We were driving behind a Lions Limos bus van (license plate Lions 14) on the 405 at 11am and the driver was definitely reckless. He was weaving in and out of traffic very abruptly, breakchecking drivers behind him and flipping those off who would honk their horns. I called the limo company to share our concern that this driver was going to cause an accident. Who ever answered the phone showed zero concern for his driver and those on the road around him. All he said in response was "I'll give him a call"... do yourself a favor and do not trust this company to safely drive you around.

I booked a 20 person party bus in advance to pick us up at 6pm at the Intercontinental, and had to put down a $400 deposit. They only wanted to use Zelle, which I don't use. They finally agreed to Venmo, but that was after a lot of pushing and prodding. We were to be picked up at 6:00pm for the 7:00pm concert. Earlier that day, I received a text that said, "We can pick you up earlier like around 6, if that works." I wrote back and said that WAS our pickup time. Did not make me feel very confident! It was getting close to 6pm, and I didn't see our driver or bus anywhere. I called dispatch, and they said he was already there. I talked to the driver through dispatch, and he said, I'm here in a big black bus. He was not. Turns out he was at 900 Wilshire in Santa Monica! The whole night was a disaster. We had to scramble to get Ubers, and were late to the concert. So then I pushed for a refund of the $400, and they sent it to an old Zelle account that goes to an investment account of mine rather than the checking account I used previously. I then asked if it was possible to have the driver at least pick us up from the event around 11pm, and she said he could do that but it would be $750. That was 3/4 the amount of the entire round trip cost. Told them no way. You'd think they would try and do something to earn back business, but no. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Unreliable.

CAB COMPANY FROM HELL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They also go under other names and phone…read morenumbers. If you call them and then call another company but the same woman answers, just hang up because it is this company just using a different name and phone #. My guess is they are having to constantly operate under different names and numbers because of how they treat their clients! Here is my crazy cab company from hell story... I had checked out taxi services prior to arriving to the place where I was going to have to call them...I had just sold my beloved old vehicle to a parts place, so I called this company I had previously spoken with to come give me a ride back to where my new car was parked. They had quoted me a very reasonable rate of $30. So the driver shows up. I had forgotten to mention that I had my old service dog with me since he is with me wherever I go and it's almost never a problem. When I got in the cab, the driver told me it was an extra $5 for the dog. I told him it was illegal to upcharge people who have service animals...you can't even charge cleaning fees for service animals, even though the cabs seats were leather, my dogs hair is very short and there was no shedding on the seat which even if a hair or 2 dropped there could be easily wiped off. You can charge the owner if the animals destroys something, but it is totally illegal to upcharge AT ALL for service animals. I tried to speak with them but he said that was not possible for some reason. The phone I had did not have reception so I was stuck relying on him to put me on the phone with them, but when I called later, the lady confirmed the extra charge to me and the fact that they do not give receipts and then hung up on me. Anyway, after a few minutes of my telling him it was illegal to charge extra for service animals, the driver said he would drop the charge this time, but next time I should be prepared to pay it (as if there would ever be a next time). He then demanded full payment UP FRONT for the ride for the ride and although I was actually about to pay him, I asked for a receipt and he said he didn't give receipts! Why in the world would I pay him cash upfront and not get a receipt? Especially someone who was only giving me attitude since I got into the car? So that he could claim he never received any money from me? Probably. I then said I wasn't going to pay him upfront since he wasn't going to give me a receipt (and to ask someone to do this is pretty outrageous and unprofessional anyway). He then demanded I get out of the cab! At this point I WANTED to get out of the cab, so I told him I would gladly, but we had driven a ways from where he had picked me up, so I said after he drove me back to where he picked me up from I would gladly get out of his cab. He then refused to drive me back to where he picked me up from and wanted me just to walk back! Had I not had my 65 pound dog with me, who knows what would have happened! I do carry mace and can to an extent defend myself, but this guy was much bigger than me. How could a simple cab ride get this crazy? He then muttered something about me wasting his time!! I then told him HE had wasted MY time!! I consider this company irresponsible and in fact dangerous. I would not use them at all, EVER! STAY AWAY!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Yelp should give people the ability to do that.
