We hired backstage for a VERY special kindergarten fairytale ball. It was 7 moms and 7 boys.. we decided to surprise the boys with a limo ride! Working with Liza to coordinate and book everything was smooth. They communicated very often and clearly. We chose the infinity stretch for 14 The day of, I received updates when the limo was on the way - our driver unfortunately had a flat tire but still managed to get to us with only a slight delay. Our driver (Fernando) was in for a treat with 7 rambunctious kids but he was so patient and fun. He also took amazing group photos for us. Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out. In n out parking lots are not easy to navigate but he did it! Overall we had a BLAST and the boys made some core memories. Things to improve: Bluetooth / speaker needed an upgrade for sure! read more

My children used backstage limousine for their trip to and from the prom. It went so perfectly and their party bus was so much fun. Communication was great before and during the event. Randy the driver was very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. This was such a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this company. read more

Backstage Limousine was great for my friend's birthday celebration! They communicated well, the party bus was clean and in great condition. The driver, Kenneth, was on time, reliable, helpful, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommended their services! read more

First of all, their prices are very competitive, compared to other companies. I booked the Infiniti SUV Limo. I got a call the day before to confirm the details of my reservation. Day of, the driver arrived 10 minutes early. He was very polite and witty. I also received emails letting me know the status of the driver. Booking was very easy. I'd use them again. read more

Booked Backstage Limousine for my sisters wedding!! 9/12/26 10 mins before they're were supposed to pick us up to take us to the ceremony they called to say the bus broke down on the way to pick us up. Bad timing. Apparently they don't get routine inspections on their buses. They could have did an inspection or something after it was booked. They said the belt broke. " there's nothing we could do about a mechanical issue." maybe get your buses routinely inspected. It's hard finding a good company on Yelp because they had a pretty good rating but a really big disappointment. * I didn't say they are not inspected, I just assumed that if they were, you wouldn't run into an issue. Being a newer model, you would also assume that it wouldn't have any issues. And I wouldn't say it was extremely hot that day. Just wanna warn people about this service when reading your reading reviews. I read through a few companies. I don't usually leave reviews, but dropping the ball on a big day Is something to warn people about. Also, maybe you should keep one emergency bus in case a situation like this occurs. Really stressed us all out for a minute. Ended up having to take the hotel shuttle with a huge cookie on the side to the event. read more

Backstage Limousine was quick to take my deposit, but not quick to provide the service I paid for. I booked a party bus for transportation after an event. Before the event, I asked multiple times for the driver's contact information because I wanted to avoid any last-minute issues. Unfortunately, I never received the driver's information, and my concerns ended up becoming reality. The driver never showed up. I repeatedly called both the company's main phone number and the number a representative had previously contacted me from. No one answered, there was no voicemail, and I couldn't reach anyone for help while my group was waiting. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of accountability. No one apologized or showed any genuine remorse for leaving me and my 25 guests stranded. Instead, I received a text the following day stating that my deposit had been refunded. While I appreciate receiving my money back, it did nothing to make up for the stress, inconvenience, and embarrassment of being left without transportation in front of my entire group. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Backstage Limousine. Reliability and communication are essential when booking transportation for a large group, and unfortunately, this company failed on both. read more

From the price to the booking, we had a great experience. They accommodated a last minute request as well! Our driver, John, was kind and communicated very clearly. We completely trusted him taking our teenagers to prom! I took one star off because of the condition of the limo on the outside. There was some body damage, but inside was very nice. read more

I don't write reviews. But I wanted to warn potential victims not to use Backstage Limousine service. My family booked this company on July 25 to a concert from the IE the to Long Beach. We were looking for a luxury experience. The entire ride we endured 85 degree temperatures inside the vehicle. I texted to company during the ride and sent pictures of the thermostat of the temperature inside the vehicle and nothing was done. We were hot. The water provided was room temperature. We could not even quinch our thirst. I tried to complain and they yelled at me and told me that the 85 temperature inside the vehicle is not the temperature we endured and that no one could have endured that temperature The temperature on that day was approximately 85-90 degrees outside. I am posting to make sure this does not happened to you. read more

Amazing team! Professional, punctual and no hidden fees. Honest. We hired them for funeral services, a limo and Sprinter van. Ron and Marvin were wonderful and made our family comfortable during a difficult time. They drove us from the house to the church, the cemetery, the luncheon and back home safely. We were very happy customers. read more

