What truly sets LB Limousine Service apart is its exceptional attention to detail. Communication is outstanding, the booking process is seamless, and Patrick consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the experience is flawless. He was even able to accommodate last-minute schedule changes without missing a beat, which made a potentially stressful situation completely effortless. This service feels less like transportation and more like a first-class experience from start to finish. If you're looking for reliability, professionalism, elegance, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend LB Limousine Service. We used LB Limousine last night for the BTS concert at SoFi stadium. Our driver was Vaz. We had the best experience possible. The car was immaculate, and early. Vaz is so professional, kind, and a very good driver. We got a bit lost trying to find him when the show let out and he was sooooo patient with us. Found us with a smile on his face and went back and got the car and drove right to us. Thank you Vaz for making our night perfect. read more

I selected LB Limousine based on all these stellar reviews, and can attest that everything you are reading about this *TEN STAR* transportation service is spot-on. I needed to book an SUV for myself, an architect and a commercial real estate agent to tour seven warehouse spaces between downtown LA and Santa Monica - as efficiently as possible - on a weekday morning. The itinerary also involved two separate pickup and drop-off spots. Nine addresses total. The information was entered flawlessly, and e-mailed to me promptly for review. The patience, professionalism and attention to detail was above and beyond. The recommended pick-up times were perfect and reflected years of familiarity and expertise with the city morning rush hour traffic patterns. Our driver, Fred, arrived early, and the expedition went smoothly and seamlessly on every level from there. This will definitely be my transportation service of choice, going forward. read more

The person that picked me up called my a fat fucker. Not a good way to spend your money.

Efficient and professional drivers. I've used them a few times now for cruise pick up and drop off. I've had no issues at all with this company. They've even waited for me when my cruise was severely delayed on arrival; top notch. read more

Great experience with Vaz. We will be repeat customers, no doubt! He was professional, personable, prompt and the car was immaculate.

Do not hesitate to book your trips with LB Limousine. We booked black care service to and from LAX, and Patrick totally accommodated what turned into a complicated return promptly and got us out of LAX with virtually no waiting at all. Booking was no problem, reassuring confirmations, excellent communication, couldn't have asked for better service. We wanted the experience of an established service and not a random ride-share, and LB was not only competitive, but the best value. Comfortable, clean ride, consummately professional driver, and got to and from LAX restful and relaxed. LB, you are our go-to ride service! read more

LB Limousine ROCKS!!! We are super average people, but I hate airports and traveling. Navigating out of LAX or John Wayne and getting to our destination in Los Angeles is always incredibly stressful. Trying to get through a foreign airport and then drive 60-90+ minutes in Los Angeles is a great way to stress me out after a plane flight. Also who wants to stand there for a half hour and deal with the headaches of Uber? I started contacting LB to do all our driving in LA and it has been the best decision. We fly into LA all the time for cruises and I automatically book LB every time now because they make everything easy. LB exceeded any sort of expectations we had. We were met and picked up promptly with great communications as soon as we landed every time. Our driver texted us as soon as we landed letting us know he was ready to pick us up. And every time our driver grabbed us and whisked us away from the airport to our destination with zero delays in brand new vehicles with impeccable service. They also handle all of the luggage perfectly. By the time you factor in the stress of getting through an airport, arranging a car and then getting to the destination, I thought LB's prices were very fair. It's a premium service so it's a premium price but I felt a very fair price considering all of the alternatives. To have the most stressful part of our trip turn into one of the nicest parts of our trip is well worth it to me. LB will also make you look like the smartest person ever to anyone you're traveling with. And LB's drivers could not be more awesome and professional. Our last experience with LB got screwed up on our end with a plane getting delayed by two hours. Our driver, Vaz not only was on point with the delay but grabbed us and rushed us to our cruise terminal without a minute to lose. Vaz, you are absolutely awesome and you saved our vacation!!! Never in my life did I think I would be hiring a car service. But LB just makes those difficult cruise transfers and long, long trips up the crammed LA freeways so much easier. They're my first contact any time we're thinking about going to LA. I also really love that I can book online and don't have to call and talk to anyone. That's a major plus over the other car services we looked at in the beginning. read more

All you could ask for in quality service. Professional driver, beautiful vehicle. Highly recommend this outstanding service.

