Having never ordered a party bus before I found this company through Yelp. I called a few places and got the first reply with this company. The woman who I spoke with was professional and nice. She answered all my questions very quickly! I was able to do everything online and put a deposit down for a 40 passenger bus with no problems. Our group had about 36 kids heading to an event in Irvine this weekend and the party bus was the talk of the teens! The interior was clean, comfy and cozy! Standing head room is priceless!!! The music was pumping and easy to connect with an auxiliary cord. Although there is no ability to charge cell phones on the bus, we were aware of that so we made sure the kids had portable chargers so that they could be snap chat and gram ready at all times. The driver was early in fact and also professional and courteous! Memories were made and I can not thank Katz Limo Bus for making it a success for the kids! I need to mention that I appreciated that the kids felt safe and comfortable and most important they got to where they were going and back without any incident! So I had gotten a quote from Katz Party Bus not too long ago. Since I was shopping around, I made a lot of notes of each conversation and separated them by company. When I spoke to the manager of Katz, she had given me a quote for $950 for 35-40 people from 4:30 to 2 AM. She'd specified that the bus would stay on site since the company didn't do drop off and pickup. She'd ask for $150 deposit and that the balance be paid in cash since she was giving a deal. Fast forward to today, I get the reservation form and I fill it up with the information we had previously agreed on. She the calls me and says that she never gave me that quote. Every time I tried to explain to her that I have it written down she would cut me off and say that she would never say that. When I'd try to restate what I had written down she took to the defensive and said that I misunderstood her since "she has an accent" which she doesn't really. I was pretty taken back because I wouldn't just come up with all of those things. Guess I'll go with the other options that are actually owning up to their quotes. read more

It's taken me a few months to leave my review because I've been busy. I called Katz from a recommendation from a friend when I told him I wanted to rent a party bus for my Christmas party. I took some good clients for a night out on the town for dinner and a cruise around Los Angeles. I talked to the owner and she explained that for the number of people I was taking out that maybe the short bus would be the best. I was worried it wouldn't measure up because I wanted to be sure to impress my clients. Katz delivered the short bus was rocking cool. My people were so excited when I surprised them. The bus was clean and comfortable and the radio inside was pumping. Our driver was cool and I hooked him up with a fat tip for all he did for us. What's funny is we're already to the middle of March and a few of the people I took out for Christmas are asking me if I'm planning on doing it again. I say they better continue to do a fair amount of business with me this year or they might not have a seat on the bus for this Christmas. Been meaning to write a review from a rental two weeks ago. I had the 40 passenger bus with bathroom and it was amazing! Three stripper poles and bar filled ice. Our driver Candice was great too. She arrived early and gave us a tour and when I mentioned we may need more ice she offered to run and get more and still made it back on time to take us to downtown LA. Candice made us feel great and got us to our destination on time and when we called her to get us she was there within 5 minutes. As for the bus again it was great! The lights, the cleanliness, iPod input with great speakers, and lastly there was plenty of room for 40 people. We will definitely be using Katz again.
