Yes! I recommend TransWest Limousine. I used them in April 2022 and again in July 2022. First time used them for my son's Prom. His group was looking sharp and even sharper in the limo used. The driver was professional and right away asked who is responsible and asked all the questions I needed to feel comfortable with their service and having our high schoolers feel safe. I also used them for my daughter's Quince transportation of her and her Court. I loved that they are local and they again were professional and driver asked who will he would be referring to in limo and the schedule. It was another good experience. Recommend Recommend Recommend! (No I don't get a discount from them - wouldn't mind) ;-) read more

Bait and switch on party bus size (mid-January 2026). The owner, Ray, said he was justified in sending a smaller vehicle without informing me since he gave me a $10 discount on the rate. What he didn't acknowledge is that when he had offered lower rate his text message still had the 16 passenger in it. It literally said "16 passenger $150.00 per hour". He did not communicate that he was planning to send a 13 passenger sprinter van. We did end up having 13 passengers but it was really really tight and not as comfortable. I think I was over charged. The owner never offered any discount or anything to address this issue. When I insisted he send a larger vehicle he said it would be a 2 hour wait and the wait time would be part of my 4 hour rental. Of course, I was not going to take that unreasonable offer. Anyway felt like I was scammed. read more

Frank is the man! He was our bus driver for prom and gave us a free upgrade! Super great guy definitely will be booking transwest again!

Do not use this company! They left 33 high school students stranded with no way to their homecoming dance and parents had to scramble to get all the kids to and from the dance. When the bus failed to show up at the scheduled time, they stopped answering their phone. This was booked 2 months out, deposit paid and a confirmation call made to the company the day of the event. read more

Do not use this business!! They are unprofessional and unreliable. They were contracted with a deposit two months prior to this event! They were booked to take over 30 high school students to Homecoming, and they were a no show! I mean, they provided no phone call, no email, no text message, and NO PARTY BUS! This is all after confirming that same morning that they would be there!! When contact was finally made with the business, they gave some lame excuse about their bus not working. Wouldn't you contact your contracted party if that was the case??? Nope! They just left a bunch of kids and parents scrambling to get to the dance which was about an hour away. Save your time and money and use someone else for your party bus needs because this place is a JOkE. read more

Great service new party buses and limousines. Had a great time with my friends and family.

1 star only because 0 is not an option. We rented a party bus for a fun night and we got the complete opposite. Half the speakers were blown out. The auxiliary cord was junk and would keep cutting out. We asked for help and took driver 30min just to acknowledge the problem. Then tried to say we messed with the controls. We had no music for 3hrs until we decided to head home to pick up a speaker. We were told we would get extra time for the inconvenience but were kicked off at the normal deadline. Would not recommend this to anyone. I would have had a better time in a Uber. Want our money back. Called multiple times and no answer. Showed up to the location and no answer at the front door. Business is ran out of a house. Don't trust these people read more

TransWest accepted payment in full well in advance of my grandsons' Homecoming dance, then never showed up. One hour and forty minutes after the agreed-upon pickup time, when called they said they were not coming. This left 36 high school kids, boys and girls dressed in their best, stranded without transportation! Never trust this company! read more

I called and reserved a party bus for june 4th 2022. I called on April. Plenty of time an advanced. The contract was set and i send the deposit of $100 dollars. On May 17th i got a tx saying that the party bus is no longer available and my credit card has been refunded the deposit. No explanation or call! This is about two weeks before my event! Two weeks! Horrible service. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We reserved a limo for our daughters prom group on 5/1. I gave my credit card number for the deposit and was told that I would receive the contract by the next day. When I still had not received the contract by 5/3, I began calling and emailing multiple attempts with no response. On Friday, 5/4 (the day before prom), I finally emailed that I was canceling the reservation because I still had not received the contract or a call back. DO NOT RISK YOUR EVENT BEING RUINED BY AN UNRELIABLE COMPANY! If you look back at the past reviews, you will see this is not the first time Transwest has pulled this kind of disappearing act. We were lucky that another company stepped up at the last second so our daughters senior prom wasn't ruined. Don't take the chance of being in such a horrible situation. read more

