We used Executive VIP Shuttle Transportation for a day trip from Temecula to San Diego during a Bachelorette weekend. Our driver to San Diego, Greg, was fantastic--our group really appreciated him. He drove carefully through the hilly wine country roads and even made a bathroom stop before we hit the highway. He also let us connect our phones to the sound system so we could play our own music, which was a fun touch. Our return experience, however, was less positive. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the woman's name, but it felt like it may have been her first day. She mentioned more than once that she had no experience driving that type of van and even said something about the brakes not being in great condition. At one point, she almost hit another car on the highway and was driving way too fast through the hills. The trip overall had some great moments, especially thanks to Greg, but the return journey raised some serious concerns. read more

Worth every penny. From the start of booking to the end of the trip, everything went so smoothly. I had an last minute change in my location and the company was quick to help accommodate me. We had Micki as a driver and she was AMAZING. She made sure we were set for success from the start. Brought us water, offered to take pictures, held seats for us & made sure we weren't rushed. I used a van for shuttling my bridal party to the venue, and then another van for shuttling my guests to and from the hotel where I reserved block rooms. Booking with Michele was straightforward. There was some miscommunication about specific times needed for the after reception shuttle, but Michele was able to work with me and come up with a solution. My drivers for the evening were Micki and Gary. They were both absolutely wonderful and kind to me, my groom, family, bridal party, and guests. Wow. Incredible experience. Although I didn't have any expectations except for getting driven to and from the designated areas, Mr. Rick I'm certain went above and beyond. My girlfriend reserved a limo for the 6 of us so we didn't have to worry about driving tipsy around Temecula as we visited wineries. Gene was our limo driver. We hit 4 wineries that we could not choose and had lunch at the second winery. For 5 total hours, each of us paid approximately $143 a piece. VIP adds in gratuity. The wineries we were taken to were Cougar Vineyards, Masia de la Vinya, Danza del Sol, and Europa Village. I actually wanted to visit Cougar and Europa Village, so that was a nice surprise. The wineries were ok. What I was dismayed with was lunch and always feeling crunched for time with the limo driver hovering near us. Lunch was sandwiches, a small pasta salad, and water. I tried the turkey avocado ciabatta and it was flavorless. I moved onto another sandwich that had prosciutto, really thick, chewy, poorly sliced prosciutto. It was so rubbery I had to take it out of my sandwich. It was better that way. Honestly, some fresh salad would have been better! (And btw, I don't like salad!) Maybe 6 hours for 4 wineries and lunch would have been better. I hate being rushed, I hate feeling rushed, I'm so ocd I'm always 10 minutes early to everything. So, when I feel rushed, it's pretty bad. Since I didn't rsvp, I don't know if you could ask for more time, but definitely an extra hour was necessary. The limo driver reminding us several times we're pressed for time and have to move to the next winery was not cool. He was nice, he wasn't the problem, the time constriction was. Gene was great, took all the pictures we asked him to. I think my friend who doesn't yelp trusted the reviews on here. Judging that 8 of the reviewers who left 5 stars have no friends and almost no other reviews are quite questionable. Also, VIP will only accept one credit card, no matter how many of you there are. 3 of us came ready with cash but 3 of us didn't. Unfortunately, one friend had to put that lump sum onto her card. 3.5/5 stars for misleading payment info. When booking, I was told 2 options of payment were allowed. Credit card (which would incur a service fee) or check from a local bank. The latter is misleading. When the female rep indicated "local bank," I understood it as one that is recognizable like Chase, Wells Fargo, BoA, etc. THIS IS INCORRECT. They will only accept a check if the signer is from a local address (in other words, I wasn't a Murrietta native so my check was not accepted even though it came from a nationally recognized bank). This is beyond bizarre and a first. Having to settle payment on wedding day and missing a good 20 minutes of my reception was not ideal. My wedding coordinators were trying to explain the issue and asked if I had an alternative form of payment. Ended up having to speak with the driver to re-explain the issue to me. Tried swiping my AMEX multiple times only to learn it wasn't accepted. Literally had to ask the driver if we can settle in 15 minutes (bc they were playing the last song of the night), and that I will come back right after. To the owners, PLEASE MAKE THE "PAYMENT BY CHECK" INFO AND ACCEPTABLE CREDIT CARDS CLEAR TO YOUR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS!!! 5/5 stars for driver. Thomas was the driver for our MAY 2022 wedding. We just returned from a weekend celebrating my 50th birthday with several friends. I booked this company based on the reviews and after a great conversation with Michelle. She assured me that everything would be fantastic and that we would be taken care of and I felt very comfortable with our choice to book! We told her the types of wine we liked and that we wanted more boutique style wineries with views. The places we were going to were a surprise and our day with Gene did not disappoint! Gene arrived to pick up our group of 10 on time (actually early)! He was so positive and enthusiastic about our day that his energy was contagious! He was an absolute professional and we all had such an amazing day! Everything Gene had booked for us was special and unique in their own ways and we loved all of them! I could tell that each spot that he took us too was thoughtfully selected. At our second stop, he set up a beautiful and delicious lunch for us all. Gene went above and beyond in taking care of our group and every last detail all day long! He even ended up hanging out with us and chatting, letting us know details about Temecula's history. He took us to three lovely wineries that had amazing views, delicious wines, and offered to take pictures at every stop with suggestions as to where.
