Did a wine tour in Temecula for my friends bachelorette, I have a mixed review. I set it up months in advance and picked the picnic lunch option. I later had to change the date due to an issue the bride had and they were very accommodating. Months go by and the week of the bachelorette rolls around. I call to tell them my choices for lunches and how many tastings we want. Chris then informs me that they don't do picnic lunches on Thursday... 2 days before the bachelorette even though I changed to Thursday months ago. So I had to go buy food for it, and change the wineries the bride picked because you can only bring outside food to certain wineries. Not the end of the world but annoying. Then, day before I am informed (only because I called and asked) that I need to bring cash for the tastings... which was $180.. if I wouldn't have called to clarify I wouldn't have known to bring any cash, might be important information to tell people using your services then day of we paid for 6 tastings everything is good. Our first winery they give us 9 tastings.. we figure hey it's a courtesy because she's getting married, woohoo! Half way through our tasting Chris comes to our party, doesn't introduce himself (we had only spoken over phone) and starts accusing us of taking the tastings without paying and is getting mad at the entire group instead of pulling me aside and explaining the situation. We didn't even use the extra tastings and were able to give them all back. It was so rude of him to do something like that when it was their mistake in the first place not ours and to just come over without introducing himself and to start yelling, I was shocked! Honestly would have been more fun just Ubering from winery to winery. However, our driver Jag was amazing and kind! Everyone loved him and I would recommend if you go through this company to request him. He texted me 20 mins before each pick-up and was always on time.
