Very pleased with this company's service. I rented the large party bus that comfortably would fit 30 guests. The bus is brand new, clean and air conditioning works excellent, even with all those people inside. There is a stripper pole towards the rear. You have control of the music if you take your USB connector for phone. The bus has 2 small buckets to use for drinks and ice and small trash bins. I was lucky to be accommodated last minute changes, unfortunately I almost had to cancel but they worked with me and we were able to carry on with the agreement. On a Saturday from Burbank to Eagle Rock the driver "uncle Steve" arrived punctually. He was kind, fun and friendly. We lugged into the limo an ice chest with our drinks. My plans in downtown Long Beach did not go as planned but he never complained. He continued to accommodate during the struggle of bars not letting us in. He drove from one spot to another. Uncle Steve was patient and that made my night less stressful. The minor issue I had is that the dispatcher said it included a bottle of alcohol and the limo would have ice. Uncle Steve was not aware of it but he made it work and had a half of a bottle stashed and gifted me that LOL.. uncle Steve needs a raise! Tip to anyone booking, bring your own trash bags and a cooler. The bins are too small for the amount of guests that you will be hosting if you plan on having drinks. Overall, 4 stars!
