The kids had an absolute blast singing along to music the entire ride there and back. But honestly, the best reason to choose this company is Kenny himself. You won't find a more professional, kind, and genuine person in this business. Kenny made sure everything was taken care of. His communication was prompt and clear, he was punctual to the minute (he was actually early), and he went above and beyond every step of the way. Thank you so much, Kenny!

I honestly feel so lucky that Kenny was the one helping me through the process. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing, while explaining all of the plans clearly. He made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of the entire time. It's rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely caring, but Kenny was exactly that. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. 10/10 recommend -- thank you, Kenny!

The driver was professional and right away asked who is responsible and asked all the questions I needed to feel comfortable with their service and having our high schoolers feel safe. I also used them for my daughter's Quince transportation of her and her Court. I loved that they are local and they again were professional and driver asked who will he would be referring to in limo and the schedule. It was another good experience. What he didn't acknowledge is that when he had offered lower rate his text message still had the 16 passenger in it. It literally said "16 passenger $150.00 per hour". He did not communicate that he was planning to send a 13 passenger sprinter van. We did end up having 13 passengers but it was really really tight and not as comfortable. I think I was over charged. The owner never offered any discount or anything to address this issue. When I insisted he send a larger vehicle he said it would be a 2 hour wait and the wait time would be part of my 4 hour rental. Of course, I was not going to take that unreasonable offer. Anyway felt like I was scammed.

Sharing our honest experience. My sister kindly booked with…read moreyour company for my 21st birthday, and our whole group invested time and money to celebrate -- I even flew in from out of town. That makes all of us customers, and we're simply sharing our experience as reviews are meant to do. You've stated that you communicated with my sister immediately, but that wasn't the case. She reached out first because the driver was already late, and the delays continued throughout the night. She remained understanding and tried to give you the chance to make things right so we could still enjoy the evening and you could be paid for your service. As for the refund, calling it "immediate" is misleading. We didn't receive it until about 1:30 AM. Responding to reviews with false claims is unfair to the public and paints an inaccurate picture of what actually happened. It's disappointing to see a business shift blame instead of acknowledging the real issues. We wish you well in your business :) __________________ Compartiendo nuestra experiencia honesta.