Loved using this Limo company! Super responsive, competitively priced, email reminders and the day of -received text messages from our driver Fernando. He was on time, communicated with us the whole time during stops, he took group photos of the whole group at the end of the night and sent to me when the night finished. The sound system was excellent in the Chrysler limo. Equipped with coolers w ice and waters and plastic cups. We brought champagne and some drinks with us. Fernando drove safely, was cordial and was on point. Highly recommend! read more

Hired the dodge charger limo and it was sooooo fly. They arrived right on time and posted up at our next stop with us and drove people back who needed to go earlier before the 4 hours was up. He was flexible with changing the route to accommodate another drop off in a different direction. Prices, service, and fleet can't be beat!!!! read more

This was our first time using this company, and unfortunately, it will be our last. We rented a 25-person party bus for 10 people going to a wine tasting trip in Temecula. There were a few positives: our driver was prompt, kind, and accommodating. When we needed to extend our time, he was flexible (with additional charges, as expected). The pricing was fair and in line with the market, and they did provide some basic amenities like cups, ice, and napkins. However, the negatives far outweighed the positives. Every time we stepped onto the bus, there was a very strong smell of marijuana. This wasn't subtle--every single person in our group commented on it. I'm currently pregnant, and being in an enclosed space with that odor for extended periods was both concerning and uncomfortable. My husband even called the company right away to report it, and we were told the vehicle did not smell when it left their facility--essentially dismissing our concern entirely. Additionally, the air conditioning in the passenger area did not work at all. While it seemed functional in the driver's section, the back of the bus--where all of us were seated--was extremely hot, especially in 90-degree weather. Totally unacceptable for what should be a luxury experience. The condition of the vehicle was also underwhelming. The exterior appeared worn and poorly maintained, and the front area near the driver had a bunch of trash, which added to an overall poor impression. read more

Sooo let me say that Backstage was awesome. They came back with the best quote out of ten companies. I rented a party bus for my daughter's 10th birthday. They were very communicative every step of the way. They confirmed everything 2 days in advance, gave accurate and updated invoices with each payment. They provided the name and contact information of the driver well in advance. Once our driver Cedrick arrived he was a class act. He was professionally dressed, he was kind and respectful of the moms and all of our daughters screaming all of the words to the songs the whole way through at the absolute top of their lungs. When I called Cedrick to retrieve us from our restaurant, he was responsive and prompt. He drove safely, there was none of that hurkey jerky, agitated driving, or bumpy driving. He was awesome! The bus was clean and fully functional. My younger 7 year old asked for a party bus for her birthday in February and I wouldn't choose any other company. read more

Really disappointing experience. Hired to pick us up at Memorial Coliseum after football game. Here was their advice; "We recommend setting the pickup near the Coliseum's ride share or VIP pickup zone on Exposition Park Drive. It's the most accessible area and allows the chauffeur to get as close as possible to the entrance as well as ideal for elderly passengers who can't walk long distances." We chose VIP. An hour bf pickup Backstage contacted us to say our limo had a blowout and they were sending a substitute bus. During the football game I'm trying to make sure substitute has enough seats and will arrive on time. At the appointed time, no bus. We ended up walking almost 20 mins with two grandparents in their 80s bc the bus couldn't get anywhere near VIP. Never apologizing, offering a discount, or even showing sympathy, Backstage Limo closed the convo with, "We can't control what police decide to block off." Then don't recommend that lot. Frustrating. Would be a one star but we found the driver (who was very nice) and he got us home. read more

This company provided excellent service for my aunt's milestone birthday. The manager contacted me to let me know that they were running a little late to pick her up because their limo had a flat. My aunt absolutely loved the upgraded limo, and I appreciate the excellent service they provided for her. I highly recommend this company. read more

After l paid for my vehicle, the agent whose name was LONG, took me to the car & after my male Companion had gotten into the car, he told me that l needed to present him w my insurance info. I explained that my Dad has the info , as he lives in N.J. & is currently in the hospital for a stroke. He rudely & callously told me that unless l gave him the policy info he would not allow me to leave w the car..BUT , the solution is, purchase HIS, insurance @ 22.00 per day. So he basically waited until my friend got into the car to bully me into buying his ins., while ins. Is optional., & l told him that. He could not have been any more arrogant or rude or derogatory towards me. He has called me everyday since l rented the vehicle. Telling me l need to return the car, when the car is not over due & denying his actions, & then in the next breath telling me he will take what ever punishment Enterprise gives him, bc he hates the Company anyway. Then asking me why do l have a complaint filed againest him. Which of course l do., w cooperate. He was telling me that there is no one above him & he is the Corporate Supervisor of that particular Enterprise. I kid you not. Just a few words to the wise, he is very unstable.p read more

