I called ten car services in Los Angeles before finding On Demand Car Services. They were kind, responsive and the most reasonably priced! I found them years ago and relied on their service exclusively for the past five years, post COVID. They have NEVER missed a pickup either from my home or from the airport at any hour. The owner is particularly kind and thoughtful when he picks up my 88 year old parents which I genuinely appreciate. The cars are clean, new and always have bottled water. This is the best car service I have ever used. read more

If I could give this overall experience over 5 stars, I would. Toufik went above and beyond and took exceptional care of us. My mom and I got a ride from my apartment straight to LAX. From start to finish, we were treated like royalty. We received nothing less than top notch customer service. Toufik has a wonderful attitude and demeanor. He is extremely friendly and is passionate about what he does and it shows. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience as a whole, Toufik. You took a lot of weight off of our shoulders. We appreciate you more than you know! read more

What a great car service company. I needed multiple car services due to traveling from New York to California for surgery; and Toufik, Saeed and Enrique who drove me to my multiple destinations were wonderful. Each vehicle was clean, spacious and on time. I was notified in advance for the confirmations of my rides and who would be my driver. Each driver drove extremely safe, and were also friendly. I would definitely use on demand car services again. Thank you so much for multiple great experiences with each ride I needed. read more

Was flying from DC and reached out to several car services. On Demand was the most responsive and fair priced. Toufik responded immediately and stayed in constant communications. Dispatches the driver with cell number. Curbside pick up at LAX was seamless. Beats the shuttle nonsense after a long flight. Comfortable and clean town car and very courteous. Even helped load and unload luggage at the hotel. These fools are as good as they come. If you're looking for a car service, look no further. Highly recommend and will use them going forward. read more

I have used so many car services for work and pleasure. However, On Demand Car Services are the best I have ever experienced. Extremely professional, clean cars, well groomed and professional chauffeurs. Will definitely recommend and use this services again and again. Regards, Ali Amis read more

Our family has worked with On Demand and Toufik for the last 6 years. We hire them for personal and professional travel, and also business events that take extra care and discretion. When our daughter was young it was never a problem to have a carseat on hand (and treats on board) and no matter the flight day or time--often 5 AM flights for me--Toufik and his team are not only on-time, they're early, even for the dreaded LAX peak-time pickup. Reasonable fees and, beyond the reliability and professionalism, Toufik is genuinely friendly and kind which makes it a pleasure to engage his business. He also speaks French, English and Spanish fluently. read more

Great service! Toufik is always kind, funny and ready to serve ! Professionalism as well as cleaningness Thank you for the service and keep the chocolates read more

Great service, they are very responsive and reliable. I travel a lot for work and these guys are one of the best and best priced options for airport transport. read more

I've used On Demand Car Service for many years for a variety of occasions. Transportation to and from LAX or on special evenings out. The service was always prompt and on time. Even a late arrival at LAX on an international flight, Toufik was there with a smile and his customary courtesy and cheerfulness.Toufik also drove my elderly father and his companion. He couldn't have been more helpful not just in transporting them from the airport to their home but helping bringing their luggage inside and making sure they were safe. The reliability and superior service makes On Demand Car Service always the first choice when I needed a Car Service. read more

have reviewed Toufik previously as the absolute best owner/car service/driver available in LA recently we had to use a service in San Francisco and it was appalling .....late arrival, poor communication and unfriendly drivers Last night Toufik took us to the Hollywood Bowl.....as ever he arrived early, immaculate vehicle, perfect communication before, during and on collection afterwards......superb ( and safe ) driver, friendly, professional and so much better than any other service we have used before Can only say, if you need a reliable car service, at a reasonable cost, don't hesitate to contact Toufik and if he is available book him immediately.....you will not be disappointed read more

I booked Toufik on behalf of my colleagues for a business trip who were travelling to US from the UK. Toufik was excellent, arrived in a timely manner and super professional. In fact they used Toufiq' services a couple of times during their stay. I can't thank him enough for the ease of booking with him! quick response times even from across the world. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Toufik at On Demand Car Services offers one of a kind great service! He is always right on time or even early, knows the airport like the back of his hand, and is very responsive and professional. His cars are comfortable and spotlessly clean. We are happy to have met him and have used his services on many occasions. We highly recommend On Demand! Thank you Toufik! read more

Toufik arrives early but never rushes us and makes sure to check airline flight status which was wonderful since our flight arrived 45 min early. His car is always so clean. He is very pleasant and my kids just love and enjoy his candy/gum basket. The waters were very appreciated too. Looking forward to our next travel so we can have Toufik take us and pick us up again. read more

I've never taken a car service from LAX before. Toufik was an outstanding communicator every step of the way. He was waiting for me and was courteous and smiling when I came outside with my bags. The car was perfectly clean and classy. I enjoyed the conversation on the way home. I would call it just about perfect, and I will not hesitate to use On Demand Car Services in the future. I highly recommend! read more

We have been using this service for many years to go to and from LAX. Service is always reliable, Toufik even arrives early to make sure he is always on time. Highly recommend for anyone needing car service. Car seats available as well which is very convenient. read more

We used this service for return travel to LAX, with the addition of a child car seat. Our driver was early on both occasions, was attentive, pleasant (given both early morning and late evening trips) and took the stress out of travelling with a young child given everything that's going on at the moment. We felt safe and were extremely happy with all aspects of the service. Would 100% recommend! read more