On June 23, 2025 LB Limousine was taking me to the LAX leaving my house at 2.A.M. Fred the driver showed up five minutes early. The car was in pristine condition. We were on the 405 freeway within 13 minutes of LAX and all the Southbound lanes of the 405 were closed due to a multi car crash. Then the police sergeant trying to help was struck and killed. We were stuck waiting for the freeway to reopen for 2 hours. A helicopter landed on the freeway and there were multiple police cars. Fred stayed calm . He turned around in the carpool lane and safely backed down the onramp. Fred got me to LAX in time for my International flight. I highly recommend LB Limousine. Maurene R. read more

I have once again used LB Limousine for trips to and from LAX. Every time I have used them we have had a perfect experience, from the quality and helpfulness of the driver, to the cleanliness of the cars, to the ease of booking and confirmation, to the regular communication, which I always find reassuring. Thank you, Patrick, for your consistently fantastic service. read more

Just made another booking with LB Limousine for an airport pickup. My flight is arriving close to midnight, as have previous flights and it is so great to know that I can count on being picked up, even if my flight is delayed. I have used LB for 4 years now and the service has been flawless. The drivers are professional, polite and safe and have always been early. I recommend LB highly and would never consider using another service. read more

LB limo already has a 5 star rating on Yelp, so this may all be redundant, but it's still worth saying. We had a fantastic experience with LB. They responded very quickly to my initial email asking for a quote and they were very upfront about everything that was and wasn't included. They also were very upfront and open about the fact that their drivers are all vaccinated and their cars routinely sanitized and masks worn. this was important to us and we appreciated the transparency. The price was right on point for the companies in the area. One was cheaper and a few more expensive, so really LB was right in the middle. I chose them over the cheaper one for the ease in communication. I called and setup our dates and just had to give them the name on my email and they already had all the details. My husband was on a super tight schedule for the day on his trip, so we really appreciated that the driver was already waiting both ways before my husband even got there. The cars were immaculately clean with a nice selection of refreshments as well. The driver, Arthur, was friendly and professional. It was nice also to have his contact information beforehand as well, even though we didn't need to contact him. It did take some of the worry away. We will for sure be using LB the next time we are in the LA region. read more

Once again, I would give these guys 10 stars. I live about 20 miles from LAX and always use this firm for transfers to/from the airport. They are simply the best---great communication before, during, and after the reservation, as well as great service. I especially appreciate that their drivers know when to--and not to---engage the client in conversation. There might be less expensive airport transfer options out there...but if you want everything done RIGHT, from start to finish, use LBLimo. And, in full disclosure, I am not compensated from the firm for these reviews. read more

LB Limo Inc. is the best private car service that you could ever ask for. We have been utilizing their transport for our family and relatives for several years now, and they always deliver perfectly. I have never had an issue with my reservations either going to the airport or with pickup from LAX. Their drivers are prompt and so pleasant, always assisting with luggage and car seats for our kids. The vehicles provided are immaculately clean and stocked with the necessities, and generously spacious for all of our items. We have two kids so we travel with so much stuff and LB always takes cares of us amazingly! Also they are excellent with communication. Patrick and his staff work seamlessly and I so appreciate their service and assistance. read more

Car Service Extroidinare! LB LIMO is who to contact when you are going to LA. I emailed a lot with Patrick! He helped me with the timing for our weekend. We had a trip from the airport to the Academy of Motion Pictures and to the hotel. A trip from the hotel to the airport. But, most importantly, a trip from LA to Anaheim for a VIP tour and game. Timing was essential! Our driver was VAZ for all three trips. He was efficient, courteous, and professionally friendly! Don't hesitate to contact LB Limo! read more

Reliable on time both ways for Airport transfers to and from Laguna Beach from LAX Cars were clean and felt new. Good communication prior to pickup. Would use again read more