Best prices! If you want an inexpensive party bus, I did hours of research and reached out to about a dozen companies and backstage had the best prices. If you would like a smooth/fun day with transportation DO NOT book here! Their drivers and dispatchers have poor communication. When the limo was running 30+min late for pick up, I had to be the one to reach out to know what was going on rather than being notified right away. While on the phone with the driver they became aggravated when asked basic questions, and they began to raise their voice as well as have a negative tone. Later that night, my party and I had another horrible experience with the driver Frank because he was asking what everyone's race was and continued making racist remarks and assumptions. He asked me why am I wearing a barong if I'm not Filipino. When we called a few days later about the horrible experience, we were met with defensiveness and resistance. We were given an excuse to every complaint we had rather than hearing us out and understanding. It wasn't until after an argument that the supervisor , Shannon, tried to be helpful. They promised terminating one of their drivers and compensating for the late pick up which they haven't done either of the two. It's been 2 weeks and there has been no follow up. They don't care about their clients or the quality of service they provide. This company is so bad and I don't want anyone else to have to go through the same experience. read more

Backstage Limousine was great for my wedding!! Very fair pricing and out chauffer Tonisha did an excellent job getting us safely, smoothly, and speedily from hotel to church to reception venue. I rented a party bus. The bus that was sent was not what was pictured and had seen much better days, it was in bad condition. You could tell from the outside before even getting in. The first thing I said to the driver after greeting him was "I am in shock...this is not what I expected." The driver responded with "Well, I don't know what you expected!?". Mind you I have my whole party there already and on a tight schedule to meet our plans/reservations for the night. I tried to call the service repeatedly to send another vehicle and the number would not work, it was as if they turned off the phones for the evening. There were a windows broken and swaying in the wind, the rooftop emergency exit was being held together with tape, it was dirty and did not have a pleasant smell. I ended up receiving a partial refund. I let Backstage know they should not ever send vehicles to customers in that condition. I was beyond mortified but still had to roll with it because everyone was here for our event and the service was not answering to send a replacement. ***Edit in response to Shannon J. below*** I don't know what you mean by clarifying anything that I wrote for "accuracy". 1. Video of one of the windows attached from one of my guests who thought it was a good idea to capture at least something. Unfortunately I didn't bother taking a photo of the rooftop or the other window. 2. The concern was NOT brought up during the trip. Why would I ever do that in the middle of transit with a whole group of people? I immediately ran inside my house after greeting/interaction with the driver and started dialing you guys repeatedly for help. You were unreachable. No one answered. My hands were tied to proceed on with the trip in the vehicle you sent. 3. I should have asked for a FULL refund. You have some nerve responding with lies and insinuating that I posted inaccurate details of MY night. You were not there lady. 4. You deserve 1 star for this interaction now. When I gave you 2, I was being nice. read more

This company was very nice to deal with and very responsive until it came time to reserve the limo. They gave me a quote for a 4 hour limo rental, which I decided to accept. I asked how to reserve it and Liza said she would call me to get that done. When she called me, I was told that there was now a 6 hour minimum and the charge would be $300 more. When I asked why she couldn't have told me that during our previous correspondence, she had no answer. Be careful with this company! read more

I booked a 12-passenger Mercedes Sprinter through Backstage Limousine to take me and eleven loved ones from the eastside of LA to SoFi Stadium for Night 5 of Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour -- and back again -- and let me just say: the experience exceeded every expectation. Some might even say *Flawless*.  The booking process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Kambria and the team's efficient text-based system -- fast, responsive, and super convenient. It felt like they were already in formation. While I trusted that any Backstage driver would deliver, I couldn't help but hope we'd be assigned Ronald, the legend I kept seeing mentioned in glowing reviews. So when the confirmation came through on the day of our ride and it said "Your driver: Ronald", I actually squealed with excitement.  Ronald lived up to the hype and then some. From the moment he arrived, he was gracious, patient, and full of good energy -- effortlessly matching the vibe of our group as we made our way to see THE QUEEN herself. He navigated SoFi traffic and the Beyhive frenzy like a seasoned cowboy, steering seamlessly around far more than "16 Carriages."  And when we asked him to jump in our group photo -- CC sash and all -- he said yes without hesitation.  After the show, when our voices were gone from screaming "YA YA" and our cowboy boots were on their last leg, Ronald got every single one of us home safely doorstep by doorstep. The next AM, he even texted to thank us and let us know someone had left their hat behind. Backstage Limousine earned a fan in me, and Ronald? He's irreplaceable. read more
