Our family has several large events every year and we always call Taylor Limo to assist us. We take 40+ older adults to a Christmas Play and depart Seal Beach for Clairmont. The play/brunch lasts about four hours and then we return home. We always ask our driver to attend the affair as our guest as the drivers are quite professional! The coaches are always clean and well stocked with ice, water, and other necessities. Once a year we take train ride to Santa Barbara and we have Taylor Limo pick us up at 6:00 am taking us to Union Station and then at 8:00 PM leave Union Station for Seal Beach. Taylor Limo is always right on schedule. In fact, they give us the drivers cell phone number so we can call ahead of time should the train not be on the schedule. Taylormade Executive Limo was fabulous! We booked a 16 passenger party bus for my daughter's 18th Birthday celebration. The driver was on-time, courteous and professional. Because the bus only sat 16 (and we wanted the girls to have fun without the adults hanging out!) my husband and I followed the bus in our own vehicle to the dinner destination. The driver drove the speed limit and safely obeyed all of the traffic laws. Some people may not care about this, but in this day and age with traffic and crazy drivers, it was reassuring to know that Taylormade provides drivers that truly care about their passengers and their safety. The bus was incredibly clean and had modern decor. The driver showed the girls how to use the stereo system and they had a great time being driven around and listening to their music. I talked to you a few times after I left my review you kept calling me telling me to remove my review and you were trying to offer me a discount on a future booking to make me remove my review! Why would I spend money with your company again?? That's not making it right. Please work on your customer service skills and start being honest with your customers this made it even worse by you commenting on here. Still not taking accountability for the wrong that you did. I spoke with this company on the phone numerous time the day I wanted to book a party bus for my sister. I requested a party bus for 20. After obtaining all the details from our numerous phone conversations I went ahead and made the booking for a 20 passenger party bus. I signed the contract and gave them my credit card info for the deposit. After obtaining my signature and payment information he called me and said oh sorry I don't have a 20 passenger bus just 15 so I just wanted to let you know just in case your guest don't all fit comfortably and he offered to take $75 off of the cost. Since it was too last minute to go through all of this with another company we went ahead and accepted the offer. When the bus arrived he told us that he would only take 16 people max even though that's not what he said on the phone when I asked for a 20 seater bus. We had 17 people show up and he would not let the 1 extra person on the bus and they had to drive their own car. My problem is they made the mistake for taking a booking that they could not accommodate, I believed they knew they could not accommodate us but decided to take the booking anyway and tell us after!! He should of made it right for his mistake. I reserved the Mercedes Sprinter kinda last minute, and even though I did it that way, TME was still able to accommodate me. We used it for my niece's 18th bday and the Sprinter was very clean and sharp. It took us some getting used to when connecting the Bluetooth, but once we did it was all good (I would recommend having a phone connector just in case any issues). Our driver was very professional and such a nice lady; I gave her the directions to our destinations and there were no issues with anything except for the traffic. We had the Sprinter for four hours but I wish we reserved it for at least an hour longer. James is the person you'll talk to on the phone and he will definitely try his best to get what you want.
