The day before the event I get an email saying I need to confirm by 5:00 pm, I call and give my pickup address and respond immediately, and them I'm told "too late, we gave your limo away, and we don't have anymore". So a confirmation means nothing to this company, if they get a better offer, they'll take it and leave you high and dry. They tried to use the excuse "well we were texting you all morning (from an unknown number that went to my spam folder) to try to confirm". Never once was I told that if I don't respond to a text fast enough they'll give my limo away I *paid a deposit for*. If there's any response here, they will likely lie and try to say they had no choice because I didn't respond fast enough to text messages, but this company is run by liars. I have attached all the proof that I responded fast to the email, that I was told I had until 5:00 pm to confirm, that they mention *none* of this in the TOS when I booked. The bottom line, if they can get a better deal, they will screw over their wood be customers. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.
