First Class Luxury Limo is owned and operated by Norman Lewis. A man of integrity who is respectful and professional. I was in search of a limousine service that could provide a nostalgic feel with a modern vibe and I found it in Hawthorne, Ca. I'm here writing this Yelp review, one of VERY few. This is where I found the reviews I read about this company to be intriguing enough for me to check them out for myself. It was a slight challenge in the beginning to locate the actual office since it's in a shared space however, once I was in the right place it was smooth sailing from there! I presented my vision and the team worked with me from day one to bring it to life. I felt heard, understood, and assured that this would be a birthday celebration that I would always remember and cherish. Being that I'm visual I had the opportunity to stop by to see the limo and ask additional questions both in person and over the phone. For my special day, I chose to be chauffeured around for the entire day. I contracted for an A/D service (as directed). I chose the city I wanted and was able to make as many stops as I wanted within the timeframe that I requested. It was a blessing that the sun shined brightly this day because it was a huge factor in helping my vision be fulfilled. My morning began at church, then on to brunch, then an escape room, then handcrafting a Charcuterie board which came out beautiful and lastly some dancing. When I say it was a full day....I was happily exhausted! Here are a few take aways based on my experience. Vehicles: Stretch Limos Sprinters SUVs All nice and well maintained Chauffeur: Attentive, professional, patient, funny and courteous. His overall pace seemed to be better suited for a singular destination rather than mutiple when considering time constraints. Nonetheless, this didn't ruin my day. Customer Service: Five star, excellent, professional appearance, respectful, met expectations, prompt, open and effective communication. Service Fees: Extremely feasible Based on service date and/or day, hours peak vs off peak, location and occasion. At the end of the day, I would HIGHLY recommend the services of this limousine company. And, I'm looking forward to being an ongoing client. read more

I contacted First Class Luxury Limosine service 3 days prior to my daughter's quinceanera after another limo service cancelled on me and Lee was so professional and gracious. He helped me book a stretch limo for my daughter at a very reasonable price, he sent me a picture of the limo and I couldn't believe I booked such luxury. Lee also confirmed the service booked and reassured me everything would be fine. On the day of, Joy e our driver arrived on time and patiently waited for my daughter and friends to board. She had chilled water and soft drinks a martinelli bottled chilled as well. After 2 hours at the park fir pictures, we were all parched so we so appreciated the drinks Joyce took us a nearby place for a quick snack. She parked right in front and the girls were thrilled with the VIP service. Finally, Joyce dropped us off at the venue safe, happy and just super excited. Lee was fabulous to work with booking the 10 passenger limo and my after booking questions. His Price beat all other companies and I called several. Limo was clean and a very smooth ride. Caldwell was very professional, met us at the park so I could add some decorations before we picked up the wedding party, and patient as we stopped along the way for pictures. I ordered a limo for my now fiancé, mother, Mother in law, aunt, and sister to go on a surprise trip which ultimately lead to my proposal. I asked the drive to keep the destinations a surprise. The driver was Cedric the ladies absolutely loved him, very nice, great driver, on time, and he kept good contact with me and updates as well. Awesome!! We hired this company for our wedding on Aug 31st and they supplied a party bus and let me tell you they're top notch service! Very professional, courteous, and punctual! The GM took care of me( not sure his name) and he made sure to provide us with nothing, but the best! The driver was outstanding, he was patient and very professional! My guest weren't allowed to board the party bus until my wife or I talked to him and approved. He also did t leave u til I confirmed that we were done with their services which was actually pretty cool. I've never seen that! Save your trouble and go with these guys! I hired these guys for my wife's Birthday and couldn't be happier. Lee took my reservation and was super nice on the phone and answered all my questions. He made me feel very confident in his service and promised me a great experience. He was right! The driver texted me from around the corner and was 30 minutes early waiting for my cue. My driver Tony was also super friendly and made sure we all had a great time. This is now my go to Limo company for all occasions. Above and Beyond....Norman Lewis...you are the MAN... Our limo for a corporate event cancelled three days before our event and oh yea..it was prom season. 30 calls later I found Norman. He did not have anything available BUT, he told me not to worry, he would take care of me. One hour later he had a beautiful Hummer limo all set for us with another company and got a great price.
