rental agreement confirmed both. One week before pickup, I received a text from Oscar saying the e-bike and Starlink were actually add-ons, and that he needed to check availability. I responded by email pointing out that both were included in my signed rental agreement and that I expected either both items to be available or a price adjustment. No response. Oscar was not present when we arrived, and Dorian told me there was nothing he could do or he would get in trouble. He refused to call anyone or escalate the issue. I needed the RV, so I had no choice but to accept it. See the attached rental agreement. We specifically rent the Mercedes-Benz version because we are familiar with it, and a key reason is its self-leveling stabilization system, which minimizes rocking. We were not informed until we showed up that this feature had been disabled. Dorian claimed customers damage it. I paid a premium for this model specifically for that feature, and it was disabled without any prior notice. For a 2024 model, this RV is in rough shape. Everything functioned and it was reasonably clean, but the interior has clearly been neglected. Among other issues, the original shower slider was replaced with a cheap curtain rod rather than being properly repaired. See attached photos. Do not be fooled by how friendly and responsive they are during the booking process. This company falsely advertises its vehicles and will not honor its own rental agreements, even when you have everything in writing.

We had a blowout on the trailer we rented while making our way to our destination and ultimately had to replace all four tires due to the fact that they were all different sizes and near bald. $500 later, a trailer that isn't ours has new tires. Have we received our refund for the tires? NO! And what's even better...NO RESPONSE FROM BRITTANY WHEN WE ASK ABOUT IT! First off, the trailer was not cleaned prior to our stay (floor was dirty, poop was still on the bottom of the toilet seat) and my almost 2 year old found a cannabis pill on the floor and was trying to eat it! The trailer took over 8 hours to finally cool down because the ac isn't working properly and we couldn't use the fridge till the next day because it was still hot inside of it. He told us he would give us a partial refund and never did and also had a previous renter that he met two weeks prior come and set the trailer up. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company.