Communication and pricing when looking for airport transport was smooth and transparent to help us make a decision on how to move forward. While a little (and, really all things considered, it was not much of a big difference) more than an Uber Black SUV service, having someone show up scheduled and on-time (we could have prescheduled with Uber but then the price would have been the same; maybe more) and ready to help load all of our luggage was awesome. The driver was professional and friendly and loaded/unloaded out large volume of luggage. The SUV was in great condition and there was nothing to be desired. We haven't had our return trip home yet, but I have no doubt it will be just as good. Great way to start your vacation or wherever your destination may be. They know what they are doing and aim to excel from what we can tell from our first experience. read more

We hired LB Limousine for a second year int he review. Once again, the communication was professional, the driver was on time, courteous and helpful. The ride was smooth and pleasant. The SUVs were spacious, well equipped and fantastically clean. We will be using them again. read more

The Best There Is! We use LB Limo whenever we travel; no one else compares to them. They communicate really well with you for the time you book your car, to reminders a couple of days prior and the day of. The drivers always show up early and text you to let you know where they are. I'm always at ease when I use their service. Their cars are always spotlessly clean and well maintained, stocked with water and phone chargers (WiFi onboard), and the drivers are always polished and polite, helpful and accommodating. Once on a family trip, our return flight (London to Los Angeles) got canceled and had to be rebooked. I was so flustered that I only remembered to email them of the flight changes when I was in the air (thankful for onboard WiFi), and they immediately accommodated my changes. We have used LB Limo exclusively for several years now and highly recommend them. As my daughter says, "the vacation starts when the car arrives". read more

I used LB Limo three times during a week when we rented a home in Hermosa Beach with our three 20+ year old grandchildren and two of their friends. The first time was to meet three of the 'kids' at LAX and transport them to the AirBnB. Flawless. Two of them were still in college and from Boston so I did not want them to worry about trying to get transportation. The driver met them at baggage claim and took care of everything. The second time was to transport all five from Hermosa to Long Beach Pier and back. On time, very safe, clean, and perfect for the round trip. The final time was to take the three back to the airport. Again, on time, courteous, clean, and the grandkids loved the service. Will definitely use this service again the next time we are in the area. So easy. read more

LB Limo once again provided us with sterling service. We used the service on our recent trip to Italy. Because of them, we began and ended our trip on a high note. Vehicle is always in top notch condition and the driver was friendly, helpful, on time and knew the best way to get us to our terminal at the airport. It is great to have a service like this that one can depend upon completely. read more

Highly recommend LB Limo. Arranged for an early morning 5am pickup at LAX. After a long red eye flight, it was great to find a text from our driver advising where to meet him. Vaz, our driver, was very professional and kind. He took care of our luggage, opened my door and was quiet the whole drive. The SUV was very clean and comfortable, plush leather seating and bottled water. Booking was easy online. Patrick replied very quickly via email. Be aware, there is an extra charge for early morning pickups that aren't reflected when first booking online. read more

Picked up my son from LAX the night before Thanksgiving, on his way home from College. Flight was a little early, they were there ! Car was clean, driver was helpful and after almost 8 hours of flying & Airports following a week of Finals my Son was able to relax.... Price was actually less than 3 other places I checked and everything is included: transpiration, fees, tip and taxes- no additional "surprises "! read more

Great courteous service and we will definitely use them the next time we need transportation