First time traveling with a infant and was worried about getting to Disneyland safely. I did my research and went with Toufik and it was a great decision. Communication was always top notch and not only did he provide a car seat, it was clean and worked properly, put my daughter right to sleep on both rides. Toufik was early and the car ride went smoothly. He is such a nice person and you can tell that he cares about his business and the relationships that he gains from these. I will never hesitate to recommend and book again with Toufik the next time we are traveling to LAX and going to Disney. Hopefully the next time you kids will find out what Disney is lol. Thank you again for the great service and look forward to using it again! Mahalos! read more

Absolutely the best! We've tried different car services going to LAX and our trip with On Demand Car Service was the best experience so far. It was easy to make a reservation and confirmation. Great communication - it is reassuring to feel confident that the car service will show up, on time and ready to go. We were traveling with our 2.5 year old and a lot of bags but Toufik was so helpful and friendly that he made what could have been a really stressful situation a real pleasure. We couldn't have been happier and they will definitely be our first choice of car service from now one. I highly recommend Toufik and On Demand Car Services. read more

Toufik deserves his 5 star reviews! Excellent communication, on time and we were ahead of schedule. Very polite, nice car, clean, I felt safe and enjoyed the candy! Would definitely call again when visiting! read more

The best car service by far! Toufik is a professional. Always early but never rushes you. Polite and kind. So inexpensive compared to all competitors. I'm so happy I found On Demand Car Service. I swear you won't find better. Be sure to ask specifically for Toufik and you'll never use another driver read more

Huge props. They were early to arrive at my place with a clean and comfortable suv. Driver was polite and friendly, drove well and got me quickly to the airport. And pricing was very competitive! During this time where taxis and ubers cancel and leave you stranded this is my go to car service when I know I need to get somewhere Highly recommended! read more

The first person we thought of to call when we needed a car service to LAX and to pick us up at LAX on our return trip was Toufik at On Demand Car Service. We had the pleasure of using his service on our previous trip, and we couldn't imagine using anyone else. On our previous trip, we made the mistake of using a taxi to take us home from the airport. That was literally the scariest ride we have ever taken, and we felt lucky to be alive when we got home. The taxi driver was maniacal and was zooming in and out of lanes on the streets and on the freeway. He was speeding and then would slam on his brakes. He was angrily honking his horn at other drivers. My husband and I were digging our fingernails into the seat in front of us, as we hung on for our lives. We said "never again." From now on we will, without question, have Toufik of On Demand Car Service pick us up at our home AND pick us up at the airport. When I called Toufik to make our reservations with him, despite it being almost two years since we last saw him on our last trip, he remembered that my husband is a dog trainer. He has had many passengers in the last 1-1/2 years, but he remembered us. That was amazing. Toufik is so friendly, congenial and professional. He arrives usually 30 minutes prior to our pre-arranged time (but he doesn't notify you because he doesn't want you to feel hurried). He just gets there early because he never wants to be late, and his customers can have reassurance he has arrived. He just patiently and quietly waits outside in his SUV for you. He is always professionally dressed in a suit, and his vehicle is always spotless and smells very clean. He wears a mask to keep us safe, and is a very calm and safe driver, who also knows shortcuts if traffic is backed up. Some added benefits of hiring a car service like Toufik's is that, with the new rules at LAX, limousines and car services are some of the selected few categories of vehicles that are allowed in the horseshoe shaped terminal area. When he dropped us off at our terminal, the airport seemed empty, with hardly any cars. It was so peaceful and wonderful! And on return to LAX, all we had to do after we retrieved our luggage was cross the small street out front and walk to the second curb, then text Toufik as to which numbered pole we were standing next to (e.g., 2G). Then within a minute or so, Toufik pulls up right where we are and loads us and all our luggage into his SUV, and we're on our way home, safe and sound with Toufik at the wheel. Another reassuring thing Toufik does is communicate by text that he has arrived at the airport, even before our plane landed. He also texted that he was monitoring our flight and saw that it would be late to arrive, but that he would be waiting for us whenever we landed. All in all, if you want a very safe, calm, professional and luxurious ride to and from the airport, it's worth every penny for your safety and peace of mind. read more

Our first experience with an Executive Car service was with On Demand, and we've used this company ever since. Our driver, Toufik, is extremely professional, thoughtful and friendly. He's personally helped me carry my wife and child to/from the airport over Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'll continue to use him as he's such a trustworthy gentleman who's puts his clients first while providing VIP service. On our last airport return, he even pre-installed a car seat for our son so I didn't have to install ours from baggage claim, which was perfect because I was so exhausted from our trip. I'll continue to call on him when we need a reliable and reasonably priced car service. Better than Uber or Lyft especially coming from the airport. read more

I really enjoyed this service, my driver was really nice and punctual. The car was clean, he offered me fresh drink in yesterday's hot weather. We also had a great conversation, very pleasant experience. Great long distance rates and family friendly read more

Toufik was more than accommodating. He was an absolute pleasure in the car. He arrived a half hour before his scheduled time and tended to my handicapped mother. On the way home, our flight was canceled last minute and he was completely understanding, even though it may have inconvenienced him. I will only use his services in the future! read more