After being told every limo was booked for the night I needed, Ray from Transwest answered and said yes, they had 1 left. He took my deposit and told me he'd send a contract the next day. I was excited and neglected to read the reviews until the following day. After reading the reviews, I was a little concerned because a lot of them said that there was no communication after the initial deposit over phone, even after many attempts. I waited for two days I heard nothing, I called left messages and emails heard nothing. Ray answered on the 4th day and he assured me that everything was fine, he said he would send me the contract that night. He sent it two days later, I felt confident that he would send it. WELL, the kids had a blast they went to their 1st homecoming and it was a success!! Their driver, Dustin was very professional, he arrived on time, got them to their destinations without any issues. The kids loved it and I'm very happy that I stuck with it and didn't try to find another AND I will definitely use Transwest again. Thanks Ray & Dustin!!!! read more

This company is completely unreliable. They were scheduled to pick up 36 Upland high school students from Heritage park in Alta Loma at 5:30 pm on Oct 22, 2022 and take them to their Homecoming dance in Riverside. The party bus never showed up. The parents that booked the party bus confirmed not once but TWICE, one being the morning of the event. Of course the owner Ray confirmed they would be there. The party bus was a no show. These poor parents called so many times with no answer. They were hung up on. When they finally reached Ray, he gave them a lame excuse that obviously was a lie. Thank God we were able to get these kids to the dance in time. SHAME ON TRANSWEST LIMOUSINE CO. Do not use this company. They are not reliable and should not be business owners. read more

Very upset. My friend tried celebrating her 21 on one of the party busses but we were spending our time trying to get the music to work. The driver tried to help but was very useless and not kind about it at all. Horrible employee with no manners. Waste of time and money. read more

This business is a scam!!!! Do not use their business!! I reserved a Hummer stretch limo for tonight at 10pm and they never showed up! I booked this ride a week in advance and they took my deposit out of my account. I called them several times after and left messages and I never got a response. Please don't waist your time. We used this service for a baptismal and it was perfect for a group of 30. All of us in one vehicle was perfect plus the memories we got to create. I would recommend this company. The driver was courteous, took his time, and provided assistance when we needed it. read more

Hired this company to transport my wife from her hotel to our church on our wedding day. I must say I am hugely disappointed by the terrible customer service I received. I called the company 1 week before our wedding and owner, Ray, stated he had a vehicle available and could do the trip. All he asked for was a deposit over the phone. I agreed and he stated he would email me a contract "later in the day". 5 days went by and I received nothing. I began calling the company and no answer. I left various messages implying the importance of confirming transportation for my wife on OUR WEDDING day, and I did not receive a single call back. Finally, I was able to connect with Ray and he calmly tells me that everything is fine and we're all set for pickup the next day. Just like that. No apologies, no explanations, no courtesy. I agreed to continue only due to the time restraint I was in and because I had already paid a deposit. The day of our wedding, I was still nervous about the limo showing, and fortunately, it did. Thankfully it was only a one way trip, so we did not have to deal with the company anymore. Save yourself a headache and the stress, book with a more professional company. The ONLY positive thing about this company was the driver, Juan. He was courteous and took us wherever we asked of him, as long as it was within our time. Thank you Juan. read more

1 star only speakers weren't working 90percent of the bus trip and when the music was going it sounded shitty

I had a reservation with this company for my daughters prom since March. Come April, after they already had my deposit, I paid the rest of the amount necessary. Later that day I receive a phone call saying the bus had been given to someone else who had paid the amount upfront and in full. Now I have to go and find another bus last minute. All the respect to the employees and to the girl who helped me. They were always respectful and their customer service was wonderful. The situation is just extremely frustrating and I wish this company would handle their situations with more consideration. read more