I guess there last bad review had merit. I inquired about a simple ride to LAX at 8am next week, I'm told they're booked due to proms . Hmm, proms that are May/June, I'm asking about literally next weekend. A 30 minute ride to LAX and "proms" are the reason your booked for a 30 minute 8am ride to LAX, next weekend. I AM CERTAIN IT IS BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IN COMPTON, otherwise your "booked due to proms", in May/June makes absolutely no sense for 8am next weekend. And of course now I'm getting bombarded with follow-up sarcastic emails as I type this message. Confirming the previous bad review. - Continued; Doesn't like being called out on his discriminations and calls peoples names like he did the last review, it looks like identical situation. However if I receive one more inappropriate email, it will be reported to LAPD, and your the CEO. I'm floored, by a simple inquiry. Mr CEO, you can't be rude to people and expect no one to respond. Continued; Just got a "Professional" response from another company I emailed at the same time, offered $165, FAR from $1000, as this Mr CEO stated it would cost. So Sad.... Continued; Of course Mr. CEO is editing his responses, I can ASSURE you NONE of those 606 "good reviews" came from Compton. He clearly has a Racist Eliment to him, as he interjects "EBT" usage into the conversation, see screen shots. Men like him are demeaning to women and speak to them on any level, especially from a minority community. - He keeps adjusting his response, to justify my responses, but I have the reciept screen shots of how he speaks to people and im sure on the regular basis. Mr. CEO, you can try to create the Narrative, but it wont work. You are rude and demeaning and if mention my child again, I will have to mention your children as well. I think we both know the internet is very resourceful. Continued; He's edited his reponse 4 times so far, wonder when he finds the response to fit the Narritive hes looking for. smh - Just look at the screen shots. I have more.. Trust me, I will appeal any removal of this review, as you have emailed me 5 times and harrassed me, to the point I had to tell you I will call the police if you didnt stop emailing me. I have also reported to yelp of the harrassment from this "Business owner" read more

We don't usually use limo services but we were traveling with a 92 year old, a walker and extra luggage to attend a wedding. Not only that, but we were arriving late at night at LAX. LB Limousine was 1,000% professional. From my initial conversation to confirmation emails to the pick up, we were treated like royalty, something we are not accustomed to. We also are not accustomed to the cost of a private limo, so we were hesitant to book them in the beginning. But they were competitive and earned every penny. Highly recommend and would use again. read more

The negative experience I had with a smaller "professional car service"... See previous review... Reminded me that I meant to write a review about this experience. The driver was not only on time, but graciously called about 15 minutes out to ask if I needed a little more time and if it was all right if they knocked on the door. The whole experience from the time they picked up my luggage to a fresh clean car and soothing music, to the cold bottle of water and swift seamless service was just what you hope for when hiring a car company. The only negative was that unfortunately the second time I called, they were so busy with bookings they forgot to call back to confirm. But they were so gracious and did their best to figure things out even though they're fully booked their schedule for the next few days. Will definitely be using again. read more

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. They are 100% professional. Their drivers are super polite and wear a nice suit and jacket. Both cars that I took were super luxurious with soft Black leather seats and nice wood grain trim. The cars are fully equipped with phone chargers and stocked with hand sanitizer and hand wipes , water bottles and even breath Mints. Patrick the owner makes the reservation process super easy and smooth. I had scheduled a 4:15am pickup but my flight was delayed by 90min . I didn't find out about the delay until 3:30am and I assumed the driver was already on his way. I texted him anyway just to see if he could come a little later and he said "I'm down the street from you but no problem I'll wait 45 extra minutes and then pick you up" So I had extra time to go back to sleep and get ready .... He didn't charge me anything extra ! I've used them twice now for airport pick up/ drop off and I will continue to use them. A bit pricey but worth every penny if you want reliable service, polite and quiet drivers and a very comfortable ride. read more

I wanted to make sure our 90 year old mother was able to get to her surprise party in style so I contacted Peter Yeromian of LB Limousine due to their great reviews. Peter was so friendly and eager to help with the surprise. Peter kept in touch to make sure everything went on without a hitch. My sister was our partner in crime since she was traveling with my parents to the party. The limo was an elegant Lincoln and the driver was professional and friendly. The driver drove with care and when it was time to take my parents home, he made sure to text us that everyone was home safe and sound. We highly recommend LB Limousine! read more

I would like to thank Patrick for making our trip to and from the airport seamless and perfect. We were 4 adults & 2 kids (6 Years old and 1 year old). Not to mention the fact we had two big suitcases, a jogging stroller, two carseats, and 4 carry-on bags. I got a quote from Patrick on Yelp explaining my needs for the ride. He got back to me with a comprehensive quote, which was cheaper than many of the other car services in the area. He replied to my Yelp messaging rather promptly and was very responsive with all my questions. After booking with him he sent me emails about my reservation, updated the info on my reservation as my flight's timing changed, and had a driver ready to help us with our needs. I cannot express my gratitude for him, his drivers and their service. It made going to and from the airport a smoother process. They are a great team of people who genuinely care about their customers. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! read more
