From the moment the vehicle pulled up, it was clear we were in for something special--spotless interior, ambient lighting, stocked bar, and a playlist we were able to sync ourselves. Our driver was outstanding. He was early, super friendly, and navigated the LA traffic like a pro, keeping us on schedule the entire evening. We cruised from Long Beach up to Griffith Observatory for sunset photos, then to dinner in Hollywood, and finally a rooftop lounge in DTLA. The whole night felt effortless and VIP-level. The coordination with the office was seamless--Kenny walked me through the booking and even helped arrange a custom banner for the couple inside the limo. The surprise went off without a hitch, and everyone is still talking about how epic the night was. SoCal Limos truly elevated the experience--would 100% use them again for any big celebration.

We used to utilize In Style Transportation for every trip and always appreciated their punctuality…read more However our last drive to the airport was unsettling to say the least. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

One of the easiest parts was arranging transport from the John Wayne airport to a hotel near Disneyland for 2 separate groups of 5 including LOTS of luggage. I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation. I couldn't have been happier with the service and highly recommend them!
