After confirming the address where Limousine should be, the guy went to bride's home. The day of the wedding groom has to call the limousine place and argue that why the driver went to the wrong address first. Instead of apologizing, the guy was yelling that no we did not make a mistake and the driver cannot be at groom house on time because it's a big car. Anyways the driver arrived later and once we sat in the limousine, the limousine didn't have AC and everyone was sweating. When we asked the driver that why it's hot, the driver said oh the AC is working. Really!! how is that possible can't we understand that the limousine is hot and there is no air and AC. Do not recommend this place to get your limousine. This place charges for the service but they will not give you good service and their limousine's AC doesn't even work. To the reply to your comments This is not my first time being in a limo-party bus as a guest. Before writing this review I confirmed with the groom that he texted a week also a day before the wedding and mentioned the addresses to not make any mistake. Also he confirmed no one was begging him for text. Regarding AC when we got on the limo it was already very hot inside. Had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's 10th bday on the Mercedes Brabus Limo. The owner was more than helpful while booking and provided excellent service. The stretch limo was more beautiful than what I expected. I was so worried that there were too many little girls but as soon as the Limo arrived I knew we were in safe hands. Even the kids commended on how kid friendly, patient and accommodating he was. He connected my daughter's phone to Bluetooth and I have to say these kids drove him crazy changing the music back and forth but he was super nice and made sure all had a great time and enjoyed the ride.