Unable to leave Zero starts bc that's not an option. Got the party bus for 4hrs first hr was amazing after that the aux cord started fucking up and we were music less for the rest of the night! We had to stop by to get a speaker just so we can turn up. He said he would give us an extra 30 min but did NOT! SUPER FUCKING DISAPPOINTED!!! I better be getting back my money since I was not allotted anymore time! I called several times and no one picked up. We went to their so called "office" only to find out it was a house !?! The Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this bc this is completely BS. We knocked on the door several times and no answer ?! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHIT SUCKS ASS! I texted the guy as well and he hasn't replied read more

I rented a hummer limousine for my wedding. Couldn't have asked for a nicer set of gentlemen (the owner and the driver). My only advice would be to have a set schedule printed out for the driver because the driver has no clue where you want him to drive if you have multiple destinations , even if you tell the owner. The owner leaves it up to you to direct the driver. read more

We got recommended to Transwest Limo from a friend who used them several times. I called and spoke to Ray to schedule a time to come in and look at his limo's and I will say that his limo's are some of the cleanest I've ever seen. We ended up booking 2 limo's for our wedding, a town car for myself and a stretched for my wife and her bridal party. Ray and his staff were able to put the little small touches inside my wife's limo for her and her girls on our wedding day which made it feel more personal then just a random guy opening the door and driving you to a location. Both drivers were very professional and in my honest opinion went above and beyond at the end of the night by making 2 trips to the hotel because a few of my guest were a little tipsy and were in no condition to drive. Both drivers ( Frank and Alex ) made sure my guest got to the hotel safely and refused to take a TIP from me for going that extra mile. I called and spoke to Ray a few days later to thank him and his staff for all that they have done and to make sure that he personally thank Frank and Alex for ensuring that everyone got home safely. I offered to come in to pay for the extra 30-60 mins that his drivers spent ensuring everyone got to the hotel safe and his reply was " Not needed, I and my staff pride ourselves in taking that extra step to ensure your experience is one to remember ". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

My husband surprised me with a party bus for my 29th birthday. I have seen party buses before but nothing like this. My family and friends all fit so comfortably and the bus was so like our own private nightclub. I think we had more fun in the bus; then we did at The Supperclub Los Angeles. The driver Frank was so fun, sweet, and professional at the same time. It was a night I will never forget. I would definitely use Transwest again and recommend them. read more

Had a great experience with this company for the value! Booked a 10 passenger limo for my daughter's prom and I shopped around a lot to find the best price for the group of high school students. Transwest quoted the best price and they had no added fees, even for an additional stop at dinner. The driver was on time and all the parents felt safe knowing that our kids were safe! read more

Sadly, the lowest we can give is 1 star. This whole experience was so disappointing. We will NEVER use this company, EVER! First off, the driver arrived at the wrong time and was rushing us to hurry up or he would leave. How is it our fault he didn't check the scheduled time in the first place? About 20 minutes into the drive the speakers were cutting in and out but still somewhat working. After an hour, the speakers died completely. We tried letting the driver know but he did not take a look at it until 30 minutes later. He seemed irate and assumed we were moving the controls, which we weren't, or that the phones where not working but we tried 6 different phones, including the driver's. Some of our party members moved to clear the area around the controls and the driver was "shocked" when stopped working. When we tried to offer him suggestions on how to fix it, he blew us off and said there was nothing he can do about it. For the duration of the time (about 3 hours) we did NOT have any music. We had to spend another hour going back and getting a speaker from someone else house to try and lift the mood. The driver said he would give us an extra 30 minutes to make up for the time (even though we spent 3 hours without music) so we took what we can get. At the end, he kicked us off without granting the promised time and told us to contact management to fix the issue since he had a deadline. Why would you promise additional time you cannot keep? We highly recommend using another company because this company has bad customer service and flawed vehicles. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! read more
